There were 16 different items, and everything tasted authentic and thoughtfully prepared. The stars of the meal for me were the Bajri Raab and the Ghewar--both absolutely outstanding. The service was courteous, and we thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. A couple of suggestions for improvement: when the thali is served, it would be helpful if the person presenting it could briefly explain each dish and perhaps suggest how certain items are traditionally paired or eaten. That would make the experience even more immersive, especially for those unfamiliar with Rajasthani cuisine. Also, the plate felt a bit small for the number of ramekins. There was very little room left for the rice, and the chutney and pickle kept sliding underneath the ramekins, making things a bit messy. A slightly larger plate would make the meal much more comfortable to enjoy. Finally, please continue hosting thali festivals featuring cuisines from different regions of India. That's a fantastic concept, and we'd love to return for more regional culinary experiences.

Rawa Batata Tikki Chaat - A bit sweeter than I prefer, but still enjoyable. Next time, I'll ask for a spicier version. Chili Paneer - This one hit the mark. We ordered it at a 4/4 spice level, and it delivered both heat and flavour Veg Hakka Noodles - One of my favorites of the night. We chose a 3/4 spice level, and it paired really well with the chili paneer. The noodles were slightly dry, but the taste made up for it Mocktail - The only miss for us. It was a lemonade with blue syrup (I forgot the exact name), but it was overly sweet. Service - We arrived around 9 PM, and although the restaurant was about half empty, we were still asked to wait for seating. The servers also forgot to bring dinner plates, so we ended up using appetizer plates for our entrées. Overall - The food was enjoyable, and we'll definitely return for the flavors.
