    Super Gyro combo, $10.50 + 3.50 - 4 Stars
    Eva M.

Logistics first: To drive onto the 76 gas station where Super Gyros is located, find a route that will have you go northbound on 116th Ave NE. If you are going southbound on 116th Ave NE, the turn-lane barriers will prevent you from making the left turn onto their lot. Alternatively, turn left early into Taco Time and walk over for a quick stop. Hidden behind 76 with their Krispy Krunch Chicken and the Tacos Bandits is the Super Gyros food truck with their fallen flags. I was looking for those and couldn't see them. Lol. We arrived at 12:50 on a weekday. We must have missed the hospital and office lunch rush, because the lot was quiet. It turns out they were busy preparing a large take-out order. In any case, we placed our order in person. The wait was very reasonable at maybe 12 minutes. Other than the food truck, they have a metal covered sitting area that fits several tables comfortably. As others speculated, I too suspect the gas station owns both the taco truck and gyro truck. The Food: Super Gyro combo, $10.50 + 3.50 - 4 Stars Their super gyro is more like a short, chubby gyro wrapped fully enclosed liked a burrito. The fluffy pita is damaged and wrinkled with this handling method. (This is why a gyro is normally open ended.) When unwrapped (to take my photo), there is no way to 'get that cat into the bag', so to speak. Poor hubby ate the gyro with a fork. As many have mentioned, the abundance of veggies, while not necessarily authentic, is very enjoyable. Their very fresh ingredients made the meal seem healthier. The combo with the Greek fries (I requested feta separate) and soda for an extra $3.50 is a good addition. Chicken Shawarma Salad, $11.99 - 5 Stars Well-seasoned chicken, over very fresh salad greens, smeared with tzatziki sauce on top and served with a freshly warmed pita in its own bag, this was a very satisfying and delicious meal that still tasted good by the time we arrived home to eat. If you want an option that travels well, this is highly recommended. The food averages to 4.5 Stars. Our ordering was smooth, and the lady was friendly. Rounding up to 5 Stars overall.

I'm updating this to 5 stars because even though all these years, the food quality is the same, the people are just as nice, and I feel like the portion got even bigger for the price We got the combo plate and the thing was huge. At first I thought the meat was just on top of rice but the rice was only at one corner, and the rest was all meat! The pita bread was super soft as well Have been my go to Mediterranean place and will continue to be

Great portion for great price! Very flavorful and well-balanced. If you're in the area and would like to go, then this is a great option. I was able to order ahead and it was ready when I arrived. I paid on the spot.

Solid Mediterranean food for a competitive price with good portion sizes, plenty of flavor and extras. We were visiting for a wedding and decided to try out the Super Gyros food truck nearby. Our order consisted of a chicken shawarma plate, lamb and beef gyro plate and finally a side of falafel. It also came with pita bread which were burning hot when we got them. The chicken was juicy and tasty. Falafel freshly fried. Lamb and beef gyro were tender quality pieces. The pictures don't do it justice but the salad was robust and the rice was cooked to perfection with grains well separated. Would return again if we weren't here only for the weekend!

Super interesting gyros and shawarma. Food is tasty and they give you some good quality and quantity. I like it! Good stuff!

Good value for your money! I don't eat a lot so I love getting the side of falafel. It comes with 6 falafels, a pita bread, and some veggies for about $6. Perfect snack, comes out hot and fresh. Service was fast. Plenty of free parking next to a gas station. Pretty quiet and peaceful place to eat after work in your car.

This babaganoush is something i could bathe in on god. They stacking their food up higher than the line outside a taco bell after 4/20. The lamb and beef was prob the best I've ever had and the salad made me think on being vegan for a minute. Def bulk approved.

This place reopened again after closing for over two months. I tried it today and it was great. Jose and his staff are very friendly and the gyro was so good . The fries was fresh too and the gyro sauce was delicious too. The gyro sandwich was full of meat.

This food truck makes it very convenient to grab a gyro on the go. Located on each side of the 76 gas station in totem lake are two food trucks. One is a small Mexican cart, and the other is Super Gyros. To my understanding, Super Gyros is most likely owned by the same owners as the 76 gas station itself, since they often run inside the gas station to restock on supplies and food items for the truck. I've been to Super Gyros several times and the food has always been good. Not great, but good. They offer super sized option with loads of meat packed into the sandwich. I don't think I've ever managed to eat an entire super sized gyro in one sitting. What I also like is that they don't skimp on the veggies... There is also no difference between a gyro and a shawarma whatsoever here....So keep that in mind when ordering lol. I love that they have a large gazebo with lots of seating. My only complaint is that they have forgotten parts of my order almost every visit lol. One time they forgot one of 3 gyros I ordered. Another time they forgot my baklava and when I reminded them they had to run into the gas station to grab it. Lol and then the last time I was there they forgot to give me 10 bucks change Lol. So yeah just make sure you pay attention to your order and check it before leaving. Other than that I highly recommend this place. They are always friendly and the customers all seem to be regulars!

