So I'm from San Diego down by the border of Mexico imperial Beach area, and I have been looking for a good place to get some authentic Mexican food and this is the closest I found so far here in Washington in Bethel. The service is good. The only thing I didn't like was you had to have a physical card their thing was down so you couldn't tap Pay, or else you could have cash so I had to go in my car lol and find my physical card that's a cute little food truck just off to the side and they have some seating there. That's really nice outside. You know on a warm day it's good. But like I said, the food was really good this time. I really enjoyed it and it was worth the drive. read more

Well I can start by saying I am very disappointed that I've lived down the street from this good truck for close to three years and this is the first time that we stopped here. There are so many things on their menu that look good but we stuck with the street tacos. We had to try a bunch of different kinds. I will call out that the pollo asada was the clear cut winner. Quesabirria was second. Both the Al Pastor and Asada came in third. Not to say any were not to our liking. The Chicken was just so flavorful. The sauces were fantastic as well. The avocado sauce was BOMB. Also great hot sauces. Both hot and flavorful. Most of the time they're either too plain or not hot at all. This place checked all the boxes, and now that we know this place is close by and has the goods we will frequent here I have no doubt! They don't break easily. It's a little pricey ($3 per taco) compared to what used to get in socal ($1.5 per), but everything is inflated right now and it being far from Mexico, nothing to complain. Consistently great food and great service as well. There's always a line when we go, whether it's at 2:00pm or 7:00pm so we know it's good! This little gem is hidden away but they have 2 locations, here and Everett, and it's just a truck but the food that comes out is amazing! We always get 1 of each taco, usually there is about 8 different types of meat. I highly recommend trying their special meats such as the tongue and tripe because those have the most flavors! However, any taco you get will be good. Each taco plate comes with 2 tortillas for each taco that's loaded with meat, radishes, carrots, jalapeño, and cilantro. They also include 2 different types of salsas. I tried an Asada Torta today, which was loaded with beef, guacamole, onions, lettuce, and tomato. The bread is soft and buttery, and soaks up all the juices from the delicious meat. If you have a chance, come check this place out. Don't be afraid of eating food from a taco truck because it's probably cleaner than the stuff you get at Taco Bell! First time trying Sabrosa tacos after recommendations from friends. Of the 4 different types of tacos I tried I liked the tripe and carnitas best! So full of flavor. They really go above and beyond anywhere I've tried in the Northwest. Definitely will be back for the tripe tacos or maybe try a tripe burrito next time. This was my first time purchasing food from this food truck. After reading good Yelp reviews, I decided to come by and grab some food. Mainly the reason I came is that I wanted to eat really good beef tripe tacos. The food was okay, but I got a lot for the price. I was pretty unhappy that one of the employees had his nose and mouth exposed while chopping up onions. That employee did not cover his nose and mouth despite having his face mask on his chin the whole time. I didn't eat anything that day, but something in the food caused me to have hives. I don't think I will be coming back because I don't know what was in the food that caused me to have hives and the employee did not wear his mask properly. read more

Awesome tacos!! I went here for dinner and was finding trouble seeing the truck since they don't have a big sign and you kinda have to spot the truck while driving on the Bothell Highway. I decided to order 4 tacos with cabeza, lengua, asada and tripa. Gotta say that this combination was AWESOME! The tripa was on super crunchy and flavorful, the lengua and cabeza were moist and tender and the asada was not too dry and flavorful. The tortilla was standard and I believe they used flour tortillas. I would love to come back to try their other items in the future. read more
