I ordered the grilled pork banh mi around 5pm on a weekday and there only a couple other customers in the restaurant waiting for their order. The banh mis have two options, $9 for 6 inches or $12 for a footlong. I believe they actually are around a foot long, but they're definitely on the skinnier side. While I thought the taste was good and fresh, I was a little disappointed in the amount of ingredients you get, though it does feel proportional to the amount of bread you get. With the exception of the mistake the first time, all the other times my order has been done on time. Not only that, but I get comments asking where is this sandwich shop from others. They really enjoy the sandwiches. Especially the chicken and lemongrass beef. You can order a foot long, add extra veggies and cut in half. It's quite filling and if someone doesn't have a big appetite they can split in half or save the other half for later. Bread is toasty, not stale.
