Best pho place on the east side. Loved the brisket pho. There's always a little more meat they have on the bottom of the bowl so when you think it's all gone, it's not! I come here for lunch often

Service was fast and the pho was great! Thai tea was very good as well. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because my noodles were still on the harder side.

This spot has been my husband's longtime favorite, and while I'm not the pho devotee he is, I never mind coming along. The kids are always happy here, and the service is consistently quick. The restaurant itself is spacious with plenty of seating for any size group. We've come with anywhere from two to ten people and have always been seated quickly even when the place is buzzing. Now for the important part: the food really delivers. Over the years we've tried a wide range of dishes, and everything has been reliably good. My only personal gripe is the spring roll sauce, it leans more coconut‑milk than peanut for my taste. Otherwise, everything else is absolutely worth ordering.

My husband loves Pho and was craving it so after some googling, we found this place. We were greeted and seated immediately. We ordered 2 coke zeros, a bowl of pho and a chicken banh mi sandwich. Our food arrived rather quickly snd it tasted amazing! The food was well worth the price as well! Definitely try this place! We highly recommend it

Pho Ever has really good food -- the flavors are solid and it always hits when you're craving. That being said, I really wish the service was better. Every time I go, I feel kind of rushed, which takes away from the experience a bit. I get that it can be busy, but it would be nice to not feel hurried while eating. Food-wise, no complaints. Just hoping the service improves because it would make a big difference.

I was craving a Viet rice dish and I wanted to have their grilled pork again! It was pretty good. Pork was flavorful and the portioning is fair. The homemade fish sauce was pretty good as well. I also had their broth and it was only $2. Broth was tasty and comforting. The ambiance is okay. Just a place to enjoy from good Vietnamese food. Service is okay. The food didn't take long to make. There are some employees who aren't so attentive and nice, which continues to be a thing here.

Gotta say pretty spot on for the rating of this place. BUT, that being said, this is one of my favorite dive pho places on the east side. The service is pretty meh. They aren't amazing nor are they bad. They will take your order and bring you your food but that's about it. The inside is, well looks like diver restaurant so don't expect much. The dishes, well I'm here for the pho and the Poh is good! The spring roll and sauce is great! The grilled meat over noodles is spot on. These dishes all have great flavor and are one of my favorite places. But then there's stuff like the grilled calamari which is very meh. So if you are coming here. Know what to order and they will be great. I mean look at that perfectly cooled pho meat!

Casual neighborhood joint with an extensive menu. I got the steak pho, which had a deep broth, more aromatic than a lot of other places. Seemed very authentic. My family ordered phos with more variety of meat cuts but found that there wasn't a good balance in the different types of meat in the bowl. We also ordered the spring rolls, which were very fresh.

I visit Seattle once a year and try to stop by when I can since my friend lives nearby. The pho is still very solid here. I like that the broth is very tasty and flavorful. It's a simple but comforting dish. They give you a ton of noodles and they are cooked well. I got a small steak and beef ball. The meat was tasty. The small size I didn't feel like they gave a ton of meat but maybe I was hungry today.

I have been looking for a new go to pho place since my favorite got torn down in Bellevue for new Amazon buildings. This place is close. I got the large steak pho and fresh rolls. The portion sizes are very generous...there was a ton of steak in my soup. The fresh rolls were good...the peanut sauce with them lacked a little flavor but was fine. The food came out very quickly, but we had to ask 3 times to get a to go box. Vibes are exactly as you'd expect a standard pho place to be...however, the floors were extremely slippery. I almost fell three times. Will definitely come back!

The atmosphere was nice and beef noodle soup, all beef number 12. Was really good! Tendon, brisket and steak. It took 5 minutes so they normally keep the soup in a pot in the morning when they open at 10 so it normally is already prepared.

