Went off hours at almost 3pm on a Sunday but the service was kind and friendly, restaurant had a few tables and food came out quick and delicious. My friend lives nearby and has been several times but this is my first time coming - I'll definitely be back when a soccer game brings me out to the Preston/Issaquah area. My friend ordered a salad and an iced tea, I had a coffee and a tuna melt on GF bread. Not a normal order by me at all but I was craving a sandwich for some reason and it was really good. Not too much mayo, good crunch and tanginess with the pickles. Fries were well seasoned and fried. Super affordable, nice easy spot to catch up and have a good bite to eat. What's not to like? My only small complaint is their house made ketchup - sweeter and runnier than I'd like and unfortunately, they don't carry any other type of ketchup. read more

The Well and Table - Albacore Tuna Salad Sandwich on a GF bun - Cocktail Bars Near Me - Issaquah, Washington

Ate at The Well and Table for dinner with a friend this weekend. The bread and butter starter was delicious, and my entree of spring pea and sausage linguine was *even better*. Sadly they were out of their corn chowder by 6:30. My friend happily scarfed down her entire porkchop, which she was impressed to have done as they're quite large chops! I was not 100 percent sold on their interpretation of bread pudding but that was more a personal style preference than a bad item. Our server was great - friendly and checked in on us but not so much as to interrupt conversation. It's a fairly large restaurant and was bustling on a Saturday night. I will say if you have an important conversation to have, probably not the right place as it's quite noisy, especially if you're near the kitchen. Or ask to move to the patio, if the weather is good! If you want a busy place with a community feeling, this is perfect. read more

Hate to do a 3 star on this place...but....Had lunch here once. All was good. Hubby had fish and chips. Ok. I had the burger. It was good. Although a heads up. The house made ketchup they are so proud of is very sweet. So if you really don't like sweet with your fries be warned. So decided to try them for dinner. I had the zucchini lasagna. Yikes. Lets call it dry cheese lasagna with a sliver or 2 of zucchini. Was really expecting a more veggie type dish. Not what I got. Also the arugula and pickled red onion salad was super bland. My hubby tried the halibut dish at 42$. He had an overcooked piece of fish and a side of basic potatoes and broccoli. So sorry to say that this place....as cute as it is and a nice as they are is off our list. read more

The grilled jerk chicken sandwich is a lunch must! We substituted the side of fries for chicken & lentil soup (upcharge). The burger tasted fresh and the egg was a nice touch, however the chicken sandwich was a clear winner. Their house ketchup is also a must try! We were excited to try their dessert bread pudding, but unfortunately they ran out of ice cream. They didn't initially tell us this pertinent info and then charged the full price. Nicole kindly took off $2 after inquiring though.. They unfortunately do not offer military discount. QR only menu. Looks like a cute place to visit with girlfriends. read more

It was a gorgeous day, so we decided to stop in for happy hour and enjoy the outdoor seating. They have two separate deck areas -- one connected to the bar and another on the restaurant side. We chose the bar patio, which was cozy, fully covered, and set up with a handful of small high-top tables, making it a really comfortable spot to relax. The drink menu could use a little more detail, since none of the draft options were listed. When we asked about cider, our server checked and let us know they had a cherry pomegranate cider on tap. For beer, the options were simply described as an IPA and a lager, so we went with the lager. It was good, though we never found out which brewery it was from. We also ordered a mule, which was well made. For happy hour, we shared the half charcuterie board ($12), and it was beautifully presented with a great variety. We were impressed enough to stay for dinner afterward. We ordered the burger and the Greek salad with chicken after learning they were out of prawns. Our server also thoughtfully mentioned they were out of Kalamata olives in case that changed my order, which I appreciated. Both entrees were delicious. The burger stood out thanks to the homemade ketchup, which was especially good. The Greek salad was fresh and flavorful, though a bit light on portion size. Service throughout the evening was friendly and attentive, and by around 7 p.m. on a Friday, the restaurant had become quite busy. Overall, a really enjoyable experience with great patio ambiance, solid food, and warm service. read more

I now understand what people day about the homemade BBQ and ketchup at The Well and Table. Specially the BBQ sauce which was delicious! Big kudos to one of the best skinny Margaritas I had a restaurant, it was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too tart. Service was very attentive, I feel like our waitress checked on us enough but not too much as to disturb our conversation. The polenta bites were yummy, and I really liked the wilted spinach salad. I added chicken to my salad and that was a bit bland but overall, it worked well in the salad. My date had the burger and liked it. We chose to sit indoors by the window in a 2-top but they have outdoor seating which is nice on a sunny day. read more

