My friends and I come here very often, almost daily. My friend always buys two meals so he can enjoy it after the deli closes. This place is a little hidden treasure near our school. This is some of the best, if not the best, service I ever receive from a restaurant. The staff treats us as if we are their family and always give us bonus treats and hugs! Oh yeah, and the food is great too! The sandwiches taste very home made, like your mother made them for you! My favorite is the Southwestern Chicken sandwich. I also like the Godfather a lot, and it seems that is a popular one with my friends also. I've also had the World-Pac, which was one of my first favorites also. The great thing is they have so many special deals everyday that allow you to try out many different meals. The price is great also. It's cheaper than eating at school and it seems healthier and tastier. The atmosphere is very homely. If you are in the area for lunch, I highly recommend this place! Ok wtf has happened to my deli? This place use to rock & at one point I gave it 5 stars when Jimmy ran it but it's under new ownership now & it's gotten cheap. Don't look at the website the pictures in no way represent what you get...for example I got "the gobler" a few days ago & no cranberries but instead that can cranberry paste, yuck...then I got "the willows" which my buddy laughed & said I wouldn't be able to put that double decker in my mouth but sadly I got no double decker, lame & then today I got the "ham supreme baggett" but no spicy bacon :( this place has gone down hill fast, even the lil candy bars have shrunken down to a bite size sadness read more

Place is very unassuming but the sandwiches are phenomenal and the prices are very reasonable.

The place is nice and not very crowded. I liked the breakfast (egg and bacon). The Internet is good, you can sit for hours to do your work but the down side is a constant smell of burned oil and bacon. There seem to be no ventilation, the back door is open at all times making it freezing cold. Had to keep my jacket on all the time. It's a good place to eat and go, but to stay... This place is great! They have special every day, the pac melt is great. Their salads are awesome as are their regular menu items. They give you a little can't with your meal for a nice little touch! Went here based on the positive reviews. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich and a bowl of chili. They brought the food to my table and I was a bit concerned when I saw the chicken was processed chopped and formed strips on a toasted sesame hamburger bun, but was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. The chicken was moist and the pesto was delicious, and fresh lettuce and tomato slices finished off the sandwich. The chili was good but not the best I've had, but then again I am a bit of a chili snob. All in all it was good food from a deli located in an industrial area and I will be back to try more menu items. read more

Incredible place! Everyone is so nice and friendly and the ambiance is everything you'd want for a nice lunch deli. I am one of those people that like to try everything! I go here about 1-2 times/ week and usually order something new. They have tons of choices, huge portions, and I haven't tried anything that i didn't truly enjoy! Asiago Soup is great, Tuesday special sand which is yummy, and even their signature Wednesday lasagna is great! I love seeing them busy, and they usually have a bit of a line during lunch time. It's like eating at your grandmas house, except your grandma charges you $10. 'Complimentary' chips, pickle and mini candy bar is a nice touch, but the sandwich was stacked cold cuts - didn't even appear to be sliced deli meat. I needed to find a nice lunch spot to meet with a good client of mine searched yelp and chose Willows Deli. Awesome food, and very popular apparently.. tons of people came through in the time I was there and thankfully stayed pretty quiet. I have a few clients in the area so its perfect for grabbing a quality, quick bite to eat. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because there was a slight lapse in service. They forgot to make a coffee that was ordered but were quick to fix the problem. read more

I travel extensively for work so I always try to find an out-of-the-way local eatery. I stumbled upon the Willows Deli today and was very impressed. Love this place. The guy always remembers me and knows most of my order by heart. His wife slips me a cookie some times :) They're open nice and early, (7am to 4pm) which saved me from eating Jack in the Box every day when I was working at 5am. Most importantly, the turkey and avacado sandwich on a croissant is probably the most delicious sandwich I've ever had...and I've had a bunch. Even their mayo seems to be a notch above the rest. Turkey, avacado, mozzarella cheese, mayo, mustard, lettuce, and tomato, a wee bit toasted to melt the cheese. I can die happy for having eaten this sandwich. Isn't that a bit sad, you ask? Of course. Super friendly people, always there to take a phone order, and have never been dissapointed in the food. REALLY enjoy their Sun-dried Tomato and Turkey sandwich, and The Gobbler. For under $10 you can get a good sized sandwich (they don't skimp on the fillings), a small bag of chips and either candy or a cookie. We usually order to go, so I don't know how it is to stay and eat, but it looks nice and fairly clean (depending on how busy it is and table turn-over rates). You can also place your order online for an ASAP pickup (my last order was ready in about 15 min) or for a future time. The guy running the register (the majority of the times I've visited it's the same guy) is very friendly, even when he looks a little frazzled. I think the only downside I know of is if your heart is set on a 1/2 sandwich and soup-of-the-day order and you get there after the lunch rush... they might be out of soup.... read more

I often run over to Willows Deli for a quick lunch. The food is good and they have a large menu so you can always order something different. I really like the egg salad sandwich! I also have done take out here and it is always good and reliable. I'll be coming back for a good weekday lunch! French dip is delicious but a bit pricey for how small it is. I called my order in to save time but still had to wait in long line with people making orders when I got there since I couldn't pay over the phone I should've realized that so that's my fault but when I swipped my debit card to pay I got a tip screen where my options were 15 20 25% there was no other option no way to get outta the screen other than their predetermined tip amounts and ya I usually tip a few bucks even with takeout orders but I did not like having no choice!!! Mediocre, at best. The salad that I ordered was pre-done, in a refrigerator, not tossed at all, the dressings were in little closed cups, and I got a Reese's peanut butter cup also on top of the salad, still in its individual wrapping/packaging. The staff was mediocre also in terms of friendliness, and the credit-card machine auto-prompted me to leave a tip. Willows Deli is very close to where my office is located, so it is a go-to for a quick lunch. They have quite a few different options, and their specials are great as well. I love that they serve breakfast until 10:30, because it gives me a pretty good chunk of time to get my fix. The only thing I'd recommend, is that if you're in a hurry, it's best to order before you show up (either by phone or online). It can get pretty busy during peak lunch hours and you may end up waiting a little longer than expected to get your food. read more
