Ok I am not sure what took me so long to get to try this place but we finally did and it was a great experience. Its a huge place and very wide menu. Reasonably priced items. Because the menu is so vast we ended up over ordering! One thing we tried that I will be dreaming of for days to come is their Raj Kachori - perfectly crispy, flavourful and filled!

I've been to Honest in Bellevue a few times but my last visit was pretty disappointing. After a long tiring hike I came here super hungry and ordered pav bhaji. The bhaji tasted a bit stale and the onion + lemon they gave in the plastic container was cold AF.. straight out of the refrigerator. That's when I realized they don't really make those sides fresh here which was a letdown and so was the bhaji. From my past visits I'd say it's better to stick to their sandwiches and dosas as those are made to order (since they'd get soggy otherwise) and have tasted much better for me. The ambiance is pretty basic with no fancy decor. I may visit in future if they improve their quality and stop serving customers stale food!

Food is at par; all the chaats are good. Service very nice & ambience is peaceful. You can bring your family friends but prices have gone up for sure.

Sweet, spicy and crunchy!!! Wow. I love this place and I make sure to try something new every time I'm here. The only white person

I love this place for Indian street food!!! Service was extremely fast and everything was delicious. I can't remember exactly what I got, but thoroughly enjoyed the dahi puri and the papdi chaat, both are similar foods. Also got sandwiches and some tofu dishes. Lots of seating and lots of families around. You bus your own tables. Would come back again to try their other options!

We went back to try some of our favorites and unfortunately left feeling the quality and taste weren't the same. Service is still great albeit a bit crowded. Also felt the place didn't seem as clean. Overall the food was decent, but we were a little disappointed. We got the vada pav, dabeli and bahubali sandwich.

I was recommended this place by a coworker whose family is from South India and I'm glad I went! It was my first time eating Southern Indian food and everything we got was SO good. I went here with a friend (who is vegan) and we got the Pav Bhaji, Pan Puri, Masala Dosa, and Samosa Chatt and they were all so delicious! My favorite was probably the Pav Bhaji due to the robust flavors/spices and the it was a good dipping sauce for all the bread. I also got a chai which was one of the best I've had in a while. It also says a lot when it's busy and full of Indian families. We didn't have to wait too much for our food and some food came out faster than others which was fine as we were busy finishing other plates. I'm definitely going to go back soon and would like to try other items on their expansive menu. There are some days where I think about the food and my mouth salivates.

Very large, bright and clean location next to chuck E cheese. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Huge variety of vegetarian dishes. They even offer an eggless cake. The ginger chai and rasmalai parfait were both delicious as well. Will be back to try the dosa!

A must-visit spot for authentic Mumbai street food lovers. What we tried: Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav, Raj Kachori, Thali, Dabeli Verdict: The pav bhaji is impressively close to what you'd find on the streets of Mumbai -- that distinct, flavorful punch that sets it apart from versions found elsewhere in India. The vada pav is also excellent, capturing the right spice and texture. Special shoutout to the Raj Kachori -- it's massive, delicious, and absolutely worth trying. The dabeli lives up to Mumbai standards too. However, the thali was quite average and can easily be skipped. Don't miss their filter coffee -- strong, aromatic, and a perfect end to the meal. Service: Very quick and efficient. Ambience: Nothing noteworthy, but honestly, with food this good, you don't mind. One suggestion: Stick to what you do best -- Mumbai street food. It's your strength, and trying to diversify too much might dilute the experience. That said, I'm curious to try their South Indian and North Indian offerings next time.

Food was distasteful and poor quality. Ordered chilli paneer but it tasted like sweet tomato sauce and paneer was not chewable. Pav bhaji lacked flavor! Wouldn't recommend unless trying only chaats.

Honestly, a really good Indian place in redmond, easily in the top 5% and there are a ton of them out there. For a sit down meal I'd probably go elsewhere as it is fairly sparse inside. However, I loved the digital menu pictures (true to what was served) and that they have some things here I've not seen anywhere else. I got the Raj Kachori Chaat and it was both new to me and delicious. I love fried things so all that goodness within a fried shell really speaks to me. The vaga pav was also mine, but with the food sizes I couldn't finish. Both the bread and the filling were really flavorful, not just in spice but the depth of flavor too. I've been other places where they weren't hot enough or came out kinda bland but not here. I'd definitely get both these again, though probably separately as it is a lot of food.

I've been wanting to try more different kinds of Indian street foods so I came here. I tried the pav bhaji and the bhel puri. Everything was good and flavorful and I definitely want to try more times here in the future! On the pricier side but that's the reality of doing business in an expensive area.

Service is not relevant , since it is self service . Ordered Dahi puri , it was below par, they added only sweet chutney with no spicy chutney added - I will think twice about going back to eat here

Place clean and my eyes immediately went to the menu to see if they have vegetarian options. I asked the person taking my order and she suggested the veggie melt or Mediterranean that they can take the meat out. I opted for veggie melt and they have lots of options for toppings and sauces . I got the works and added the spicy ranch. Second order was the chicken avocado wrap and did the same with the works topping. Our food did get a little soggy by the time I got home and opened it. The many locations in the Seattle metro area have opened very recently, with this location in Redmond being the easiest to get to for me. To continue the theme of a sandwich dinner, I decided to walk to the nearby Potbelly to pick up a couple of sandwiches, but mainly to satisfy my craving for a genuine hand scooped ice cream shake. I carried it back to the apartment, and provided a nice repast for us on a Sunday night. First, the vanilla and strawberry shakes ($5.59 each) were very good. It uses hand scooped vanilla ice cream, mixed with strawberry syrup and milk in a blender. The vanilla shake was better than the strawberry, mainly because the strawberry syrup didn't really add as much flavor as I would have liked...but the base was excellent, using good ice cream. Cubano ($10.99), mixing ham and pulled pork with swiss, toasting it, then adding mustard and pickles. Cubano ingredients, but no sandwich press and the bread was wrong. Since I knew it wasn't authentic, decided to also add giardiniera, which was my mistake...it tasted fine, but completely overwhelmed the sandwich. Toasted Italian ($10.99), salami, capicola, pepperoni, and mortadella with provolone cheese. One can add any toppings you want. In my case it was lettuce, tomato, mayo. It's was a good sandwich. The bread for both sandwiches seems to be Torano, which along with Gonnella, are the two Chicago-area bakers known for their french rolls used to make subs and especially Italian beef sandwiches. This is different than most other sub chains that make their bread in-house. I thought the bread was fine, especially when toasted. Also the topping called hot peppers is really Chicago style giardiniera...really authentic...reminding me of Chicago. They also have a large selection of different soups, including a good beef chili I've had in the past. The store actually did remind me of sub shops from where I grew up, and thought the prices for the location were reasonable as well.
