Best Pho I've ever had! I got the Beef Pho. The service is also great and we got our food in like 10-12 min. Definitely my new favorite spot.

Side order of Extra Noodle, two full bites at most $3
Grace K.

First time ordering from issaquah pho and overall, solid pick we ordered the brisket combination pho (p16 large $14), steak pho (p1 large $14), tempura shrimp (5 piece $9), extra noodles ($3) and 2 bubble teas ($6 each) Their pho broth is rich and deep in flavor, you can tell that they slow cook it for hours possibly. The side order of noodles probably amounts to about 2 full bites, a bit disappointing and had I known would have definitely ordered 2. Also the steak for the steak pho is INSIDE the broth. Upon first opening the noodles I thought they had forgotten the protein (as the combo protein was inside the container with noodles) and I whipped my phone out so fast to open a ticket with Uber eats but, luckily I glanced at the broth first and found the steak at the bottom of the container Their shrimp tempura was crispy and came with a fish sauce. For their bubble tea we picked one taro and one green apple, both very heavily flavored (they likely use a powder as they offer nearly a dozen flavors) and very creamy. The boba was cooked well and had a nice texture to it. Overall good food, good portions (smaller than what we get at square lotus in factoria bellevue), If you are in the area, would recommend as a solid pho spot!

They didn't include vegetables in their pho other than the sprouts. And their banh mi vegetables were extremely sparse. Noodles were slimey and too soft. Broth was decent though. Condiment Chili oil was good too. Love their service where they don't constantly dote on you. I like being left alone when I eat.

Amazing grilled tofu banh mi.

I'm officially addicted. These sandwiches are so delicious!!! I have to stop myself from getting one daily.

Steak Pho

I went hiking at Poo Poo Chirico Trail and after we came here to give it a try. This was my first time ever having pho- I really enjoyed it. The lady working was so friendly and nice. The restaurant was clean and had a good menu. I ordered the tempura shrimp, I really liked the batter and it was a good shrimp to batter ratio. I didn't care for the sauce that came with it. I tried to order the crab puffs but she informed me they were out of them- that was a little sad. I ordered the steak pho with no veggies and loved it! The broth is very tasty and the steak was cooked well and tender. I added lime, sriracha, and hoisin sauce and stirred it all up. The flavor really goes into the broth. So I would eat some noodles and then take some broth. I would return again next time I'm in the area.

Good pho & spring rolls Only thing I have issues is the lackluster portions of the proteins. The meats are so thin and little portion compare to other pho places Service was okay Plenty of parking Oh and soup was really hot which was the B

Gluten free pho, however broth is watered down chicken broth with little to no flavor. We were disappointed overall.

I got it at 75% sweet because the last new place I visited had lower sweet, but this one I could've done 50% I think. It's really too bad this spot is so far from me (I live in Bellevue)... or maybe it's a good thing because I'd get it too much. Maybe better for my health and wallet. X_x This place also serves a lot of food, actually. I ended up getting a tea and chicken combo, and the chicken was fried but not overly oily and spiced flavorfully. The meat itself also isn't too fatty, which makes me feel like I'm not making the WORST choices by eating it........ You can get you own water at the counter, and if you order for here you need to put a table number, which I found out is already on the table, not a placard you grab near the ordering tableau.

My friend was a big fan of boba tea, and I missed Taiwanese street food badly, so we just decided to try out this place. We showed up right after they opened their door. I am a low tech person, but I found their ordering kiosk was easy to use. We ordered two meals, Taiwanese sausage bento and Beef noodle soup, that came with drinks. One interesting we noticed is that each meal selection came with different drink options. When we ordered Taiwanese sausage bento, there's an option to order a drink at a cheaper price, but no old fashioned black tea, so we ordered milk tea. However, when we ordered beef noodle soup, there's no milk tea option but old fashioned black tea. We thought all the add-on drink options were the same, but they weren't. We then got milk tea and black tea from the add on options since it's much cheaper. We also ordered blood rice cake and the braised combo. There were a few tables in the store. When we were there, not too many people were there, so we just picked up a table. The food came very quickly. During the lunch time, around noon to 1 pm, the entire place was packed. After that, most people just came to pick up something and left. The food was very delicious and was authentically Taiwanese food. The blood rice cake was southern Taiwanese style. I wish they also had northern style that would wrapped with peanut powder. The braised combo was very tasty. I guess it was cooked in the sauce for a long time. The beef noodle soup was really good, and they could add picked mustards for free. My friend and I had a lot to chat, so we stayed in the store until they closed. Nobody ever tried to kick us out simply because we had stayed too long. We had a good time there, enjoying the food and the drinks. I am sure that we will come again soon.

