This is a poorly managed Panda Express. An employee named Thomas made me feel like a jerk when I wanted a refund for something they were out of that day. He also told me he had to charge me again for the entire order and that I couldn't get my refund for 5 days even though I paid with a debit card. I won't be eating here again. The food today was pretty bad too, the shrimp(a premium item) was over cooked and mushy. With all the food choices around here I would definitely choose somewhere else. read more

Been to several locations, I must say this is my favorite Panda Express. Workers are super friendly and attentive. Food is excellent. Entrees are fresh and hot. I love the new shrimp and steak dish. It's so tasty. Orange chicken is always number 1 on my list. I saw worker checked restroom after the rush. That's why it's so clean. read more

We arrived to the restaurant 50 min before they closed and they told us that they didn't have more than one serving of orange chicken, Beijing beef, or string bean chicken. They couldn't make us more food because the kitchen closed 30 min before the restaurant closed, which doesn't make sense because the restaurant wasn't closing for another 50 minutes. I grew up with a perceived idea that anything that taste like mall food court is awful. I guess it's a taste you have to grow into because that's what happened to me with Panda Express. I disliked this place and told myself that I would never go here because I used to go there at the malls. Okay I gave it a four star perhaps it may be too high for some but I have to say I have pleasantly surprised how addictive they're. I love their orange chicken, Beijing beef, and their grilled teriyaki chicken. It's so nice to be allowed to sample the food before getting a plate of it. You all really go above and beyond for customer service. The employees there all seemed cheerful and friendly. You are hiring quality employees. Most kids those ages look annoyed with the customers at other restaurants we have been to. It was nice to feel like a valued customer somewhere. First time we came here, as you can see, we had an amazing experience. Every time since, (3 to be exact) we've gotten home to realize portions of our order were missing. Tonight we ordered four kids meals, a three entree meal, shrimp bowl, and an egg roll. Just got home to find that the cookies from the kids meals are missing, the peppered chicken from the three entree meal... missing, and the egg roll.... missing. Went through the drive through and ordered a plate of double Kung Pao Chicken and a plate of double teriyaki chicken. I was told at the window that it would be 8 minutes and to pull in front of the store and wait. I kept waiting to the point to ask if they forgot about me sitting out there waiting... finally after 15 minutes they brought my food to me. The girl handed me my food and walked, didn't apologize or tell me to have a great day. Horrible customer service! What's the point of having a drive thru to be convenient? Also, when it's dinner time why wouldn't you already have food prepared? Lastly, my food was thrown into my bag (I had asked for a discount but they said all they could do was give me an extra side of teriyaki chicken) the teriyaki chicken was put in the bag upside down and it leaked all over the seat in my car along with the sauce of teriyaki that's lid popped off and got everywhere as well... can you say pissed?!?! This is our goto place for a quick Asian food fix. Been going here for years and never had a bad experience. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Most visits we like to dine in but on occasion we will do takeout. My wife is Asian and she likes the food as much or more than I. I love Panda. The flavor is surprisingly unique on every dish. I never come away from Panda Disappointed. I was actually looking for a place to make a suggestion and could not find that option on the web page, so I'll put it here. You had a Peach Flavored Green Tea for a while, may have been Sobee, that said "0 Calorie". You still have similar products on the choose a drink spout but I don't see the ) Calorie option any more. Seem to have good people working. A guy stepped in to help because the line was long then another guy started fussing at him to get back in drive thru as he was making my plate. Worst location by far. Received wrong order in the box although it was rang up on the receipt properly. Didn't notice til we got home. Called back to see about getting the correct item and a discount since we have to drive all the way back to get the right item and we are told by the manager named Amanda it's one or the other. You make the mistake and you want me to drive back up there to get the right item and still charge me full price or I can eat something I didn't order and I don't like and get a refund?? For your mistake? How about pay attention when filling a customers order especially since the receipt lists the items ordered, all you have to do is scoop the correct thing. We love the food here. Great food, love the new brown fried rice! My favorite is the green beans with chicken. Cant wait to go back again!
