No seating, but they are located in the Shell station parking lot across from Kirkland Urban, which means also across from Peter Kirk Park. Grab some tacos (and maybe a Happy Lemon - right next door!) and dine al fresco on a nice day. All their food is packaged for takeaway so it's also a great "grab on the way home from work" option. Tried out this taco truck since it was right next to the gas station. only ordered a beef and pork taco to taste. It came in a nice clear box so the presentation was great for takeout. it is detailed with couple pieces of radish, lime, and a really flavorful salsa (mild in this case). It came was traditional 2 layer corn taco that was fresh. The pork was moist and flavorful. The beef can be more moist and needs a little more seasoning. The Food: 3 Street Tacos, $3.25 each + $0.50 for 1 lengua - 4 Stars I ordered 1 al pastor pork (guajillo marinated pork served with grilled pineapple), 1 carnitas (citrus marinated pulled pork), and 1 lengua (braised in herbs and garlic beef tongue). All three of the meats are very good. To be honest, covered with spicy sauce (still having heartburn hours later), I inhaled the food so fast that they taste about the same. Ok, not the lengua, that's kind of obvious. All three tacos are great with fresh tasting tortillas, topped with fresh veggies. Three tacos are the right amount for me. I stopped by for lunch in the neighborhood, downtown Kirkland. There were some parking spots available in that gas station so it's very convenient. The ambiance was laid back and service was friendly and efficient. I ordered breakfast with carne asada, large horchata, chilaquiles con huevos with chorizo. They were really delicious and authentic and we enjoyed every bite. Horchta was creamy and it's the best one I've had. I mixed my coffee and it tasted phenomenal. Best breakfast burritos around! This cute Mexican food truck does NOT disappoint. My partner and I found this truck back in Ballard at the farmer's market a few years ago (it seriously revived us from far too many late nights), and we were so excited to see they have multiple locations after we moved! I was craving a quesadilla so I went for a ride along the waterfront to one of the half dozen or so Los Chilangos taco trucks on the east side. Got the cabeza quesadilla. This particular truck is in the gas station lot where Wendy's once was. Beef cabeza was savory, umame, perfectly tender and spicy. The quesadilla was enough for two small meals and wait time was only a few minutes. Its not very apparent that english at this truck is a tiny bit limited so dont mistake it as rudeness or what not they just dont speak conversational but they are very nice people and they make pretty good mexican food. Best tacos in Kirkland!!! I actually live pretty close by but never noticed this cute little food truck. I went all the way up to Bothell for tacos at the La Sabrosa Taqueria on the same day for lunch. I discovered it around dinner on the way to check out the newly opened Happy Lemon boba tea shop. I rarely leave reviews. And people are more apt To talk about a negative experience than a positive one. So I guess this fits the trope. But I have to start off with this: my favorite food of all time is a carne asada burrito. It has all the food groups. It's portable, resealable and most of all yummy. So I have a high standard. But even if I didn't this place would be dog shit. For the price they charge you can go to a sit down restaurant and get actual service. Do yourself a favor... drive to El Rinconsito in Bellevue. Yea it's farther away but you'll finish your meal with a smile, your salsa will have flavor and with the money you saved on an overpriced slop wrap it'll equal about the same when accounting for gas. Except el rinconsito doesn't charge you for a lime wedge .55 cents and then forget to put it in the bag. The meat (carne asada) was chewy and tough, the salsa had no flavor. It was just green or red and no flavor or hot and they stuck lettuce in the damn thing. That's a first from someone who has had burritos from Tia Juana and all the north through the coast to Vancouver BC. I know this is the East side and they have to whitewash this shit and charge exorbitant prices so that the mommies in yoga pants feel they're spending their husband engineer's money well. But next time if I'm in a bind and can't drive I'll saunter over to Qfc and get a bag or resers frozen burritos. Because at least I get ten for that price and I already expect one grade above dog food. You would think a taco truck would be cheaper and more efficient and actually know how to wrap a burrito. This thing looked like a kid from the 90's wearing clothes that are 3 sizes too big but with the audacity to say " what? You not gonna eat me?" And for the price I was strong armed into paying I'm not wasting the money. I've lived in DT kirkland