The jr. Burger was so small it was almost a slider! I know I haven't eaten here in a long time but that's ridiculous! My food was almost $10 dollars and the best thing was the customer service and the drink! The service here sucks. People are lazy and too slow. Always expect to wait longer than you should.

Probably my best BK visit. Picked up a wrap and jr wppr (2 for 5 deal) with onion rings they gave me a chicken fries I guess was an accident but everything tasted great and fresh. Service has gone up tremendously since they started hiring older, seasoned employees instead of teenagers with disgusting, long acrylic nails handling food, who take forever to make a burger because they don't care about their job. The new staff is ontop off everything in terms of food presentation, accuracy, customer service and speed. I will be returning more frequently! read more

The food is standard Burger King. Nothing to write home about, but not bad. The workers were courteous and considerate. The bathroom was fairly clean, but no towels and no toilet liners. Most of the tables were clean, but not all. They have the Coke Freestyle machine, which is nice for flavor, but the line to get a drink was longer than the line to order food. Not fun. When I got to the Freestyle machine, about a third of the options were out. More not fun. Their WiFi also didn't work. I came here to work for an afternoon, but won't be back. I'll find another place with working WiFi. So not great, but not bad. Pretty standard for Burger King. read more

Tonight at 8:52 pm I went to Burger King on Wade Green. The doors were locked. I did a double take at the Hours sign on the door. The sign clearly said they were open until 10pm. I made eye contact with the girl working inside. I pointed at the sign, and she provided to smile, shrugged her shoulders, and mouth "sorry" to me. It's not like BK was counting on my money since they locked the doors and obviously didn't want me to to come in, but The Wade Green location is never getting so much as another dime from me. read more

Usually I have good experiences here, but the last time I went, the guy on the headset was extremely rude. It was later in the evening around 10:30-11pm. Always had good experiences at this location, considering what it is. But the last two times I've gone will be the last ever. Food was pretty good, get into the fries and what do I find? A long hair that clearly isn't mine. Forgot about it and went there today, which was a mistake. I was quickly reminded of the hair from last time by finding another long hair in my fries. Let me start by saying, I dread going to fast food for a large group of people. My family was in for Thanksgiving and we wanted to do something easy for dinner since the fridge was full and ready for Thanksgiving tomorrow. Well this was the best idea! We fed 14 people for 56.00 using some of the awesome coupons we received in the mail. Whoever owns this Burger King has no idea what a gem they have. Margaret that took our order and was absolutely the most pleasant fast food worker I have ever met! She was so sweet, took the orders perfectly and then made sure every single item was accounted for and made correctly! I was so impressed! The food was all exactly as ordered, hot and fresh! Everyone was super-efficient but Margaret was just over and beyond. I can't imagine being at work the day before the holiday making dinner for those of us that didn't want to cook another item instead of being home with your family but you would have never known she didn't love being at work. Thank you so much Maraget and the whole team at Burger King tonight for making it a very cost efficient, easy, and pleasant dinner! We are truly grateful for people like this! I ordered from here on grubhub, they cut me 2 fries large fries for the 40 nugget and frie combo deal. Then when i called up there, i said that i order from there on grubhub and she said "yeah" then hung up on me. And when i called back they refused to answer period. This is a very nice Burger King. The interior is tastefully updated and has café seating. Otherwise, this is your typical Burger King that you would generally expect, nothing more, nothing less. With all fast food restaurants, your experience with customer service is based on the manager on duty. I enjoyed my fish sandwich very much. Free water at this location. Burger Kings are known to charge for the cup but this location doesn't do that. This is probably a corporate location. read more

I went there for a dinner once and the guy taking my order acted like he really didn't want to be there and didn't care for me at all. My Whopper was stacked with small pieces of lettuce and pickles directly in the center and stacked high. I mean,it's just a burger. Today, I used my t mobile Tuesday code to get my free impossible whopper with my family. So I had ordered mine and then used the code from my dads phone to order it(my dad is in the car), then the lady at the cashier spoke with a aggressive tone at me said I can only order one. I had to then had to clarify that the order was for my dad. She still had a aggressive tone like she was mad at me for some reason(even after the nonsense from her,she still got my dad the burger).Restaurants or wherever, should always treat their customers with good hostility even when they feel agitated. Fyi, I didn't even raise my voice or show any annoyed/agitated emotion the whole time, I was just speaking in a regular tone. I always loved this place because there was an older lady at the cashier who was always nice until this lady came in for the morning shift I think.
