I am writing to formally report serious concerns regarding the conduct and management practices at one of your locations. These concerns involve both General Manager Diana and an employee named Ariel. Summary of Issues: * Bullying and Hostile Work Environment: Diana has consistently allowed a culture of bullying and unprofessional behavior to thrive under her supervision. This includes tolerating improper training practices and enabling disrespectful conduct from team members like Ariel. * Mishandling of Minor Employees: Ariel has displayed inappropriate and demeaning behavior toward a minor employee, which is not only unprofessional but potentially unlawful. Rather than addressing this, Diana appeared to support or ignore this mistreatment. * Customer Service and Team Morale: Ariel's attitude negatively affects both team morale and customer satisfaction, which directly contradicts Zaxby's brand values. The behavior displayed suggests a failure in leadership that reflects poorly on the company as a whole. * Discrimination and Toxic Culture: There appears to be discriminatory treatment happening within the team, targeting certain employees unfairly. This environment is not only damaging to staff but is in direct conflict with the company's policies and public image. Requested Actions: 1. A formal investigation into the conduct of Diana and Ariel. 2. Appropriate disciplinary measures based on findings. 3. Reinforcement of Zaxby's training and workplace conduct policies. 4. Ensuring a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all team members, especially minors. read more
