The place is clean, organized self service eatery. The food options perfect for a middle eastern meal. We ordered baba ganoj, falafel and hummus, simple and delicious. It's priced very reasonable too without compromising on quality and taste. I highly recommend it.

I've seen this place around in a few locations and finally decided to try it. The building is huge with a grocery store on one side and the restaurant on the other. There's lots of seating and ample parking. You can order at the kiosk or the register. I got the mixed shawarma plate and the Jerusalem sampler. They each come with pita bread. Unfortunately, the chicken on both dishes was really dry and bland. The pita wasn't warm or very fresh either. The sides were good though, and the kufta was tasty and tender. Prices are decent and portions are pretty good. I'd skip the chicken next time and stick with the kufta.

The food is still good. However, they seem to have way over-priced their food. The Mixed Grilled Kabob Plate used to be $35 a few years ago, but is now $60! Even so, we decided to give it a try because it looked very plentiful in the photo on the menu. Unfortunately, it was not nearly as much food as the photo would suggest. It can just barely feed 3 people. Not worth the cost. I don't know the portion sizes of the individual entrees, but it might be better to order 3 of those instead for the same cost or cheaper.

This isn't your typical restaurant but a walk up service. The cashier was kind, friendly and even took out pictures for us. The fountain is in the center where you can make a wish. The ceiling lights were beautiful and the art enhances ambiance. The food was so satisfying and I would definitely be returning.

I've been wanting to try this place for so long and it exceeded my expectations! I expected a small hole in the wall but the inside is very large and spacious! The food came quick and tasted very fresh! The portions were GIANT. I ate half and was full! The sauces they gave (red sauce, tahini, and some other sauce) are super flavorful and I love the red sauce, it had a good heat to it. I also love the store attached to it, I had heard there was a store but again, it was so much larger than I thought it would be! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, it is a very unique place.

I recently brought my son and his girlfriend to Jerusalem Restaurant and Bakery for an authentic Middle Eastern dining experience, and we were not disappointed! We tried several items from the menu, and everything we tasted was absolutely delicious. This isn't a traditional sit-down restaurant with table service ,it's more of a casual, self-service setup. You place your order at the counter, pick it up when your number is called, and grab anything else you need yourself. While that might not be everyone's preference, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. One of the highlights was the attached bakery and store. We couldn't leave without trying the baklava and coconut cake both were to die for. In fact, they were so good that I didn't even get a chance to snap a photo before they disappeared from the table! The restaurant is clean, inviting, and filled with delicious aromas and unique items in the store section that are worth browsing. Despite being self-service, this place is absolutely worth a visit for anyone craving authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the self-service format. Still, Jerusalem Restaurant and Bakery is a gem, and I highly recommend it! Tell them Sonya McGuire sent you

The pizza here used to be good, but it has definitely gone downhill. They charge $3.99 to add ground beef to achieve pizza and placed one fragment of ground beef on each slice of the pizza. What an insane of Charge for such a disrespectful result.

Falafel was beautiful and soft inside. I had been craving for them several weeks. Everything else was tasty. Kofta kebab was little spicy, but I loved it. Service was great.

This place never fails! If you are looking for a tasty and flavorful lunch or dinner. Look no further than this restaurant. I was shocked to see that I have one near me because I always went to the Alpharetta location. They both have great flavors and great staff, efficient and effective. The restaurant is always clean and kept up.

It was a spot that was on the top of my list for a while. I was in the area and jumped at the chance to give it a try. I stopped in at 2:30pm or so, way after the lunch rush. Admittedly, the menu is overwhelming in the way it is presented. There's some pictures and then several lines of food items that wrap around above the cashier's head. I didn't feel confident in my ability to make a meal out the additional information so I went all in on the chicken swarma platter. It came with chicken on rice, a smear of hummus, a smear of baba ghanoush (I think), a scoop of a tomato/cucumber sauce, and a mint parsley dice. (Not a fan of the later- that much mint is very off putting to me). On the side was a toasty pita just waiting to be devoured. I will return and I will be more adventurous!

A few years ago we stayed at the Hampton Inn within walking distance and discovered this gem. If we're traveling through now, we always try to stop. The service is great, and for those who aren't sure what they want, the staff is always happy to help with explanations. The dining area is pleasant and always clean. On our most recent visit, our party of three had beef Kofta, a combo plate with beef kofta and chicken kabob, and a chicken shawarma plate. All three plates came with fresh, warm pita bread and the sides included baba ganoush (so smoky and delicious!), hummus, tabbouleh and a cucumber salad. Don't skip the garlic sauce! After dinner we went to the market and bakery portion of the business and got a delicious assortment of different kinds of baklava and other sweets, as well as dates.

Big, bright, clean!!!! Helpful employees! The food was amazing!!!! The combo meat plate we had was just simply delicious. The rice was the best I've had in a long time. The kids had cheese pizza and it was so good! I loved the dough and the cheese, but the sauce so the best part. I am not a sauce person, at all! I order "light sauce" on most pizzas. This sauce was different. I can't even describe it. The falafel was perfection and the sauces added just the perfect flavors to each bite. Very happy and will definitely return!!!

I am very disappointed the french fries are cold. They certainly have dropped their standards.

If you have hand-cut fries, you have a friend in me, if they are really good, you have a fan! My first trip I went specifically for the Reuben. It is what I saw that they had and that was my mission. It was a good Reuben, I think enjoyed it and would go back for another. This trip I was thinking Cheesesteak, but the Outlaw caught my attention, a cheesesteak with a twist. I was a fan of the twist. They do also offer breakfast, which is what others in my party ordered both times. They also didn't disappoint on that either. So it wasn't just fluke they got it right the first time. Prices are not out of control either, which is good in this times. Thank you for that. Plus get some sandwiches To-Go for tomorrow's lunch I will tell you that I've never found a fresher hoagie than Capriotti's. Never found a tastier, never found the quality meats and ingredients like Capriotti's. Capriotti's is second to NONE. SERIOUSLY! We devoured our food so of course I forgot to take pics ‍ But I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak which is the BEST Philly I have ever had and I seek them out! Trust me! I don't know if I'm the only one who does this but I make sure I have Lea Perrins Worcestershire anytime I have a Philly Cheesesteak and I came prepared. The hubby got his #1 which was a Bobbie warmed. The kid tried the Loaded Fries with Pastrami and Provolone and Russian dressing on the side because she wasn't sure if she would like it. She LOVED it! The Pastrami is so good, so tender! Big enough portion for an 11 year old to have leftovers even. The hubby and I got Bobbie's To-Go for tomorrow's lunch and we the kid got a baked Capastrami To-Go for tomorrow's lunch. She was so helpful last time we were here. Thanks to the Caps crew for making the best sandwiches, once again! You guys never disappoint. I can honestly say the location here beats any of our Las Vegas locations we used to frequent when we lived there. The dining room is spacious and modern with two televisions for entertainment. The service was very good. Very polite and attentive. As an aside, I have to say that wanting a tip for just making sandwiches, is annoying. Anyway, I wound up tipping 10%,which was about $3.50. It's crazy how the prices jumped! $7.99 for a mini, which is 4 inches long. I got an Italian sub and got the small size for $10.99! And that's without even a pickle to keep it company! My husband ordered a tuna sub, a medium for $11.99! And an order of fries for $3.99. The fries were delicious, crispy and hot, right out of the fryer. The meat on my sub was indistinguishable. It tasted alright but not like a real Italian submarine. I have to add that the table was dirty and we had to clean it before sitting down. I guess we have to lower our expectations or just stay home.
