Not sure what's up with location in Acworth... as the last few times have been really bad experiences! Ive been getting the old white dude portion size with a side of attitude... getting double charged for a protein and shredded cheese. But everyone in front got a nice bowl with multiple proteins selling at regular price! Today again with the same experience, a small double charged bowl, but to my surprise there is a wood piece in it. After spitting it out I would have liked to quench my thirst after eating my micro sized bowl with a stake in it... but the water was frozen. Old guy still hungry... ugh! Guess I'll run across the street to Taco Bell and get a taco with a drink. Only thing I can do is stop wasting my money here. read more

Absolute terrible management. I went in asking to get two things. A burrito and a quesadilla. They refused service to me because I didn't order the quesadilla online. This was my first time hearing about this "rule." I asked if they can make an exception since I waited in the lunch rush line at this point and the manager still said no. I ended up leaving. If you're not going to work with your customers, your customers are going to seek service somewhere else. What a bonehead move. Who refuses service over something like this? Well, this is the second time eaten in a chipotle and I actually was favorably impressed. I had a beef barracuda and a pork taco crispy tacos and what was quite nice. Was the Baracoa in particular because it was very flavorful the pork on the other hand it's kind of bland, but pork is always bland. The tacos were stuffed to capacity and after three of them, I felt like an elephant. The guacamole is excellent. There's some red hot sauce in the carousel and that is hot. Unfortunately the lady gave me just a little which was perfect, but I sure wouldn't ask for more. Anyhow I'd love to go back there. PRICE is Decent and the food is very good. Just placed an order for two burrito bowls, guacamole and tortilla chips for delivery (door dash). The order came up to $64.31. Am I missing something here? Key reason for my complaint is the cost and lack of meat in both burrito bowls. I mean they must have used a teaspoon of meat in each. I have ordered extra protein (meat) in the past and all that happened is I was charged more. It was obvious there was not much more meat. Chipotle used to be a restaurant where you got a great meal for under $20. Not anymore! This is really saddening and we will be finding an alternative. I hope this review helps. read more

Worst location I ever visited. Elizabeth (manager) has horrible customer service skills and should be replaced immediately for this establishment. She doesn't know how to communicate with her staff or customers. She waste product instead of accommodating customers with simple request. They over charged me almost 5 dollars for guacamole that comes with my veggie bowl. They also didn't give me the full portion for a protein they gave me a topping portion. Which left me with a bowl of rice, beans and toppings. The veggies were subpar. read more

If it would be possible to give negative stars I would. After placing an order online an issue with their app caused our bank account to be deducted yet the order did not go through. This location refused to refund our money nor would they give us food although we had proof showing our bank account was debited, and Rewards points had been used. Everything!!! !!!!!!!!!! I have never been in this chipotle and will never return!! I had a simple order and it felt like it took forever due to socializing amongst each other, instead of taking care of the customers, which there is only me and another customer in line at that time. When it came to time to pay I swiped my credit card which did not have a chip, after swiping it approximately 10 times the cashier asked me early. Do I have any other form of payment since there swipe or credit card doesn't work. I told her no due to leaving my purse at home. Long story short, another employee got on the phone and called. I'm assuming a manager in regards to matter and it was given to me for free the cashier shut the bag at me and told me next time bring another form of payment. I will be calling corporate due to this establishment in the conditions! It was so cluttered and disgusting!!! I hadn't eaten at Chipotle since the big food scare in 2015. Recently, I decided to give the restaurant chain another try. I ordered two burrito bowls and picked up my food using the drive-through. The food was good enough that I thought I might be able to add Chipotle back to my list of regular fast-food providers. Well... A couple of days later I started feeling achy, throwing up, and passing out. It was an awful experience that could have turned deadly if I had hit my head during any of the blackout events. It's impossible to know what cause this illness, but I suspect, based on the symptoms, it was listeria in the queso. (The two bowls were pretty much the same except for that topping, and my wife had no symptoms from eating her meal.) Sadly, it seems that Chipotle still has unresolved food safety issues either in its supply chain or food-preparation process. While I'm mostly recovered after several days of bed rest, I can't imagine giving company any future business. read more

Had to update my review on this place. Food was cold, customer service wasn't good. Was the best chipotle I had when they first opened. Now it's getting bad. Asked the person that was making my bowl if I could have cilantro in my bowl and got denied. She said they were saving it for rice. The first I have heard that at a chipotle, let alone a place that sells Mexican food. Definitely could step through customer service up. We have been to this location 3 times so far and every time has been great! I absolutely love they finally brought one to the neighborhood. We have only done to go but every time it has been fast, accurate and very good. Have gone in once and did the chipotle-lane 2 times and always friendly and ready. Absolute disaster experience. Ordered two burritos with all the fixings everything seemed ok until it came time to roll the burrito up. You would think that this is the first skill that the employees are trained on before they begin working. The first server who added all of the ingredients was unable to roll it up so they asked for help. No big deal it happens. The second person began rolling but quickly began to struggle. It appeared they did not have the dexterity to fold and roll a burrito? After several attempts the person failed, grabbed another rap to tried again. The issue I had was all of the ingredients from the failed burrito was dumped on to the new burrito rap essentially making a total mess. This helped to roll it a little and they were eventually able to rap the burrito but they needed additional foil to secure it. In the end it was quite flimsily. Not a big deal but that was just 1 of 2 burritos. The server encountered the same issue with the second one and followed the same sloppy process. In the end it took approximately 15min to roll two flimsy messy burritos. So I asked what can they do about my horrible experience I was told sorry but there was nothing they could do, Huh? Give a free chip in guacamole maybe? 10% off my order? Or maybe a discount coupon for my next visit? Something? They explained that they could loose there job for giving a unsatisfied customer anything free and that I needed to call their corporate HQ. absolute BS read more

Dirty and unkept on the inside. Trash cans were all over flowing. Trash and other items all over floors, tables were all dirty, etc... They were completely out of forks, had to attempt to eat a salad with a spoon and knife. Diet Coke/Coke machine was out on both the inside AND the drive-thru. They ran out of steak, several customers had to wait over 10-15 mins for steak. Surprised they charged an extra $2.55 for 1 scoop of guacamole. Very disappointed. We'll head back to our favorite, Poblanos, next time. read more