LOVE this restaurant! We stopped in after shopping to have lunch and it ended up being our favorite meal of our entire summer vacation in Washington. Love that so much of the food & drink options are locally sourced & seasonal! Everything tasted so fresh and thoughtfully done. We ordered the beet salad, crispy polenta, artichoke lasagna, and the cobbler for dessert. I ordered the local sparkling lavender lemonade (from Spring Creek Lavender)...DELICIOUS & REFRESHING! They probably won't have most of these dishes throughout the year, since have a local and seasonal menu, but if they ever do have these dishes, try them! When we return to Washington, this restaurant will always be on my list to come back to! read more

9.6.2025 This place is a gem. Cozy, welcoming, and clearly run by people who care about good food and good vibes. Everything we tried felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The roasted cauliflower was a standout--perfectly charred, well-seasoned. Honestly, I'd come back just for that dish. Service was warm and attentive without being overbearing! read more

Came here to meet a friend for dinner. She's been here before, and loves it, so I wanted to try the place out. We came in time for happy hour, so we started off with the happy hour mule, margarita, and Bread & Butter. For our dinner, we both got the Sausage Linguine, and she substituted hers with chicken. Everything was delicious. The pasta had great flavor, and I really liked the soften butter and whole pieces of garlic with the Bread & Butter. Service was very friendly. read more

Were here for dinner. The place was full so we were excited to try the food thinking that it might be popular for a reason. We ordered fish and chips and cauliflower appetizer Pros: Pleasant atmosphere Decent service Delicious coleslaw in fish and chips Cons: Appetizer portion wasn't just big. It was huge. More than enough as a meal. The whole dish was bland, under salted Bacon was a bit too crunchy. Fish and chips were no good. The fish itself was nice, juicy, but the batter too thick. Overall under seasoned, undersalted. The fries were just ok. People who cook need to occasionally try their own food. read more

Farm to table dishes with a creative (and delicious) twist! Daughter had the PBLT (pork belly bacon lettuce tomato) sandwich with a tomato-apricot chutney and fries. I couldn't decide and got the crispy Cauliflower with shallot bacon arugala and a near-drinkable dressing. I also ordered the crispy polenta with goat cheese shallot and arugala over pesto. I tasted and it was amazing- but had to box it to enjoy later. The cauliflower was more than enough. Our waitress Leslie was lovely too. I'll be back! read more

We were visiting the area and found this restaurant serving a good range of gluten-free options on the menu, including Gluten Free Stout from a local brewery Ghostfish! The GF fish and chips were better than average - crispy coating and moist rock fish. The Heirloom Tomatoes BLT with toasted sourdough was delicious. Instead of lettuce, it has mixed greens which added a layer of flavor along with the juicy tomatoes and the crunchy bacon. We ended our lunch with the Gluten-Free plum cobbler. It was a fantastic dessert - the plum gave the tartness and balanced teh sweetness from the ice cream. The wait staff told us that the plums were grown by the owner's mother! If you were in the area, and if you were looking for gluten free options, definitely check out this place! read more

Cute little place in Issaquah!!! I did NOT know this place was here!!! I do wish I knew about it sooner! What a gem to find a farm to table, locally souced restauraunt in this location!!! The waitress was awesome! The drink was delivered promptly as well as the food. The food was good! The ambiance wasn't anything crazy, it was quaint, nothing upscale but not dive. It was cute and quaint. Prices were fair and the value for the price was great. The food was great, portions were fair and the food was good, so I would gladly visit again! Visited with the parents, who arn't much to go out, but visiting a small business farm to table and locally sourced is def a hit! WILL be back! A+++ and do recommend! read more

Wife and I had a wonderful lunch here recently. An American restaurant within the Gilman Village. We chose outside table on somewhat sunny day. The wind "off Issaquah Creek" (Ha!) was wonderful. I was in the mood for fish and chips and that's what I ordered. Enjoyed it very much. Wife had her typical choice of light salad. She praised it as quite good. We do not drink alcohol, so we really liked their choices of non-alcoholic drinks and mocktails. We ended choosing "Lavender Lemonade." Was great! Service was attentive and quite friendly. Price was quite reasonable too. We shall return! read more

This location is part of Gilman Plaza so there is plenty of free parking. You are greeted by hanging baskets and into a very cute space. There is a lot of natural light and openness. There is also an outdoor patio when the weather is nice. We made reservations as we had a bigger group for lunch. The service was great and friendly. We did get drinks refilled often. Several of us got the burger and I appreciated that there was a gluten free bun option. The fries were okay but not hot when I go my food. I did like the burger but it needed more special sauce. The bread pudding was a little dry but someone in the group really enjoyed it with lots of ice cream. read more