for 10 years now. I've seen a lot of restaurants come and go. And I noticed that this one seems to stick around. So I gave it a shot. But it dawned on me that the only reason they're still here is that there's no rent to pay in a parking lot truck. Had these Jamokes had to pay a brick and mortar front and provide this type of food they would have been out of biz years ago. My only regret is that I did not slip on a banana peal on the sidewalk and give myself a concussion so that I couldn't remember this meal. If I were clinically depressed it would have driven me to the edge of suicide. Avoid this place. Get an AM PM corn dog. Instead. You know what to expect and it's priced for what it really is. They are located in the parking lot of the gas station (Shell) off Central way and seem to be open every day except on Sunday's. They serve breakfast all day too! The people who work here ARE SO NICE! We have tried the quesadilla, street tacos, burritos and all the breakfast options. I love that they have tons of options for meat (including multiple types of pork and tongue which you don't see everywhere), everything we have tried has been flavorful and delicious. I think I'd give it 3.5 if I ate there in person, I didn't realize it was even a food truck until now. Have ordered multiple times through uber eats. The last couple times they kept forgetting any salsa when the order usually comes wiht it and I had paid or order extra. :( I *really* like their green salsa. I think its the mild one but I forget, I usually note that its green on my order. The tacos are quite delicious and the prices are awesome and kept me coming back. This may just be a personal taste thing but, I kind of wish they had a different option other than the purple onions though, the tacos are so good but I think the purple onions overpower the whole thing. After the last time I ordered from here, first they forgot the salsa (which is SO good and the best part) that was included and the extra order I paid for.. and then the amount of onions (or maybe it was just that particular onion?) was so overpowering that I swear its all I could smell for DAYS. It like seeped into my hands or skin.. and as someone who works in healthcare I constantly wash and sanitize my hands, it wouldn't go away. I just recommend they try white onions or sweet onions or to have another option because I think it would upgrade their food a bit more. Also just be sure to **pay attention to order notes** on the uber eats and other food delivery orders. Usually people ordering on these apps are at work or otherwise just unable to go get their food or go back to get something that was forgotten. Lunch breaks are scheduled and only so much time. You'd get better reviews and feedback if you start doing those things. Still offering 3 stars because of the quality ingredients (aside from purple onion of doom), amazingly sustainable to-go ware and good prices. I have never been to Mexico. The last time I had bangin al pastor was in LA 15 years ago. Do I know my al pastor, no, but I can say Los chilangos Al pastor was pretty good for the location. Since moving to the area 6 months ago Ive had about 5 places so far and los chilangos is worthy of a review. The carnitas was not bad either. It was the moist variety and not the dry kind where they cooked on the griddle in fat for sometime to create a crispiness. Happy to have found a go to taqueria truck. Word up. read more

They're a taco truck located right next to a boba cafe and a gas station but they make the best Mexican food around town, hands down. Recently I have just tried their Chilaquiles con Huevos. It is breakfast ambrosia. It's basically tortillas that are cut up and fried and then topped with a meat of your choice along with cheese and cream and it is absolutely divine. Not to mention 2 eggs cooked however you like it (but sunny side up is my preference) and comes with a small serving of black beans. I had one of the managers at QFC recommend this place so I tried again. I went online to see their menu to know what to order, I tried calling in my order before walking down there to get food, the number rang and rang, finally with a message that said it wasn't working. Ok, so I walked down to place my order and wait for the food. The menu is difficult to read off the side of the truck and really doesn't have the same choices as what you see online. Again.. OK. It was basically the same thing, standing there till one of the workers walks up to the truck and goes inside, letting the gal inside know I was standing there. From there, no problem. The food? It is Ok. It isn't anything wonderful, or better than any other taco truck in the area, which in all honesty really aren't that good. If you are hungry and you are in the area? Sure, give it a try. If you can get someone to take your order in a timely fashion.. Even better.
