So happy Postdoc opened a new location in Kenmore! I have visited the Redmond location many times. This location is really big with a great outdoor space. Lots of room for dogs and kids, there were several food trucks nearby. Lots of people there but never took more than a couple of minutes to get beers at the counter. Parking was a bit hard but we were able to find something a couple blocks away. Really happy this spot opened and can't wait to try riding my bike here next time!

The Pho French Dip is next-level--rich, flavorful, and perfectly done. The Meatball Sub was hearty, comforting, and packed with flavor. And don't skip the side options--the quinoa salad was fresh, well-balanced, and the perfect complement to the mains. As well as German potato salad. Great food, great experience, and clearly a place that cares about quality. We will definitely be back!

Food & drink: (4/5) Ironically only one person in my six person group likes beer, with two others (including myself) who are turning around to it. With that being said, I got the american pie cider, two of my friends got various IPA's that I'm failing to remember names for, two others got root beer, and another got a kombucha. I really enjoyed my cider! It was refreshing and I would definitely get it again. As for food, we got fries with truffle oil and a monster cookie with vanilla ice cream. It was all so good! I would only say that the fries are in need of more salt but that's something I could've easily asked for (was too lazy in the moment). Service: (5/5) STELLAR staff here. Everyone is so friendly and there were all smiles when I looked around at other guests.

They have a nice little patio area where you can enjoy your beverage and you are allowed to bring food from neighboring restaurants! We enjoyed a couple of rose pours here before I spotted the guava hibiscus sour from Payette brewing in Boise! So much flavor and the right amount of sour. Just how I like it! Right now they are practicing social distancing and allowing only one person in the lobby at a time with a second register at the back for ordering once you've been seated out back. There are so many good options available in this tiny footprint of space right off the main drag in Bothell. I look forward to future visits to this neat spot!

I got a small glass of some rando cider, but I think that I got charged a higher peace than what was listed on the chalkboard menu that hangs up above the cashier table. Staff was welcoming, but idk...was not feeing comfortable here. Very tight, too. Only like three stools to sit at if you decide to stay at this bar. Very cold here, too. At least the bathroom was spacious...arguably more than it had to be because would be nice to have more floor area at the front so more customers could be seated. Not much else to say except that the bonsai bar workshop was a cute experience, but also very hard to hear them because the portable heaters would be running, but gave out no heat after 30 minutes. Soooo, what was the point? Hm...

We got the Atlantic salmon BLT sandwich and the piece of salmon was huge. The paella was delicious and I highly recommend it. The service was good as well. My only complaints are the restaurant was really cold and people were putting coats on inside. Also $30 for the paella is way too much for the size of the dish. It's tiny. They should add more rice and a larger dish.

Would have been 5 but the bread pudding was horrible? More on that later…read more I came here tonight to escape the state of the Union bs. I was greeted by the most sweet waitress ever. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I ordered a Rue Old Fashioned and it was perfectly blended and tasty. I wanted lite so ordered the Coronation salad and it was so good, just the right an out of chicken thighs grapes, cranberries and shaved almonds and the smooth curry dressing was so delicious. It was so perfect and I'll Definitely order it again. Then, I ordered the bread pudding to go. It came with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream with some caramel sauce. However, the bread pudding itself was close to in edible. It must have been made weeks ago and was so dry it almost required a jackhammer to break apart. I was so disappointed and ended up throwing most of it out. This place is less than a block away and I've never had a bad meal there and I highly recommend it. But recommend passing on the bread pudding unless you want something to throw at an ICE agent. 2/2822026 -amendment-I stopped here again for lunch. There were two occupied tables and the rest of the place was empty except for staff. A server came by and said "I'll be right back with you". I waited 15 minutes and not one showed up. I won't go back changing my rating to -1

There's a distillery part and also a food shop (de la something and so delish) both under the same roof. Huge tables so big groups will have no problem. We dropped by for drinks + to try De La Soil (the new-ish restaurant/kitchen housed in Copperworks'…read morespace). The concept is casual/partial self service (order beverages/food at the counter; food will be delivered to your table, drinks are picked up by customers at the bar). Self-bussing of tables works relatively well - the space is pretty clean, all things considered. As far as the beverages go, they're pretty good - they only have mixed drinks with Copperworks' distilled liquor at the moment (beer and wine to come). Prices are okay ($12/drink, approximately), but there's not much of a rhyme or reason to the drink sizes (some come in a 16 oz-ish glass, some in 12 oz, and outdoor/patio drinks are poured in wee plastic cups, so avoid those if you want your money's worth). Food-wise - DLS' food is visually pretty, but the salt/pepper levels on everything were heavy. Not inedibly so, but the heavy seasoning impacted the enjoyment of the food. For example: the kimchi fried rice was not fun to eat after 4/5 bites. Kimchi itself is salty all by its lonesome; additional salt has to be used very sparingly with it imo. That all being said: I really liked the space, the staff, and the vibe - I think we'd give this another shot in the future.
