Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed unsanitary conditions in the restroom, which emitted a strong odor of urine. Unfortunately, this poor first impression was only the beginning of a substandard experience. I ordered the Double Swiss and Mushroom Burger with no-salt crinkle fries. When my meal arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that: * Both beef patties were cold * The Swiss cheese had not melted, indicating the burger had not been properly prepared * The mushroom portion was significantly smaller than advertised and expected While attempting to eat my meal, two employees began cleaning tables adjacent to mine, wiping and slinging crumbs in my direction. Shortly thereafter, a female employee returned and began sweeping the floor directly beside my table. When I politely asked her to stop sweeping so close to where I was eating, she complied, but the disruption had already significantly impacted my dining experience. Before leaving, I visited the restroom again to wash my hands, only to find that the strong urine odor persisted. I reported these concerns to a supervisor on duty. As a longtime customer who appreciates Culver's reputation for quality food and clean establishments, I was extremely disappointed by this experience. Came here on Saturday and had a very nice meal with my family. The restaurant was clean, bright and easy to navigate. We had a typical meal, burgers and grilled cheese. I actually had the cod sandwich which was actually really tasty and worth the price. I received excellent service and notice that all the staff was attentive. They were kind to customers and very quick to clean off tables. Who knew fast food could be such an elevated experience. Want to recognize the manager there as well. I expressed a concern over my sandwich regarding the cheese and he was very responsive and willing take care of me and offer me a replacement. I went to Culver's yesterday for lunch because I was craving a burger. I always see a line there so I figured they must be pretty good. I decided to get the butter burger deluxe. That comes with 2 patties, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and Mayo. I added ketchup and mustard. I also ordered a small fry. The young lady who took my order in the drive thru was very pleasant. I did have a short wait for my food, but it wasn't too long. The burger initially had a burnt flame broiled taste, but once I kept eating the taste got better. The fries were good as well. I like that they were crispy and not oily. Very crowded place on a Tuesday evening. This was my second time. at Culver's but first time at this location. It's easily accessible right on the corner of two very busy streets, has a lot of parking around the building, and has several handicap parking spaces. Blue must be Culver's team color because the neon signs are blue, trash cans, and awnings outside are blue. Then, when you proceed to make it into the restaurant, your food is served on a blue tray, and your plastic ware is blue. If you are lucky to get some. Oh, I absolutely adore those blue light fixtures in the dining area. I'm really surprised that they didn't play that old song "Blue, Blue my Love is Blue?" Anyway, it took us a long time to decide what to order because there was a long list of choices on the menu, fish, chicken, hamburgers, shakes, and some salads. I will go back and try the fish. All employees were very young wearing uniforms and looking neat and professional. However, the next table from us was complaining about some employees goofing off and not paying attention to them. I felt that I got friendly and good customer service. My husband ordered a single Mushroom & Swiss burger and fries. He was not very impressed with his choice. The burger in the photo on the menu looked big and juicy, but the patty in reality was flat and burned. I opted for the double Butter Burger with everything on it. Those patties didn't have any flavor, but I found salt and pepper and used their specialty sauce, which was ok. The cashier who took my order was friendly and even bothered to find out the ingredients in the specialty sauce. Nice thing was that orders were brought up to the table on a tray by employees wearing blue plastic gloves. This is my first Culver's experience. I thought they were known for their chicken. But my coworkers said the mushroom swiss burger is where it's at. I don't know where that is, but it is not what I would call a great burger.. It's like a steak n shake burger in butter or something... Very small/thin patty but the bun tasted great. The fries are ok, but I could skip those if I went in again. Out of the 3 of us, 2 of us got our meals in a decent amount of time. The 3rd person never did get his. No explanation. I got the deluxe double meal and it was a good experience. My first time at Culver's and it's been a great experience. I love the juiciness of the patties and they aren't too salty nor bland making it a great burger. The fries were crispy and very tasty. The made to order makes this place a must try. I also love how they put the burgers on top instead of the bottom. By doing that they keep the bottom bun from going soggy. Love how they take your name at the register to bring the meal out to you unlike for other chains. They have great sittings and the music wasn't too loud or too low to enjoy. Although we don't come for music in but it psychologically does help keeping us in a good mood. I didn't get any of the custards this time however I'm thinking to adding that to the order next time around. Will definitely come back. I have been to CULVERS before, but in different states and usually it's average. Not this place. I got the fish and chips and it was delicious, hot fudge sundae was perfect, the staff was so happy and helpful, literally helping elderly folks to their seats. The bathroom was spotless and clean. I was determined to try a burger and the concrete mixer, so we drove to this location instead & I'm glad I did! My Fiancé had the Culver's Bacon Deluxe and I had the Double Butter Burger with cheese. We made it a combo & added fries and upgraded to the concrete mixers for our drinks, 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate! The burger's were FRESH a decent size and very delicious! The concrete mixers were the perfect consistency with the perfect amount of cookies!!! Culver's is doing "fast food" the right way! I'm definitely a fan!!! The