Returned to try the dinner options- the burger was tasty but overcooked. Tacos were flavorful and taquitos were good. Love the options and flavors and will return to try other menu options.

This is apparently a favorite in the Bothel area, and you can immediately tell why but the aromas coming off this little food truck. There is minimal seating so just be aware this is more of a pick up your food and move somewhere else. I ordered the Burrito with chicken and hubby ordered Street Taco's (Chicken, Carne Asada and Birria). Honestly everything I had was delicious, the chicken was a little too salty, like the first few bites were insane, then your mouth asked for a drink lol. The Burrito is also nothing to sneeze that bad boy is big and very satisfying. All the tacos were great but hubby's favorite was the Birria. I have every intention of coming back and begging them to make my burrito a Californian

We went to check out Mio Streetfood, a food truck in Bothell parked in a gas station. Heard they were amazing so we went to check it out. We ordered 3 tacos -- lengua, carnitas and chorizo. I tried a burrito bowl with lengua. The protein we tried were chunky, not cut very fine beyond recognition. Just how I like it, it tasted clean, no funky smell or taste. Flavored very well. You order from the window and pay, then you wait until the food is ready. They prep and cook your food and you are called once it ready. The bag is packed with sauces and napkins and utensils.

Great find. Stopped by on the way to a beer fest. Each ordered 3 street tacos and shared a bag of chips and picco. Tacos were asada, al pastor, and carnitas. Wife added onions and jalapeño. Each taco was fantastic and only $3 Each. Staff was friendly and the wait wasn't bad. Ambiance wise- Is a food truck and outside covered seating is available but chose to pig out in the car.

A pretty good spot overall. We found there wasn't a lot of spice to much of the food, the salsas are pretty mild even. The friendly and quick staff paired with the amazing breakfast dishes are what really shine here.

Good stuff, good price, open early, friendly, and services all in one stop shop. Fuel stations trend on food reliability. I feel sad for those saying My FoOd ToOk A LoNg TiMe as they must not be used to good food nor understand how food is actually made.

TLDR: Easy ample parking, great value and delicious flavors. What a great addition to the taco truck community! This is my current fave, not only because of how delicious everything is, but also how friendly they are and how easily accessible they are. There is ample parking in the Shell gas station they are located in, but when they get really busy, there is parking in the large shopping mall that backs the truck. My favorite order to take out is their Birria Taco plate. Great value as it comes with 3 large fried birria tacos. The shredded beef filling is perfectly offset with a little cheese and is juicy and tender. Then it is laid into a taco that is then fried to perfection. Crispy even taken away on a long drive. The best thing with this entree is the consomme that comes with it. Slurping it straight from the bowl is like a flavor bomb going off in your mouth. Spicy enough to get your scalp sweating, and yet the beef flavor is strong enough to come through. The Carna Asada entree is to die for. Ample slices of perfectly cooked skirt steak. Tender and flavorful, with beans and rice and a fried Jalepeno. When I pick up street tacos from other trucks, I'll usually eat them as they come, with a double layer of taco. But from Mio Streetfood, there is so much stuffing that it always falls out and makes a mess. So it lis usually more sensible to unload half into the second taco, and eat as 2. So far, all the meat options have been uniformly great. Generous and flavorful. Its a taco truck, so don't expect table service or white table cloths. But, there are two tables with benches under shade to eat at if you can't wait. When it gets crowded, be prepared to wait though. They do prepare everything fresh, and if you order 3 quesadillas with 3 different meats, the wait is 3 times as long!

We live so close to this food truck, tucked away on the side of a gas station...and finally gave it a try. Very nice people work there and the smells are delicious. There is very limited covered seating. Most people were picking up to go orders. It did take a very long time to get our order but the wait was worth it. Food is delicious and fresh. I had the birria tacos and hubby got the burger. Would come back again!

The best part about leaving reviews is when you find a spot like this. I wish I could give them 20/5. Ever since moving from Southern California I've never found Mexican food in Washington that can hold a candle to the spots down there until now. Not only is the food incredible but they are so friendly and let you customize how you want. I never leave a tip at when picking up food, I think this a stupid thing that Covid started but I always do here because of how amazing they are. Love love love this place. Highly recommend the California breakfast burrito but you can't go wrong with anything.

Been wanted to try this place for some time now and got the opportunity on my day off. I was happy to see that they were open when there was a little snow/ice on the road as it seemed there were many businesses that chose the option to stay closed. The guy behind the register(who was also the cook) was very bright and cheery for it being such a cold day. It made the experience much more enjoyable. The food I ordered came out quick(less than 10 minutes). I ended up ordering 3 Al Pastor tacos as well as 3 Asada tacos and the Quesa Birria. The Quesa Birria was good, but plain. The Birria tortilla was delicious, it had a crunchy cheese flavor. The Al pastor was flavorful, probably my favorite out of the bunch. The Asada had a good flavor, but kept me wanting more of something. I was really hoping the hot sauces were going to pack a punch, but were pretty mild. I really wanted to like this place a lot more and pains me to give an 4 out of 5. Realistically the food was around a 3 and the people were what made it were the difference maker. If Yelp had half stars I would be sitting at around 3.5. I see in the reviews that everyone loves this place, maybe my taste is off or they were having an off day. I will try it again down the road and update.

