The Bine is a great neighborhood haunt - plentiful indoor/outdoor seating, friendly service, delicious food, interesting and varied beers on tap. A great option for whiling away the hours with friends and family in downtown Bothell - especially when the weather is so fine. Sit outside if you can nab one of the tables out there!

The pho'rench dip is like a banh mi with pho broth for dipping. The sandwich had deliciously crispy & chewy bread, flavorful meat, pickled onion & spicy jalapeño. I did miss the crunch of pickked veggies a traditional banh mi would have. The broth was exceptionally flavorful and packed a punch of lemongrass. Lots of good beers on the menu - I had an extra pale which I enjoyed.

Stopped in for a beer and decided to get cheese curds. The foods always delicious. It was a beautiful day to sit outside, and I think there are new fancy heaters!

Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed. I tried the Pho French Dip and fries as my side. The fries were the best in Bothell. The perfect combo of crunch and chewy. The Pho Dip was a different take on an old standard and was good, but IMO should have had a lot more jalapeños.

Cozy setting and good service. Not sure I've ever paid $19 for a grilled cheese sandwich but the Bacon Grilled Cheese w/ a side (recommended by a friend) was the bomb! I think they had poutine in there in addition to melted cheese...and with my quinoa salad it was a good balance with the bit of acidity. Best grilled cheese I've ever had. Recommended.

This is a banh mi not a french dip chef needs to relax

This is a great restaurant and bar along Main Street in downtown Bothell. There's around 25 beers, ciders, and kombucha on tap, so guarantee you'll find what you're in the mood for. We had just appetizers and loved their brussel sprouts that are charred well and seasoned with just enough sweetness and kick, and their smoked carnitas tacos are tasty and filling. I will return soon to try more of their menu! Service was quick, friendly, and welcoming!

Causal spot to grab some beer and lunch. They have a good selection of beer. Menu had burger and sandwich options. I had different expectations for their food -- it was good but not sure I'd order food again. Would definitely come back for the beer options.

    The best cheese curds ever!

The cheese curds are outstanding!! Perfect melty goodness with this light crispy crust breading. Best I've ever had! I would come here for that alone..The Corned beef sandwich and grilled cheese were awesome too

Hands down one of the best local eateries in the north end area. Excellent beer selection. We are never disappointed with the food. The cheese curds and pho rench dip are big highlights. The servers all know their stuff and offer advice on the beer selections. It's never loud or overwhelming. A perfect local spot to get a great beer and a good meal.

I had a late lunch at The Bine and I definitely want to come back to try more of the menu. It's a nice space on the inside on the main drag of downtown Bothell. I had the Pho'rench Dip. Interesting take on an old classic. Service was friendly, give them a shot if you're in town!

The staff was great, friendly, attentive but not too attentive. Food came out quickly. The food was just okay, nothing spectacular. Probably won't go back unless I want to grab a beer. I did love their large local tap list. Both the beers we got were delicious.

The burger and warm german style potato salad.

We've been coming to The Bine for a few years now. The food is always great. We've tried just about everything on the menu and it's all been great. For apps, the cheese curds are good and the brussels are to die for. My favorite side is the warm german style potato salad. My favorite thing about The Bine is the rotating tap list. My only reason for giving The Bine a 4/5 is that I wish there was a little more variation to the menu every now and then or even a few specials at once. I would come here every week if the menu was a little bigger. The service is always speedy. I love coming here in the summers and sitting outside and sitting at the bar in the winter.

Not so healthy delicious gf brussel sprout salad

The best local gastropub a local could ask for. The food, the beer, the service, the vibe. So glad that this place is in our community.

Ask the Community - The Bine Beer & Food

    Is it pet friendly?

We are pet friendly for well behaved pups on our patio. We have four individual little “huts” with heat.

    Is the music loud here?

    No.

Is there happy hour (and if so what is it)?

Monday through Friday 3 to 6pm.

Hi, is there nonalcoholic beer on the menu?

Hello! There sure is. Bitburger NA in a bottle. Hope that helps! Thank you.

Is the poutine no longer on the menu? I see all these reviews mentioning it, but don't see it on the website menu.

They have puffy deep fried cheese curds, which are delicious. Not exactly poutine-no fries or gravy.

Would have been 5 but the bread pudding was horrible? More on that later…read more I came here tonight to escape the state of the Union bs. I was greeted by the most sweet waitress ever. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I ordered a Rue Old Fashioned and it was perfectly blended and tasty. I wanted lite so ordered the Coronation salad and it was so good, just the right an out of chicken thighs grapes, cranberries and shaved almonds and the smooth curry dressing was so delicious. It was so perfect and I'll Definitely order it again. Then, I ordered the bread pudding to go. It came with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream with some caramel sauce. However, the bread pudding itself was close to in edible. It must have been made weeks ago and was so dry it almost required a jackhammer to break apart. I was so disappointed and ended up throwing most of it out. This place is less than a block away and I've never had a bad meal there and I highly recommend it. But recommend passing on the bread pudding unless you want something to throw at an ICE agent. 2/2822026 -amendment-I stopped here again for lunch. There were two occupied tables and the rest of the place was empty except for staff. A server came by and said "I'll be right back with you". I waited 15 minutes and not one showed up. I won't go back changing my rating to -1

Good portion sizes and tasty! Old fashioned cocktail was nice and strong, and lots of beers to choose from too. Couple of misses...something is up with the acoustics because there is a constant din that you have to yell over to be heard by your table mates. They automatically add 20% which I was fine with because service was great, but just a heads up. And prices seem high, like two meals and two drinks at HH prices was $70 before tip, you'd think it would be more of a bargain. But still, I wouldn't mind going back to try more of their menu.

Food & drink: (4/5) We got the Cajun tots to share with a side of ranch, which I think they make in-house. The tots were just the right amount of crunch and savory-ness. Exactly what I needed. To drink, I got the triPPPy cider and I really enjoyed it! The fruity notes aren't as strong in this one compared to other ciders I've had but it was still great. Finished it all. Service: (4/5) Super friendly. Just wish our food came a little faster. There weren't many people sitting in and our tator tots took maybe 30 mins. It's a cool atmosphere, waitress was kind, service was alright, but the only thing that stood out was the surprisingly low quality of my food. I don't usually order a chicken tender meal, but theirs was located at the top of the menu and it had a buttered up description, so I gave it a try.... And then I regretted my decision as soon as I saw my plate. Frozen chicken tenders, dirty grease fries, and watery coleslaw. All for $25. It was unreasonable. It gave me more of a $8 Dairy Queen chicken basket vibe, but I don't want to diss Dairy Queen. I'll pay $25 for Queen before I return to McMenamins. Would love to see McMenamins take a step up on this so they can give their guests an experience more pleasant than mine.
