I eat here often and I've never had any problems. I'm a fan of Taco Bell. I really enjoy their food. I routinely eat inside at this location and I also frequent their drive through. The city of Acworth is not big on late night dining so I am glad that this Taco Bell is open late. I always enjoy their regular crunchy ground beef tacos. I like their hot sauce too. Lately, I enjoy their box meals; like the Chalupa Cravings Box or the Nacho Fries Box. I like their Beefy Fritos Burrito & their Crunchwrap Supreme. I recently tried their XXL Grilled Stuff Burrito and I really enjoyed it. *Note* This Location is a Long John Silver's & Taco Bell together. I order off of both menus and enjoy them. The Long John Silver's menu is not late night - after about 10pm, you can only order from the Taco Bell menu. read more

I placed a mobile order for pickup inside. Arrived at the location and the inside was closed. My family did not plan on eating in our car but we're going to be forced to since the inside was closed(app did not indicate it would be closed). Went to the drive-thru to find out that several items in my order were not available. I asked that they cancel the order and they said ok. A month later, the charge was still on my credit card bill. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and in doing so, Taco Bell put a lock on my app account. There is a huge disconnect between the app and the locations(status of location, availability of items). Additionally, I really don't understand why a large physical location exists if they are going to randomly close the inside. read more

Lisa, "the big fat black manager", as she called herself, had us pull around and go through the drive thru to add something to our order, and after we ordered the second time, made us pull around and wait when she could have done that the first time. As well, when she brought us our food, I asked her why and she said they were backed up when there was two cars in the line. I also told her that she messed up our drink order and asked for replacements and she walked away. I had to go inside to ask for her to get the drinks replaced, but she was hiding in the back. I spoke to another manager and got the problem fixed just fine. When we were leaving, Lisa decided to flip off my sister in the car. I went back in to ask for her name, and she ignored me the first two times then stated they would know her by the "big fat black manager". I had to ask two other people for her name before I received an answer of Lisa. I am contacting corporate about her tomorrow for her actions while at work. read more

This Taco Bell is closest to my house, so I have been here a couple times. It's by far the SLOWEST Taco Bell I've ever been to. It took them 15 mins to make my order and it was only 3 small items. On top of that the music they play in the dining area is horrible. I feel like I should be walking the runway in a low budget Zoolander reboot, or choosing my vehicle on Gran Turismo for PlayStation in 1997. If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would do it. I ordered three bean burritos, a nacho bell grande, and three steak quesadillas -- $33.53 for food I was looking forward to eating with my family because we are all really hungry and in the mood for Taco Bell. What I got instead was a bowl of dry chips with a teaspoon of beans, a teaspoon of meat, and a half teaspoon of sour cream. What we got instead of the bean burritos was, essential, three empty flour tortillas with about a teaspoon of beans and cheese smashed into the large, virtually empty tortilla. What we got instead of the steak quesadillas was 6 flour tortillas smashed together with just enough cheese to make them stick to each other and two of the three had no detectible steak in them. This is unacceptable. I paid $33.53 for a couple of flower tortillas and a bowl of chips. NOT OKAY. And they refused to remake the order and were rude on the phone. Save your hard-earned dollars and find somewhere else to eat if you actually want to get what you pay for. If you're looking for quality food and quality service from this location, YOU WILL NOT FIND IT. I have pictures of some of the food, but I guess I can't post them on here, or the world would witness the sad little flour tortillas that were meant to be burritos but were robbed of their chance to actually qualify as food by a crew that I would argue would be just as angry as I am if they had been served the same poor excuse for food they serve to their customers. QUICK AND EASY This restaurant is located on Cobb Parkway in the Target Shopping Center. As I am visiting a bookstore in the area, I notice this Taco Bell. I notice that it is dissimilar to other Taco Bells that I have visited. It has a more subtle design. As I walk in, I notice that the decor is very different. The restaurant is painted in rich southwestern colors and the furniture is simple and modern. It is very tasteful and very soothing. I approach the counter and notice that fish is on the menu. Yes, seafood and other related items. As I look closer, I notice that this restaurant has partnered with Long John Silvers but in a very subtle way. I order a chicken quesadilla and later a bean burrito with no cheese or sauce, (just beans and onions). When my order is ready, my name, (not a number) is called and I pick up the order. Both items were delivered as ordered and were piping hot and fresh. They were so hot that I had to blow them cool in order to eat them. This is how I like to have my food delivered. Overall, I really enjoyed my quick meal at this restaurant as it was very clean and the staff was very warm and polite. As I prepared to enter my car, I looked up and noticed the bright blue awnings on the side of the building, to indicate their joint association with Long John Silver's. Nice! read more

Open until 2am on Friday is a JOKE! The employees are always very nice, but you can tell they are frustrated. I pull up to the speaker and automatically I am told, "it's going to be about 15 minutes, we only have 2 employees right now." I ended up waiting because I wanted a quesadilla. 30 minutes later, I get to the window (you can't get out once you're in the drive thru). I went back the next week, thinking it was a fluke. Wrong. I am told they are out of beef, and it will be 15 minutes because they are short handed. I highly recommend NOT visiting this night club. The R&B radio in this place is far too loud and when asking the staff to turn it down they shrug their shoulders and do nothing. I usually come to this Taco Bell because it's close to me. I came through today around 2 ordered my loaded chipotle chicken griller and two soft tacos and a Mountain Dew Baja blast. I went to take a bite of my griller and I wasn't the one I ordered so I politely took it back and asked for the one I ordered. When I got the replacement it had burnt flakes on it and it was smooshed. Definitely not coming back. I did even get an apology. Unfortunately it is the closest to my home, but after the last three times of my order being wrong, quality being incredibly poor, and terrible service I will ONLY give my money to the Taco Bell at Barrett parkway and 41. That Taco Bell is just about perfect! I'm tired of giving my money to places that do not manage their business appropriately (always out of something... this time it was coleslaw on their fish tacos) and also places that hire terrible employees!