    - popular lunch spot - This is our to-go place for pho since it's the closest to our place. They are usually packed for lunch, but dinner is okay. Tons of people who work around here eat lunch here regularly. My husband usually gets the super bowl with all sorts of random parts from the cow (tripe, tendon, you name it), and I usually get the house special bun (vermicelli salad). Today I got a rice dish #61 (beef short rib, a shrimp skewers with 3 shrimps, and an egg roll). It comes with some pickled radish and carrots that you usually see in the Vietnamese sandwich, two pieces of raw cucumber and a lettuce salad with creamy dressing. Their grilled meat usually tastes good, but the portion has been decreasing over the years due to inflation. Both the super bowl and my rice dish was $18.95, so after tip it's almost $50 for 2 for lunch, which is quite a bit. One thing I really dislike about this place is the seating. If you sit on either side of the restaurant in the booth-like chairs, you'll end up sharing the back of your seat with a stranger. Many people are unaware and make large movements, which you can feel even if you're not leaning against the seat. This creates a lot of unnecessary discomfort, especially since the seats are quite old and move easily. I'd recommend sitting in the middle instead, where there are individual chairs. PS. The Vietnamese coffee is good here, but they give you tons of ice like other places. We also stopped buying it after they raised from price from $3.5 or $4 (medium cup) to $6.5 (large cup) due to the inflation.

Love this place! Bun Bo Hue is my favorite and their fried chicken wings are spot on as well! I like to order both so I have a takeaway. Popular spot, you can tell during the week around lunch time! Yum! Favorite pho spot around Redmond/Bellevue

We ordered four items: the missus got the bun bo hue, and I got the special beef pho. We shared the pancake and the spring roll. The noodle dishes were decent, but the standout was the Vietnamese pancake. Definitely order this if you're on the fence! The restaurant got a lot busier after we got our food - at least two or three parties who arrived (two each) had to wait between 5-10 min for a table to clear. The staff are super efficient at clearing tables so you won't need to wait long, but the downside of this place is that their popularity easily exceeds their capacity - so be patient! I don't have any notes for ambiance. Parking is available in the same plaza, but there isn't much - a lot are reserved for specific businesses between specific hours, so be careful not to park in an open business if you intend to eat here!

Fast forward a year later to a Sunday at 12:30pm and I finally made the long drive here without going through Aurora Ave since my GPS randomly decided to give my road rage some grace. This place has plenty parking around the perimeter, so it was easy settling in. Only confusion was finding the entrance to this place, but when I did I was actually surprised where I was stepping into. Inside is laid back and cool with plenty of seating for groups of various sizes. There's tables and booths, and I got booth seating for myself when I walked in. There's a TV playing sports nearby where I was, and Vietnamese pop music was playing in the background too. Menu consists of regular foods in most Vietnamese restaurants, though their provincial noodle soups and banh mi sandwiches caught my eye. They even have bún măng vịt (duck and bamboo shoot noodle soup), my favorite that I gotta try next time I come here! From my IG feeds and as a starting point, I got their bánh mì thịt heo nướng (grilled pork Vietnamese sandwich), which comes with all the works of a regular banh mi sandwich, though I was kinda surprised how brightly orange the grilled pork was. Regardless, it was tasty and the meat was juicy. The pork pate added a nice savory touch to the sandwich, and no other condiment was in excess that it took away taste from the flavorful grilled pork. Staff was very kind throughout, and refilled my water every now and then. It was also nice chatting with one of them about our day and other recommendations from the menu. There's so much to have on their menu so I need to make the drive here again to have more of their stuff!

This was on a Friday at 6pm and we came to a very empty parking lot until you try parking closer to the many businesses located along the Bella Bottega Shopping Center where this gem is located. Menu has typical items for a Vietnamese restaurant like pho, banh mi sandwiches, bun, rice dishes and vegetarian options. There was actually a lot of stuff so I was slightly overwhelmed. I got their large phở tái bò viên, which is pho with medium rare beef and meatballs. Note that there is only a $1 difference before tax between the medium- and large-size pho, and I saw the medium bowls being much smaller than the large one I got, so it's worth getting the larger one!