Came for happy hour and glad we did. We liked the polenta bites a lot! The pesto sauce was fresh and bright. Probably our favorite item. The singular turkey wing (and leg!) was quite large actually. The fried pieces were served on a base of hot honey and topped with arugula. The Mac and cheese was a bit rich but was balanced by the other dishes. Those 3 happy hour apps were enough to fill two decently hungry people. Cocktails and glass of wine are about $10. Beers $7. Food came out super fast. Service was excellent. We sat in the bar but we didn't really care for the ambiance. It's a big restaurant and as a result it felt pretty empty inside. WE WILL HOWEVER BE BACK FOR DOG-FRIENDLY BACK PATIO THOUGH!! Tl;dr - Food 4/5, happy hour prices 5/5, service 5/5, ambiance 2.5/5. Overall 4.2/5 read more

A group of us came here for an early dinner one Monday evening and it was the highlight of my week! For some reason, I was always under the impression that this was a small restaurant, but upon entering and after walking past the bar, it opens up and becomes more spacious in the back. Our party of 12 was seated at a large rectangular table and were well taken care of the entire time. Our waiter was quick to gather our drink orders and served them while we reviewed the menu. Note that their menu is subject to change on a whim. It's digital only (via QR code), making it easy for them to publish quick modifications. In the afternoon on the day of, I saw a duck leg listed as an entrée, but by the time it came to order, it had been removed and replaced by their Shepherd's Pie. After ordering, their timing was impeccable, with a few of our table mates receiving their soup and appetizers first followed by all of our main dishes arriving at the same time. The complimentary bread was served right out of the oven, being pillowy inside with a slightly chewy exterior. I'm normally not huge on bread, but it was great, especially with a dab of the whipped butter. I tried one piece of the PORK BELLY appetizer ($22) and could have eaten the whole thing myself. Although small pieces, the pork was perfectly fried and salted, with a note of sweetness from the honey mustard. It came with roasted potatoes and greens, so this could actually be a meal for someone looking for a lighter option. For my entrée, I selected the PORK SHOULDER ($32), which was braised with an apricot sauce, paired with caramelized onions & kale, and served atop mashed potatoes. Despite having more fat than I would personally like, the meat was extremely tender and succulent, making it one of the top pork dishes I can remember. I would just say that the portion of pork was small considering the price. The apricot sauce was well-balanced, the potatoes were super smooth and the caramelized onions tied everything together. Our table split three desserts ($10 each), so everyone could have a bite or two of each. All were served a la mode with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE was moist, rich and not too dense. I couldn't even tell that it was gluten-free. I had one taste of the PEAR, CRANBERRY & FRESH GINGER COBBLER; it had a nice tartness, warm spices and a small zip from the ginger. My favorite was the BREAD PUDDING which tasted like it had a hint of amaretto extract... so good! We had excellent service the entire time. A single waiter handled our group with genuine care and attentiveness. He patiently answered our questions about the menu, was understanding of dietary restrictions and preferences, and so kind overall. I wish I had his name so I could give him a shout-out. All around, I had a terrific experience here. The next time someone asks me for a restaurant recommendation in Issaquah, this spot will be top of mind! 4.75 stars. read more

I love this spot so much. It's a chic little place with the best small plates, wine, and staff. I love just sitting at the bar and people watching and yip yapping with the sweet bartenders. Their basil Mac and cheese is yum with a nice white wine. In the summers their burrata is amazing and all their great salads. I like the fact that they don't have huge portion sizes. read more

Thought this was going to be a treat, as all the menu items seemed to have some twist to them and the vibe in the restaurant is kinda 'cultured and bespoke but welcoming' if that makes sense... Unfortunately everything turned out poorly, from the food to the service, and none out of the four of us will go back. Three times our waiter said he'd bring us something (water, mustard, napkins) and failed each time where we had to flag down someone else after 10m. He put in the wrong salad for my wife and never put in our bread order. Once we got the right food, it just...wasn't good. The carrot salad flavor was nice but about a quarter of the carrots were extremely fibrous beyond old celery. We got it with shrimp for something like $9 extra and they were the most tiny pitiful shrimp you've seen. It was laughable to the point every time our family sees a little shrimp somewhere we now say 'how much did that cost, $9? The bread looked fancy but the butter was wholly unflavorful (an unsalted unflavored oil). As for the fish and chips, it was more like baked old fish -- heavy fishy taste and minimal breading with a weak fry. Even the burger was overdone and nothing redeeming for the price. The restaurant went out of their way to highlight local dairy, meat, and probably veggies. Still, you gotta have quality food alongside the local benefit, and consistent service above all. read more