burger's are cooked to order and not pre-made, the ice cream, idk what it's made from, but it's definitely made with love! Absolutely delicious!! Although you have to wait for about five minutes for your meal, the freshness is definitely worth the wait! I promise you'll never visit a steak and shake or freddy's again!! All in all, this is an excellent place, though you will pay for that excellence. The parking lot and the restaurant itself are both remarkably clean and welcoming; it's well-lit with lovely decor. The food itself was delicious and well-portioned. Very rich-tasting burger and crispy fries. The staff were outstanding. Everyone seemed like they were having a great day; they nailed my order exactly right, reading it back to me to confirm; they came and got my tray when I finished eating; they were well-dressed; excellent staff. They seem proud of their work, and they feature nice touches like featuring an employee of the month with a sign and short bio. They also have a "business of the week" feature where you can submit your business for consideration, and then anyone from that business who shows their ID card gets a discount on their meal. Speaking of discounts, they honored my coupon, and they even gave me the special "flavor of the month" with my coupon (it was for a single scoop of custard; I was expecting vanilla or chocolate, but they let me redeem it for chocolate chip cookie dough); it was a delicious meal. I've held off on making this review but i think it's time to put it out there. I've been here several times but the wait times seem to only get longer and longer. There should be absolutely no reason for me to wait more than 20 minutes in a drive though lane AFTER I've already paid. From arrival to leaving took over 30 minutes and to top all this off, nearly every single visit my order has been wrong. I'm not ordering anything special either. I ordered two meals off the menu, no alterations, nothing unpopular. And the orders are always wrong. To also mention I'm not calling it a "number 2" or anything like that. I speak the full name so there are no issues and i check the electronic board as well to ensure they got everything correct but my order is obviously still wrong. Another strange thing I've found is that after you pay they give you drinks to wait, which is fine. But they also give you the concrete things as well? By the time you finally get your food it's nearly melted. Someone please make this place make sense. It has no business being as bad as it is. Please keep in mind I've refrained from this review in hopes it would get better over the course of a year and it just hasn't. Do Better. Culver's has been open back for inside dining for a while, thankfully. A small single butter burger combo will likely be big enough, but get a double if really hungry. They have small crinkle fries that are good, or upcharge for good fried cheese curds (think mozzarella bites). Their fish sandwich & fish & chips also very good. Wasn't crazy about pretzel burger special. Pepsi products (boo). Also, a small sundae or scoop is pretty large. Can't imagine getting anything bigger. read more

Since moving to Georgia, I've been driving by both this location and the new Woodstock location pretty frequently, dreaming of finally trying Culver's every time. Well, Sunday lunch was the day! I appreciate that Culver's has the perks of a fast-food establishment (think Wendy's) and of a more traditional sit-down restaurant (think Red Robin). The ordering experience and speed of service is fast-food fast while the sparkling clean dining room and table delivery feel more traditional. The food was tasty -- both my family and I all enjoyed our meals. Note that the single burger is pretty thin, so I may be upgrading to the double next time. The crinkle cut fries were very crispy, and I'd love to also try the cheese curds or pretzel bites next time. Finally, the concrete mixer was just OK, but I did really enjoy the custard quality, so I think that the milkshake will be my selection for next time. read more

First things first this older man said I parked too close to his car even though I was 100% between the lines and wanted to fight me. So that got my experience off to a bad start. I ordered a combo double cheeseburger, fries and substituted the drink for a vanilla concrete. You pay at the register and they give you a number and they bring the food to your table. You have to pick up your own napkins, utensils, and ketchup. The girl who took my order was very friendly (if I find the receipt I will add her name). The place was packed at about 2pm on a Sunday and the food too a few mintues to arrive. Good and bad... I waswn't loving the burger, it was thin and greasy, the fries were crinkle cut and very salty. Now for the review of the concrete mixer. I didn't know how to order or what to put in it so I went plain and got vanilla with no mix ins. This was clearly the best part of the meal. I would pass Culver's every day as I was on my way to work, but never really thought about going there until they were featured as the restaurant of the week on one of the local news channels. After plenty of procrastination, we finally went just to try the custard that everyone was raving about. The outside and inside of the restaurant was very clean and well kept. The employees were very friendly, and the cashier was patient as she explained the custard part of the menu board to us. Side note: I observed that the workers got other customers orders wrong. I also noticed that there were at least four customers in the drive thru that had to pull up to a space to wait for their food to be brought to them. Back to my review: I ordered a short vanilla custard with Oreo and brownie pieces mixed in. My husband ordered a short chocolate custard with pecans and brownie pieces mixed in. We were given a number, and sat down in a booth. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cool and quiet even though there were other customers dining in, and the music playing in the background. We waited less than 10 minutes before a very friendly and jovial worker brought us our custard. He told us that he is usually off on Thursdays, but was called in to cover someone who had called in sick. He said that he didn't mind because he needed to pay his bills. The taste of the custard was cool and creamy. My brownie and Oreo pieces were fresh and it gave my custard that something extra I was looking for.
