Good experience dropped in a a late lunch while in the area. First they were super friendly and the service was very good. The menu is huge. I went the authentic bowl with seafood, It was the Tom Yum Noodle (Rice noodles, shrimp, squid, imitation crab meat, fish ball, mussel, sour and spicy broth) . I added an egg which went perfectly. The broth was really good with good amounts of seafood for the most part. When it says mussel it means only 1. The seafood blended together well and was a great lunch.

I was in Bellevue Square mall with a friend and we decided to have lunch at What The Pho. I got Chicken & Veg Pho, and my friend got the Tofu & Veg Pho. The pho was okay, a little bland which we doctored with some hot sauce. The service was great.

Tried this new Pho spot inside Bellevue Square mall. It's on the 1st floor, order at the counter, and there are several tables inside where you can eat. Menu was simple with a small selection of pho options and banh mi. I ordered a pho with sliced eye round steak and beef meatballs. It comes with bean sprouts, jalapeño peppers, and basil. Service was friendly and food was ready quickly. Great place to visit for a quick bowl of pho.

Dinner with the family. Service: 5 Stars Food: 4 Stars Atmosphere: 4 Stars. Overall a solid dinner. My elementary-aged daughter loved the kids menu. My husband and I enjoyed our meals. I had the pho and liked it a lot. My husband liked his Bahn Mi quite a bit as well - it had a nice, fresh taste. For semi-fast food pho I was impressed. They have a limited menu, but the most popular items are available. The staff is friendly and efficient. We will definitely add this this place as one of our regular stops.

The TLDR is that I'm disappointed. I never did get to try WTP when they set up shop in the Lincoln Square South Food Hall due the pandemic. I was glad that they had found a new home after their old mainstay was set for demolition. I have many fond memories of going to the pho shop with the obligatory quirky punny name and perusing their expansive menu of choices of appetizers, stir fries and many combos of pho. The Bellevue Square location, in the old Aussie Meat Pie shop (where I had never seen a soul venture into) is basically not the same affair. Gone are the appetizers, gone are the stir fries, and gone are the many combos of pho. Presumably their kitchen space is tiny, no more tripe, no more tendon - just beef steak and meatballs. You can still get a Vietnamese coffee and that's fine, but it's not anything that's going to compete with Pho Ever on the opposite corner of Downtown Bellevue. It's not anything that will summon up nostalgia of the old days of Pho Ever vs WTP debates. And the quality won't rival the fancy pho that you can get at Monsoon East just a block away. So why would you come here? Only if you have a true hankering for pho broth, rice noodles, and beef. If you want higher quality soup noodles and meat, would you let a simple escalator ride stop you from going one floor above to Kizuki? I don't know what the WTP play is, but unless they can really differentiate or go back to their roots, this simple shop is just phogettable.

Honestly, the pho was just ok, the vietnamese coffee was great, but the real show stopper is the shrimp fried rice + fried rice noodles + fried egg. Though the fried rice is on the menu, the addition of the noodles is an off menu request that came from a friend of mine who used to work there. She orders this and the chef in the back will legitimately recognize her just from this off menu request. We came in on a rainy weekday for lunch and the service was fantastic, food was surprisingly good portioned, and it's nice to see that this place is doing well. Good place to stop by for lunch and the parking is widely available as there is a large parking lot right out front.

Honestly doesn't top the pho chain restaurants I've tried back home in Michigan BUT it's prolly the best pho place I've eaten at in Seattle overall I got the #4 pho with beef and tendons, one of my friends got pho with beef and meatballs, and another friend got the bahn mi! Broth is not too sweet, tendons were perfectly chewy but not very generous on meat portions:,( I like how they gave sep portions of cilantro and other veggies tho and little cups for the sauce. Service was good, food came out pretty fast Restaurant interior itself was a bit cluttered, wasn't the best but also considering it's inside a mall, not the worst. Overall would recommend:)

Henry did an amazing job today at this location, he served my family and I with Vegetable Pho. It was tasty and the service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend this place and dish to other people. Clean, Smells good, and people working above and beyond.

There was mold in my food and a bad peace of chicken also the workers are rude and always angry didn't have a good time never coming back. I paid for four fountain drinks and got them in tiny water cups . Me and my friends did not. Enjoy this. You know what could improve maybe getting nicer workers. And Less hair in the food please!

It was only ok. A fast eat n go kinda meal. It's not a long slowly cooked broth. Wrong beef part bc even tho it was served raw to cook in the hot broth it was super tough.