Stopped in for a late lunch on our way to Remlinger Farms. Cute restaurant in a great little shopping plaza. We started with the cauliflower appetizer- we thought it would be fried cauliflower, but it was more roasted- still delicious. We also shared the spinach salad, the vinaigrette with bacon was fantastic. My entree was the PBLT- I was not a huge fan, it was a lot of lettuce, and I mean an insane amount! The fries were delicious, and the homemade ketchup made of dates and tomatoes, was delicious. My husband had the fish and chips, he enjoyed his meal. We topped it off with the bread pudding, which we didn't care for, was more like fried French toast. Service was top notch, loved our server! I wish I would have caught his name! Overall, solid meal. read more

The atmosphere was lovely, unfortunately that's where the positive experience ends. The portions were incredibly tiny for the price and considering it didn't even taste good (talking 12 fries as a side, the smallest fish pieces, and main salad without much to it). My tuna sandwich was 80% mayonnaise with a very lemony taste and standard bread and I couldn't even finish half of it. We went with friends and were all a little embarrassed we picked this restaurant. read more

New to the Issaquah area so I decided to check this place out for some lunch before work. Firstly, this place is so cozy and tucked away, it offers a relaxing and calm environment. Staff were super friendly and quick with their service. I ordered the fish and chips and was pleasantly surprised I got a bigger portion of food than I was expecting. The fish was so good with crispy batter and the fries were well seasoned. I wish I could've spent more time here, but I was definitely in a time crunch. I will absolutely be returning here to try out some more of their food and drinks! read more

This was my first time dining here, and it was absolutely delicious! It's so rare these days to find a restaurant that delivers genuinely good, unpretentious food and great service. I started with their coffee martini--made with coffee, not espresso. Our lovely server suggested ordering it less sweet, and I'm glad I took his advice. It was very good, though still a touch sweet for my taste. We then switched to a bottle of Malbec and the baked brie. My friend has celiac disease, and they thoughtfully provided both gluten-free crackers and regular crostini. The only thing that would have made it better was a little more of the quince compote--so good! I ordered the sausage linguini and my friend had the squash risotto. Both dishes came out quickly and piping hot. It's amazing how much it matters when food is made with care and intention. Somewhere along the way, many places forgot that hot food should be served hot--and on a warm plate! My pasta was delicious, and I actually had to wait a few minutes for it to cool down, which I did happily. The risotto was fantastic as well. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended--I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Well & Table, for a wonderful dining experience! read more

I've been there twice and will not come back. Although the ambiance is nice... The food was terrible, the burger was tiny, and the french fries were cold, and too expensive for the quality and quantity. The polenta bites were a soggy greasy mess. The cocktails were so tiny for the price. I will say the staff was nice. I was hoping this would be a good place to eat. Issaquah really doesn't have any quality restaurants. read more

The appetizers were OK And my husband and I shared a steak, which was disappointing. The service was good.

Had a really good lunch with a friend! We ended up going all out in appetizers and skipped the main course as their appetizers menu was fantastic . We got the beetroot and apple salad, pickle dip, crispy polenta, and the burrata. Everything was amazing but the polenta was the star. My friend loved the pickle dip. Portions were big and could be very easily shared by 3 people. We were stuffed. For drinks, we got the Jalapeno and Orange shrub. A++. Service was slow-- we waited for almost 30 minutes for our appetizers. They wanted to bring them all together. We finally ran out of patience, called the waiter and requested him to bring whatever was ready. I think they are short staffed but once we asked them about the delay, they were apologetic. Staff were polite and sweet. The whole place has a very homey feeling. I would love to come back. It's a farm to table concept so everything is fresh. read more

Great lunch spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely small town vibe. The fish and chips were delicious! The serving of fries was on the smaller side. Everything on the menu looked delicious and fresh - love the farm to table aspect. Our server Lydia was super sweet! We did not enjoy the sauces. The house made ketchup was more like a sweetened, tomato puree. At first I thought my meal came with a side of refried beans, but that was the ketchup haha! The ranch also was overly dilly. My second visit to Well and Table: this one was significantly improved. Had a reservation and were promptly seated in a nice corner overlooking the garden area. Looking around, the paint was fresh, bright, and very well done (I just had my own painting projects and can appreciate the great job done here). Attractive sculpture hanging in the main area. We ordered a Beet and Apple salad and told the waiter we would split it between the two of us: he arrived with sizable portions already plated to each of us (yes!) and it was a very fresh salad with + proper quantities of the featured ingredients. This time I chose the Artichoke Lasagna: a wonderfully cheesy dish, almost so much that the pasta (almost a filo dough?) was nearly culinarily invisible. A hearty amount of artichoke as well. Wife had the Halibut: a substantial portion attractively arranged with carrot puree and an unexpected substitution of bok choy instead of the menu-listed asparagus: a winner. The beer list is based on local breweries, and I had expected a few more selections but was very happy with the lesser known can I selected. (our first trip to WaT featured a filet stroganoff and beet salad which didn't make the grade. The restaurant reached out with heartfelt apologies and a promise to do better: they did. We didn't identify ourselves coming in, so they passed the blind test) read more