I ordered first the Crab Wonton and they were just as I expected. Slightly crunchy, smooth and creamy with delicious crab taste. Then I ordered as the main Red Curry with Pork and the Garlic with Pork. Both dish were very delicious and not overly powering. You can taste the crunchiness of the cooked broccoli and the tender pork was soaked in this delicious garlic sauce. The curry dish was also super good. The only slightly down side was since I asked for two stars...it was easy a medium high heat to my taste and that was a bit much. So if you like some medium low spiciness to your meal, ask for just one star or none. Haha The waitress lady was very nice and accommodating. She brought my meal in about 12 to 15 mins and that is everything. Quick and convenient. As for the ambiance of the place was nice and plenty of lighting. It is on the small side with not to many tables. I noticed they had a lot of their extra stored drinks displayed and laying around the restaurant. It is possible they do not have the extra storage, so they had to put them in the restaurant, who knows. Overall very delicious and good Thai food, despite the spiciness level being too high for me. I would definitely give them a try and I also plan to return to try their other yummy dishes. :)

It had delicious pho, which was great after hiking on a windy, fall day! My partner and I came here on a late Sunday afternoon, and the place wasn't too busy as there were only a few patrons dining inside since it wasn't yet peak dinner hour. We were able to be seated immediately and the server was very prompt and food was made fresh to order. My partner had pho with flank steak while I tried the lemongrass pho with the beef rib. It wasn't the easiest thing to eat, but I highly recommend trying the beef rib pho in the lemongrass broth as the meat was tender and flavorful. I just loved the lemongrass flavor so much, which makes this pho one of the best I've had around town. It's not everyday you find a lemongrass pho, so this one was a gem. Again, not easy to chow down on, as you'll likely have to use your hands to bite into this bad boy, but it's worth it. In addition to different phos, they have rice dishes, vermicelli bowls, appetizers and Vietnamese coffee. The space isn't the largest, but enough for groups to dine in. Parking is plenty as it's located in the business strip that houses REI.

Too much for me, so I pulled some out of my piece (see pic). Might have wanted to eat the whole thing. But the peanut sauce was boring, very hoisen heavy. My other really liked everything about the Mongolian beef. He enjoyed the sauce and the different style of the dish than he was used to. He cleared his plate. I loved the flavor of the stir-fry vegetables with chicken. However, there was literally two small pieces of carrot and broccoli. The rest was a ton of cabbage with a little onion. OK if you are a cabbage fan. The biggest issue was how much sauce it was swimming in (see end of meal pic). Might give them another try.

However,…read moreafter we placed our orders, the space gradually filled with customers which gave us some comfort. The service here was quick, the ambiance casual, and the food is very satisfying! The roast duck was very tender, and the rice and bok choy well cooked and seasoned. The Singapore noodles had a stronger curry flavor than I was used to, and was good. The true surprise was the salted fish chicken with eggplant. I've never had a dish like this before, and the fish smell was a little pungent. However, the taste wasn't fishy at all and had a great umami flavor. The eggplant was also tender and cooked beautifully. This is the type of food that is very comforting and makes me want to eat more even though I'm full! I wish the portions were bigger considering its price point. Of the three dishes, I can only find myself justifying the eggplant to be worth its price because it is so unique. The Singapore noodles and roast duck I believe I can find for a better value elsewhere. Though I won't be a regular customer, this was a nice find with good food!

The place looked new-ish in a small plaza; several other restaurants are within sight. I yelp-checked every single one of them. All of them hover at about 3.5 stars, plus/minus some. Hmmm. Anyway, I kept the original plans and entered. They have a Chinese BBQ area that was being cleaned for the night, which makes sense. It was nearly 7pm on a Sunday. The menu had mostly ordinary Cantonese varieties with several less common ingredients like fermented bean curd, salted fish, and bitter melon. Always a good sign. When I fished recommendations from the server requesting good 'uncommon' dishes (and I spoke in Cantonese), he still pointed to the 'normal' dish. Fine, I stayed along those lines, too. The food is alright. The prices are at Eastside level. This place is worthy if you don't want to drive out of Issaquah (to Bellevue or CID). If I wasn't in Issaquah, I would not purposely drive here. The Food: Curry Beef Brisket Rice 咖喱牛腩饭, $17.99 - 3.5 Stars Tender-enough beef brisket and daikon cover a massive amount of rice. The curry is thick and pooled just right. The flavor of the curry met expectations. I wish Chinese restaurants understand it is okay to give an appropriate amount of rice instead of a massive amount to avoid waste. House Special Fried Noodle 招牌炒面/粉, $20.99 - 3.5 Stars This noodle dish surprised me that it is closer to 'soy sauce king chow mein' 豉油皇炒麵 that happens to have additional ingredients. Few restaurants serve it this way. Not a good or bad thing per se. The ingredients tend to heavily absorb the soy sauce, and the flavor profile becomes a bit too uniform. On the contrary, some may find this method more flavorful. Salt &Pepper Chicken Wings 脆皮炸鸡翅, $18.99 - 4 Stars These wings ended up being my favorite dish. They have an excellent crispy on the outside, juicy inside. Good flavor, too. They are closer to 3.5 Stars. Nothing in the overall experience stood out to round up the overall rating.
