Excellent portions for the cost, and fast efficient service! I would definitely come back if I'm extremely hungry

High quality food. Egg roll so crispy and flavorful. Pho has next level broth and fresh basil. Superb service and good vibe! Will be back!

Medium seafood pho

Decently priced pho (it's rare that you see a medium pho for less than $13 nowadays), with nice decorations all around. The food itself was actually pretty substantial for the price - and they were quote generous with the shrimp on my seafood order! Broth had that nice, deep, umami flavor you often crave in a good bowl of pho. (They also have a really good chili oil to add to your meals). In terms of menu variety, they don't have quite the same as you'd see on other pho menus, but perhaps they're just trying to specialize in a few things. I think my only complaints are the interior being a little disorganized near the bathroom and the strong smell from the mopping that was happening towards the end - though to be fair, it was near closing time, so it made some sense. Overall, a pretty solid visit.

Pork banh mi

I came her twice now and thought it was an ok place. It's near my house so I figured I give it a try. The first time, we got 2 pho, one seafood and one combo with everything. It was very disappointing. We got it to go and didn't check our order until we got home. The combo was missing some protein such as the tendon. The seafood literally came with 2 small piece of shrimp and that's it. Oh and we did not get any veggies at all like bean sprouts etc. I figured it was an off day as it did take them a while to get our food ready so I decided to give them another try and this time got a pork banh mi. The protein was packed and filled but the veggie was not too much. So if you like your protein, then you might like this. The bread bwas not fresh, as it was chewy and the pork was sooo salty that it dominated everything else. Price was ok, not great. Service is a little slow.

Large 4. Pho Tai Sach

The Kingsgate plaza has a ton of Vietnamese merchants which means there has to be a pho place. This joint will satisfy your pho craving on a chilly Seattle day. When we came, it was empty which made for fast service. Our bowls came out within minutes of ordering. I got the extra large pho tai sach (rare beef and tripe) and there's no doubt it's a big bowl. They give you tons of noodles but a little bit on the overcooked side. As far as the broth goes, it's flavorful and you really get the aroma of the star anise. I wish the noodles were a little better but it is what it is.

Haven't had such a bad food in a while!! Service was very spotty! Ambiance was a ok. The girl that run the cash register is also the waitress AND she is also the cook!!! She cooks your pho!! There were 2-3 people in the kitchen standing by a pot. They neither came out nor help. The girl was also very fast! She comes lightening fast, take your order, run to go make your pho bowl ( for everyone that comes in) and that's it. You can't catch her after. I got a Large combo pho. It was just bad! Broth was cold, meat was chewy af!! Like chewy rough thin slices of meat. So weird. Noodles were overcooked. I was getting some Togo as well and within minutes after ordering, I went to change the protein in my pho. She was already cooking the noodles! Before I got my dine in pho or banh mi. Came with one slice of jalapeños. 1! Also, yesterday was a cold rainy day ( so is today). I didn't want water full of ice!! But never got a chance to ask since she never came back! So I didn't touch my water. Had to go up to pay. Then after, I got my dine in banh mi! Took about 25 minutes for that banhmi. The lemongrass chicken banh mi: literally the WORST I've ever had!! It has some dark juices. And the veggies pickle smells so bad!! Like so ratchet bad. Horrible! Naturally.. I dumped it! What a waste. I tend to forget the names later on or confuse pho spots. So I'm writing it to remind my future self! Still tipped her even though service was non existent. She was cooking a bunch of Togo orders. I get that staff shortage but this was a next level. One person running everything! It is bound to fail. The banh mi though. Not sure what it was! Just so bad!! Not edible bad. I wish I went next door to Hello Banh mi instead but I was running very short on time!