Yum! New favorite Mexican food truck :) it's tucked behind a Shell gas station but has a few parking spots, undercover tables and some benches for sitting. My husband and I split a carnitas burrito and their birria tacos. Best birria taco's I've had, they're not dripping in grease and they give a good portion of meat inside. Consume is delish and skimmed of most of the fat! The carnitas burrito was super filling and the flavor was really good. Service was pretty quick too, we'll be back!

This truck is so legit. Everything is delicious I've had their burgers , hot dogs , carnitas, lengua, al pastor tacos, and chocolate flan dessert. Their rice is flavored perfect, portions huge. I'm going to try a burrito or torta next time. But favorites so far Al pastor, and carnitas.

    Taquitos ... tiny

It took a super long time to get and the food portions are pretty small ... not sure if it's worth it, the food truck down by Bothell way is better and super fast! There is like zero meat in the Taquito basically a fried tortilla.

There are so many things on their menu that look good but we stuck with the street tacos. We had to try a bunch of different kinds. I will call out that the pollo asada was the clear cut winner. Quesabirria was second. Both the Al Pastor and Asada came in third. Not to say any were not to our liking. The Chicken was just so flavorful. The sauces were fantastic as well. The avocado sauce was BOMB. Also great hot sauces. Both hot and flavorful. Most of the time they're either too plain or not hot at all. This place checked all the boxes, and now that we know this place is close by and has the goods we will frequent here I have no doubt! La Gloria is the exception. Reviews glow, but since you have seen my score, it's clear there is room for improvement. Once seated, we were served a Tostada. This was a single small fried tortilla with beans, cabbage and salsa. Probably cost less than $.25 in material, but sells for around $7. Now whenever, I talked to my God Mother, rest in peace, about a new Mexican restaurant, her first question was always the same, "How were the Frijoles?". These beans were creamy, well-seasoned and flavorful. The best refried beans I've tasted in some time. I still say the appetizer is overpriced, but I also see why they serve you one free for dining in. We started with chips and salsa. I still say, they should be free, but at $4, it's a little tough to complaint, but I will. The chips came on a dinner plate. A dinner plate of chips would be about the same size as a restaurant basket of chips, however, there was a large bowl big enough for soup with the smallest amount of salsa in it. So now, 25% of that surface space is gone. This bowl which most likely holds 16 oz has about 3 ounces of salsa, in it and 1/3 of the plate space is empty, So you have enough chips for one person and barely enough salsa for dipping. The salsa was also tart, no heat, no seasoning, we were very disappointed. Last, if you charge me for chips and salsa, it better be bottomless, but once the chips were gone, they removed the plate and bowl without offering to refill either. There were a couple items that looked good to me, but they both had squash. Sorry, I've never heard of squash in Mexican food, unless it's vegan, but maybe it's popular in the region this family is from. Rather than ask if it could be removed, I decided to go with the Carnes Asada. The food took a while to arrive, but they said everything is made from scratch and fresh, so I anticipated a meal worthy of El Presidente himself! Now, clearly this place was not without its flaws, but this was the best Carne Asada I've ever tasted. I was really skeptical, because it was thick cut and when Carna Asada is thick cut certain things tend to happen, it's not cooked evenly, the meat isn't seasoned well enough, so bites end up being bland. No, this was juicy, well-seasoned and cooked evenly, flawless. It also came with a generous scoop of guacamole, that didn't really impress. It was also served with Fried Cheese, no idea what that is, sounds like something served at the fair on stick. I got several tortillas that were hot and fresh and a small cup of whole beans that could have used some crumbled cheese on top. There was also a large portion of rice, but the flavor was a bit fishy. I don't know if they used a seafood broth, but for me it was inedible. There was also a smoky, spicy salsa served, but again, it was a tablespoon. Stop being so cheap with the salsa! This also would have been a far better salsa to go with chips than what was served. Glad I tasted everything, but not sure I would order it again. I didn't eat half of what was served do to taste which means I overpaid. If we do make it back, it would probably be for happy hour. That way we could sample a couple other items in a smaller portion for less. Would I recommend this place, sure, but not without the above cautions included. I like to clean my plate and feel like I got a deal, neither happened here due to some questionable choices in flavor or seasoning. The people could not have been nicer, but I can't say we left completely satisfied.