In long Meeting an old friend for lunch, I looked for the best place that was close to halfway between us. I knew he dug Persian, but, for all the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean I've tried, this was my first venture. Safe to say I was long overdue for this exploration. 100th is pretty dense with little strip malls and mixed-use retail/residential for miles through here. A couple blocks away, you're in very leafy suburbia, but this stretch of road is 4 lanes and endless business district. BBMC is tucked on the east side of the street in a corner suite, plenty of parking. The dining room isn't much bigger than the back of most moving trucks you've loaded in your life; there's seating for maybe 20, and about 4 more on the little sidewalk patio. There's a clean and spacious washroom in back, though getting a wheelchair in there might take some doing. You get laminated menus and a carafe of water within a minute of sitting. It's not the longest menu, but evidently pretty extensive by Persian standards. We both went for grilled kebabs with basmati rice and salad. I was on duty to bring home a full serving of leftovers, so I went with the King's Choice. Great big salad, and a huge tray of rice. This is clearly designed for at least 2 to share. As it happens, that was the plan, since we're having leftovers for dinner at home. The salad has tons of fresh veg and a nice herbaceous yogurt dressing. No sauce on the meat or rice, but there's a ton of flavor from perfectly-balanced dry seasoning. The beef, ground beef, and chicken kebabs were all bursting with moisture and flavor, cooked just to perfect doneness, and showing nice little hints of grill scoring. I paid a little over $70 for what will be 3 servings of food (at least), and I haven't even tried the eggplant appetizer yet. I grabbed that to go. This place is worth many repeat visits, and I'd be in here regularly if I lived closer.

Based on decor I wondered if it had been a pub or steakhouse once in its life: lots of paneled and coffered wood, chandeliers, and wooden booths with coat hangers. We started with the baba ghanouj and ordered the fesenjan and a beef kobideh for meals. The meals came with a salad to share rather than small individual salads on the plate which was a nice touch. The staff was able to provide some veggies with the baba ghanouj since my partner in crime can't have bread. The baba ghanouj was great - exactly the smoky eggplant flavor I was craving when I saw the sign for Persian cuisine. The kobideh was nice and tender - you could taste the onion. The fesenjan was also extremely good. One question: Who eats this much rice in one dish? The rice was very good - but it is a lot of rice. I haven't had Persian like this since we had Persian neighbors who invited us over.

The center area hosted a huge group with multiple tables pushed together. I have avoided Zeitoon all these years because they are higher cost, not necessarily justifiable since there are lower cost Persian foods or similar Mediterranean restaurants in the area. I finally decided to try them. Our server answered my questions, including his favorites. Two questionable/sketchy things happened: 1. Our server recommended the Mirza Ghasemi, which he said is great with the optional soft-boiled egg. Sounds good. We ordered it. The optional egg is $2, which is not identified on the menu. (See photo) 2. When he recommended the Mirza Ghasemi, we asked him to remove the Mast O Khiar which we initially chose. I said we only want one appetizer. He nodded and said OK. When the Mirza Ghasemi arrived, so did the Mast O Khiar. They put both on the table and immediately left. I flagged the original server to remind him we said to remove it, but a different person showed up instead. He: "You want to cancel this? No problem." and took the yogurt away. I did not order this; it is not me canceling. Minus 0.5 stars from overall rating. The Food: Mirza Ghasemi + egg, $14 +$2 - 2.5 Stars This eggplant dish is the one recommended by our server. We do enjoy eggplant dips, especially warm versions. The optional "soft boiled egg" is not an American version but tiny threads of yellow egg bits mixed within the eggplant mixture. Honestly, we cannot taste the egg. It is borderline a scam. This dish would be 3.5 stars if it was $14 at the menu price, which is already on the high side. A $16 eggplant dish is delusional. Lamb Shishlik Kebab, $36 - 3.5 Stars Menu: Lamb rack marinated and chargrilled (see menu photo) I knew I would not see a rack of lamb on my plate. I got four lamb chops. Meat quality wise, this is excellent. It comes with a ton of basmati rice and a salad with a refreshing light dressing. This is a bit spendy for the quantity of meat, but taste is good. Soltani Shishlik, $42 - 3.5 Stars This is the exact same dish as above except add a skewer of grounded beef kebab. This kebab, and I quote my hubby, is "not that good". Same comment for the rest of the dish. A basket of lavash bread arrived at the table. I believe it came with the Mirza Ghasemi. We have eaten many lavash breads, commonly used as wrap so it is grilled and/or heat-pressed with oil on the surface. These lavash breads are simply warmed. I learned they taste terrible that way. The surface has a sandpaper texture and still taste like sandpaper when eating it. If I paid for this separately, I would be upset.