I learned Young Brothers Pho in Kingsgate, Kirkland suffered a bold break-in, where the robbers broke through a wall from the adjacent empty storefront. Insane! They lost quite a bit valuables. Of course, that means we have to go and buy some food. We ordered a couple of pho from them today. First, their prices are very, very reasonable. I was impressed. Second, the food is generously portioned. The pho sizes come in S, M, L, and XL. My size small was plentiful for me. Hubby's size large was huge. Third, the ingredients are very good. The raw beef slices were particularly beautiful. I thought the pho broth is a touch sweet, but hubby didn't taste the sweetness. He loved his meal, and I'm giving the full 5 stars from his assessment. It might be 4 stars from me, but the combination of prices and ingredients' quality is enough to push it to 5 stars. It might be a mix-blessing that they were robbed. In return, a FB restaurant support group is rallying behind them, and we have a new local place for pho. Our food: #12 - size L - Pho Tai Chin Nam Gan - Rare Beef, Brisket, Well-Done Flank, Tendon #15 - size S - Pho Tom Cua Ca - Shrimp, Crab, Fish-balls

One of the better pho places in the area in my opinion. Definitely get your moneys worth here.

Ordered their fried rice and ended up with lots of dry hard crispy rice in it. The rice that you got from leaving it uncovered.

My friend and I tried the spicy XLB, the chili oil spill dumplings, the mala beef shank dry noodle, and the beef rib noodle soup. Everything was wonderful and exceptionally flavored (especially the two dumplings), except... the beef rib noodle soup that fell pretty short. The rib was much less meat than the shank bowl, and was much smaller/shorter of a rib than shown in the advertised photos which is always a disappointment. It was cooked really nicely tender though, so again sad because it was only a few small bites (and the rib costs $8 more than the shank). The soup was also really lacking in flavor - we both thought it was super bland/watery tasting. Wouldn't rec (unless it's a one off)- just surprising that the other dishes were so flavorful except this one. Also highly rec the fruit sodas (i.e. green grape, passion) because they were delish! They were the perfect amount of sweetness (aka not too sweet).

I've had Fang's on my list for quite some time. Not sure how to feel, but I do want to come back…read more For a noodle house, I wasn't super impressed with the noodles, but would like to try another dish. Their dessert options (mainly dessert XLB) are amazing though, so I honestly wouldn't mind coming here after a meal either. Service isn't nothing to write home about, order via QR at the table and they'll bring food. Not much interaction. Ample parking in the plaza. There's a decent amount of seating but it can get full, so budget time for a wait just in case. Noodles - I love biang biang noodles so may be judgy but these were slightly too hard rather than QQ or chewy. Not bad, but would prefer a bouncier texture than firm. Meat and sauce was tasty, but the beef was a bit inconsistent. Some pieces were tender while others a bit rough. Would've loved a little more protein, but interested in the beef rib option in the future. Pan Fried Dumplings - these were just worse xiaolongbao. They're barely pan fried and then they just stick to the paper in the basket. This also means they run pretty easily. Would stick to ordering XLB. They also don't provide spoons which would be nice for all XLB soup. Taro XLB - star of the show! Definitely snag one of the dessert XLB if not more. They also have red bean and chocolate. Fully filled with a sweet, smooth, and nutty taro paste. These are plentiful and delicious.

The staff were friendly and polite - and they graciously accommodated my peanut allergy, and quickly accommodated small requests like for bowls or extra napkins. We ordered four items: the missus got the bun bo hue, and I got the special beef pho. We shared the pancake and the spring roll. The noodle dishes were decent, but the standout was the Vietnamese pancake. Definitely order this if you're on the fence! The restaurant got a lot busier after we got our food - at least two or three parties who arrived (two each) had to wait between 5-10 min for a table to clear. The staff are super efficient at clearing tables so you won't need to wait long, but the downside of this place is that their popularity easily exceeds their capacity - so be patient! I don't have any notes for ambiance. Parking is available in the same plaza, but there isn't much - a lot are reserved for specific businesses between specific hours, so be careful not to park in an open business if you intend to eat here!

It deffinitely felt very light for a bun bo hue; and the extra paste does help it to have more flavor and dept. not spicy tho. Giving it a 3 stars until i go back and try the other offerings on their menu. Restaurant is nice and the staffs were very friendly.