Amazing service. Extremely friendly and attentive staff that really catered to our needs. We even spilled water at some point all over our mac and cheese, and they swiftly served us with a replacement. The food was also good, but nothing outstanding. A lot of the items had a really sour taste for some reason, but that might just be what we ordered (basil mac and cheese, zucchini lasagna, jerk chicken sandwich, bread and butter). As another review stated, their butter lacked much flavor, though paired with the garlic confit it was pretty tasty. Zucchini lasagna was definitely not my favorite, with it mostly being cheese and not enough veg or pasta. Overall, service bumps this place up to a 4/5, but food I would give a 3/5. Ambiance was very cute and clean. Good spot to meet with friends. read more

Ah man- I had hope for dinner last night! I had been to Well & Table once before and had a lovely meal and cocktails with a friend outside in the sun. Unfortunately, that was not the case last night. :( Service was great and really like decor of the place. It was pretty busy so it got pretty loud in the restaurant, but I can roll with that. Cocktails were good (Aperol Spritz, anyone?) but the food was meh. Had a brie starter and it was meh. Ordered the artichoke lasagna and it was meh. Companion had potato leek soup and said it was not very good. I don't know if I would come back here for the food but I could probably be talked into a return visit when the sun is out and I can sit on the patio and have a drink. read more

Attended a small birthday dinner here this evening. The service and food were amazing. 8 people and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

I can't wait to go back! Well and Table has an elevated American cuisine that will have you unashamedly licking the plate. Definitely try the pork belly. The warm lental and squash appetizer is made perfectly and enough for a whole meal. And somehow they took a standard burger and made it a standout burger. The atmosphere is upscale casual and perfect for a date night or a night out with out of town guests. Sadly the service on the night we were there was lackluster. Our server never checked on us and she totally ignored us while serving the tables all around. Also we were charged for a side of sauce. Which I object to on principle. All said, the food and atmosphere outweigh the negatives. Would I recommend? Yes. read more

Omg. This burger! It was 10/10. I wanted to go back the same night for another one. For $18, I think it was a great price for a grass fed burger. A MUST try spot for a burger. Also, they have super cute patio seating. I highly recommend for a sunny summer day. read more

It's always nice to find a homy farm kind of restaurant in the greater Seattle area. All in all the restaurant in itself is nice. Everything is clean and bright! The employees are decently friendly and helpful. As far as food goes, the menu is a bit small. Which can be understandable as it seems to be more of a farm to table type restaurant. I came with a group of people and we ordered two burgers ($19 each. Pretty standard price) two kids Mac and cheeses ($10 dollars each. We will get to that later) and a beet salad ($19) The burger is pretty phenomenal! It has such great flavors, lots of leafy lettuce, tomato and a nice sauce. The buns tasted home made and everything was super fresh. The fries served with it are so really good! Literally perfectly crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside! They were served with what figured out to be apple sauce. Which I could pretty strange but who am I to judge what you like to dip your fry's in. The beet salad was actually quite good as well! It had some yummy toasted nuts and tangy arugula! And the goat cheese really tied everything together! However... I paid $19 for this salad (which in my opinion is pretty expensive for a salad) and I was expecting it to be a decently sized portion. But when the waitress set the plate down in front of me I audibly snorted with how small the portion was. I mean you would have assumed I ordered a side salad with how small this portion was. Needless to say I wasn't very happy about that. And as far as the Mac and Cheese goes, it's a pretty standard size for a kids serving. But the meal only comes with the Mac and cheese, no side of fruit or veggies. And for $10 I thought that was a bit crazy. Going beyond the price the actual Mac and cheese in itself was so bland that even the child who ordered it didn't even want to finish it. I mean even pepper didn't do much for it. Understand that children's Mac and cheese is not something that TOO much flavor needs to be put into, but this was just kind of embarrassing with how bad it was. I am thankful however it was home made Mac and cheese and not $10 for a box of Kraft. :( All in all the main menu has some delicious things but the prices seem to be a bit much for the portions of food. Probably not somewhere I will be recommending to any friends other than for a good burger. read more
