Chose to get 2 plates - 1 with Chow Mein Noodles with Honey Walnut Shrimp and Orange Chicken and the other with Noodles, Chicken Teriyaki and Orange Chicken. Able to use the Panda Express App while inside to earn Reward Points. Received excellent customer service by the female employee. I came in around 9:15pm. There were two young ladies and two young men working. I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The tall young lady tried to talk me out of waiting for the steak, saying it would take 15 minutes. I told her I was fine waiting and asked for the bowl to be remade so everything would be fresh. I also asked for half rice and half chow mein. She told me she made it correctly. We got home and she clearly did not. This is not the first or second time this has happened with the same person. What's frustrating is the dishonesty. If you don't want to make the order because you're close to closing, just say that. Don't tell me you did something you didn't do. I order my food a certain way for a reason not for the employee to change it to whatever is fastest for them. After giving this location another chance after more than a year, it's obvious nothing has changed. I've been to this location many times for years. Standard Panda Express. This location gets very busy! Booth and table seating available I never have a problem finding a seat as many take to-go it seems. Parking can be tough in front as there are many clueless drivers not using blinkers or drivers with road rage and entitlement which is one of the main reasons I avoid this mall nowadays. My visit 11/03/24 was a little wait in line and 5 minutes on chow mein but I'm not impatient and was happy to wait for hot and fresh food. The woman plating the food seemed a bit stressed but still was quick and efficient. The cashier name starting with S was super kind, friendly, and good communication. The food is always delicious and fresh, Ive even been asked on multiple occasions if I wanted to fresh batch to be prepared for me on the spot, to which I obviously obliged. The dining area and kitchen are both spotless, the employees are always sporting a smile, and the wall art makes you feel at home. A star employee by the name of Tina is what makes this place truly special. She always loads portions to the brim, building heaping plates and delivering with a sense of hospitality that is hard to come by these days. She elevates the employees around her with casual and funny banter, but also keeps things serious. She meticulously scans the dining area, cleaning messes instantly when they form. I like Panda Express, and have always enjoyed their food and trying their new items. I used to come hear many many years ago when I worked around the area. I was shopping and decided to grab some dinner here. I got Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, and String Bean Chicken Breast. My bf got Fried Rice, Chili Crisp Shrimp, and Black Pepper Steak. The Chow Mein was good, as usual, and I really like their Chow Mein. The Orange Chicken, however, was mushy, and no bit of crispiness that the battery usually has. The String Bean Chicken Breast was fine. The Chili Crisp Shrimp was dry and old tasting, almost like it was stale or sitting there for too long. Panda Express is my to go place when I'm shopping in the mall since 2011 when I live in California. Now that I moved to Seattle I still love going Panda Express when I'm shopping. Most of the time I shop in Bellevue Square and Panda Express Bellevue is the best place to have a quick lunch. I usually order an entrees along with side of fried rice. My favorite are the shrimps and mushroom chicken. Shrimps are perfectly cooked and chicken is moist and not too sweet. Staff are courteous friendly and fast, very accommodating. This was my first time at a Panda Express in at least 5 years. This really hit the spot! I specifically came here for the Beyond The Original Orange Chicken which exceeded every expectation. It was crispy and flavorful and -most importantly- delicious. Super greens were vibrant and cooked perfectly. Chow mein and fried rice are both classics and taste exactly how I'd remembered. The only food that didn't quite meet expectations was the cream cheese wontons. They tasted good, but they were room temp and a bit soggy. Came in to order food for my son and nephew. We only go because they love the orange chicken. I wanted to try the new firecracker steak and shrimp but they were all out. I asked the worker how long until more is made and she states 10mins. Not a bad wait time so I asked the worker to sample the meat or a piece of veggie to ensure it was to my liking before waiting. Mind you it was scraps left in the pan with maybe 2 pieces of meat and some veggies. However what was in the pan didn't look like the photo so I was a bit skeptical. This lady told me straight up no sample lol I'm like ma'am those are scraps and I just want to taste it because I haven't tried it before. I didn't want to wait then end up with something I didn't like. I just laughed and said never mind I'll go next door to Panera bread. I'm glad I didn't wait and end up with food poisoning since my son and nephew both had really bad stomach cramps and diarrhea after eating here. I'm glad I went with my first judgment after being told no to a sample. I swear customer service has declined everywhere. A lot more places will be going out of business due to lack luster service such as this. Cutting corners on quality and bad customer service is a recipe for disaster. I had a craving so stopped by to get a plate with 1/2 chowmein 1/2 fried rice, broccoli beef and orange chicken. Not sure what kind of rice they used but the fried rice tasted like Uncle Ben rice. No taste on the chowmein but at least texture was ok. The orange chicken was a bit dry and too sour but I can live with that. But why is the broccoli beef tasted sour too? It was just unpalatable. I've always liked Panda Express and I know quality can vary from locations. But this is the worst Panda Express meal I've ever had. I couldn't even finish it. I was glad to be able to use a BOGO offer before it expired to try out Panda for the first time. I've recently been on a mission to get restaurants to consider offering an "opt-in" option for single use disposable items like napkins, straws, utensils and condiments when ordering, so I was super happy to see that Panda Express already has this built into their online ordering experience. We each got a bowl, which included a main dish along with a side (and a very important fortune cookie). My kung pow chicken was a bit bland, aside from the hot pepper I mistakenly bit into. My wife had the orange chicken, which she liked. For sides, we each got half servings of the fried rice and chow mein, which made for a lot of food for a decent price. The only thing that was truly disappointing was finding the fork and napkin ensemble in the bag, even after not asking for it during ordering. Panda Express in Factoria ALWAYS has such fresh food. Sometimes we would go to other locations and we must go at the wrong time, because the orange chicken is hard and the chow mein is dry. So we have learned to only go to the one in Factoria because everything is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean. We also like that Panda offers something in between a kids meal and a 2 entree option. The bowl size is the perfect amount of food for my almost teenage daughter. One downside of this and probably other locations is that they still don't offer sit down, and customers are unable to use their restrooms. I'm sure they are just following protocol, so that is why I didn't give less than 5 stars. Food is always fresh, I have never experienced needing to wait for them to finish making an item, but most importantly, the restaurant is always clean!!!! Yep, even the soda machine. read more

Food typically warm enough. Serving size depends on the employee. My biggest concern is that employees hardly change gloves. Ive had to ask the employees in several occasions to change gloves. They ring up the person in front & then come back to handle food. Adding hand sanitizer on gloves just isn't good enough. Changing them should be the expectations as you are handling food. read more