When I arrived, the restaurant was about 1/3 full. The place was pretty quiet and didn't seem very lively, but there were others that showed up after me so that seemed pretty promising. The server sat us down but didn't mention about the QR code on the table so I sat there for about a min or two before I noticed. The whole menu and ordering was done all on your phone for the whole table. Not very much interaction. We ordered the spicy BBQ chicken skewers, the stewed beef rib noodle soup, and the normal beef flank noodle soup. The order came out relatively fast. The spicy BBQ chicken skewer was not what I expected. I was expecting a skewer like a kabob, but I received a few skewers with what seems to be thin pieces of ground chicken. The flavor was alright, but the chicken was VERY dry, which made it hard to enjoy. My stewed beef rib noodle soup wasn't bad. I got it with normal sized noodles and some beef flank on the side. The noodles were fine, but the soup could've been warmer. I was expecting a hot bowl of soup. The flavor was lacking a little, but it became much better after I added some chili oil. The rib meat wasn't bad. It had a a couple bites that were a tad tough but the flavor was kinda there. Honestly the extra flank pieces I had were better. Much better overall and it was pretty tender. I didn't really try my friend's bowl, but she got her soup with wide noodles. They were a bit wider than she expected. She made note that her noodles did seem undercooked and they had a slight doughy chew to them. She said it would've been better if it was cooked a little longer. Overall I enjoyed my soup. There are some things I would change, but I think it was a good first experience for something I've never had before.

The space is small and a little narrow, so seating can be pretty limited. My parents and I were lucky enough to grab the last table, and we ordered 4 items: the dry noodle with scallion oil and braised pork chop, the secret dumplings, large wonton, and salty soy milk (dumplings and wonton aren't pictured). I was most curious and most disappointed by the scallion noodle and pork chop. The portion size seemed too small to justify its price point, and I felt the pork chop tasted dry. The noodles however, had a great flavor, so if I were to try the place again, I'd only go for the scallion oil noodles. The dumplings were amazing. They were a little pricey but worth the cost, and worth the restaurant name. The dumplings were larger than most dumpling places I've been to, and the meat and soup inside were super flavorful. The wontons were also good, though it can't beat the pan fried dumplings. The salty soy milk was a very unique experience- it was thicker, rich and flavorful than other salty soy milk soups that I'm used to. It almost has an umami, seafood-ish taste to it. Though I'm not a big fan of soy milk, I enjoyed this dish more than expected! After our meal, we got to choose some magnets to take home, which was a creative and sweet gift. For the overall price point, I don't think I'd be coming here regularly for a meal. I may drop by for choice items like the pan fried dumplings!

From the moment you walk in, the cultural atmosphere stands out--many of the patrons are Asian, and on my visit, a few were even dressed in traditional garments, which added a vibrant, lived-in feel to the space. It's the kind of detail you can't manufacture, and it speaks volumes about the restaurant's credibility within the community. The interior itself is fairly average--nothing particularly modern or upscale--but it doesn't detract from the experience. If anything, it keeps the focus where it belongs: on the food. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. There were only two servers handling the floor, and they were clearly stretched thin. Ordering is done digitally, which helps streamline things, but you can still feel the strain during peak times. That said, the food started arriving quickly--our tofu noodle dish came out almost immediately, while the beef dish lagged behind a bit. Presentation leans traditional in a charming way. The plates and chopsticks have that classic, no-frills aesthetic that complements the overall vibe of the restaurant. Now, let's talk about the food. First, a word of caution: spice levels here are no joke. If you're sensitive to heat, you'll want to dial it down. But if you can handle it, the flavors are absolutely worth it--rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. The tofu was exceptionally soft, almost silky, and clearly freshly prepared. The noodles matched that texture perfectly--tender, well-cooked, and comforting. Pricing is another strong point. For the quality and portion sizes, it's very reasonable, making it an easy spot to revisit without hesitation. Overall, Nine Noodles is a great pick if you're looking for authentic flavors, a culturally immersive atmosphere, and solid value. It's not about fancy decor or polished service--it's about good, honest food. I'd definitely come back.

It's always busy around mealtimes, but luckily there are plenty of seats, and we rarely have to wait. We also order takeout from here pretty often. For our most recent order, we got two personal combos (main + appetizer + drink) through a Chinese app, which frequently has discounts. I'm a big fan of their takeout containers--they keep the noodles and soup nicely separated. The takeout bag is super sturdy, and the popcorn chicken has just the right amount of spice to really hit the spot. That said, I'd still recommend dining in, because the food is easily about three times better. I also think the portion of popcorn chicken is more generous when you dine in. Plus, if you finish the soup, you'll be very full. My go-to order is the fatty beef tomato soup with rice (I know, I know--it's a noodle place, but I like it better with rice). My husband always gets the original Yunnan rice noodle. We've tried the golden soup version, but it's just not as good. The prices are reasonable... well, reasonable for Bellevue .

I think there was one waiter that was helping out the entire store. This was already off to a bad start. I go ahead and order the combo along with a few other stuff from the rest of the group. So the food starts coming out as expected which was good. Then the appetizers got stuck in prep. Which I was like ok that happens it's busy and they might be understaffed. But then I had to ask for the drinks so already it's off to a bad start. The drinks came and felt watered down. So let's talk about the food real quick. Its ok. But after the third time coming I have noticed a decrease in the quality of the paired dishes and the amount you get. Also there was a strong feeling of over teasing with a lack luster flavor profile. So to add the final straw, we were all done and had to wait 15 minutes for the last side dish to come. I tried getting it canceled or get some credit but the chaser said no and so we waited. Could have been much better in all aspect.
