I've dined in at the Shake Shack location at the Battery a few times & the burgers are delicious. I find the experience much better on days when there is not a major event such as a concert, comedy show or baseball game, because wait times and crowd is less. The inside is modern and playful, with arcade games in the back for the littles & mobile ordering kiosks for you to take the time and place your order with whatever customizations you prefer. They also have a bar, plenty of tvs to watch the game (baseball or whatever sport is in season). My go to option has been the avocado bacon burger. It is fresh and well seasoned, the avocado is always ripe & I like having the ability to add my desired toppings for free. I also tried their chicken sandwich and it is not bad either. The onion rings and fries can be hit or miss. On my last visit, the fries were just okay bit the onion rings were fire! The burgers are made of 100% angus beef and seasoned well. I like that I don't feel groggy or bloated after eating them also. The rewards program has some cool discounts & freebies for purchasing in store on their mobile ordering kiosk or the app. With that during my last visit, I was able to get a fry for free which made up for the fries not being as on point. I love the soft drink options in the fountain area inclusive of ginger ale, sweet tea and sprite and free filtered water too. Arron (the mgr?) was trying to help me get a promotion validated but unfortunately the kiosk was not working and he had to do it manually. He stayed with me until it was done completely. It was my birthday and I got a free shake, but the reward coupon that acknowledge this kept being deleted. Aaron understood that it was my birthday and gave me my birthday shake! I ordered a Shack burger and an Aperol spritz. Their burgers are phenomenal. They are full of flavor, crispy goodness from being smashed on the grill, and changing the game with their signature shack sauce. My shake or choice is usually the cookies and cream (out of this world!) but next time I will be trying one of their boozy shakes. Officially opening Monday June 30th 2025! Perfect location inside of The Battery. Plenty of garage parking available. Such a beautifully designed restaurant with a full bar! You're greeted with a huge baseball themed mural (ATL Braves heyooo!) directly above the ordering kiosks. Everything we have tried is delicious - burgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, crinkle fries, milkshakes, lemonade, and now their alcoholic beverages, too! The restaurant itself is pretty large inside with plenty of tables, chairs and booths. This location is brand new and very clean. Spacious. Full bar inside with seating and they also have a walk-up bar window for those grabbing something outside as they pass by. Outside seating available (tables, chairs, and bar seating). The outside space is fenced in which is nice since it's directly next to a street with incoming traffic. They have a self-serve soda machine (coca cola products). They have old school arcade games available for free play. My kids loved it! All of the staff we interacted with were very kind, friendly and wearing smiles. We greatly appreciated the wonderful customer service provided. My family and I can't wait to return! We are so thrilled to finally have a location closer to us. read more

I entered and ordered on the tablets on the left. It was crowded (because there was a baseball game that day) but me and my group still could manage to find seating for all of us together. Half the order came out in 5 minutes, and the rest within 10. The staff were very attentive and checked to make sure we had everything. We were pleasantly surprised with the food quality, and were given an extra Cookies n Cream milkshake. Some kids playing at the arcade machines, and the general ambiance of the restaurant had a fun-for-all-ages feeling. Shake sauce wasn't anything special, but was a decent whipped butter consistency dip. Good service and quality for the first week of opening. Will come back if I get the chance! read more

Spent the day with the kiddos at the Battery and we stopped in for some burgers! The layout is kinda confusing at first but they have staff all over ready to help. We had a young man come over immediately and helped us through the ordering process. For it to be a very busy area I must say they have a very impressive way of taking orders and getting them to the right customers. My only complaint (which is kinda a you get what you pay for complaint) is the price. I wish they would offer kids meals, or combo options. The items add up quite quickly and for our 3 burgers, 2 fries and 3 drinks it was $60. A little steep for some burgers but they were actually pretty darn good! We will have to come back and try the shakes that they are famous for next visit. Highly recommend. read more

The gluten free bread on my burger was stale and cold. The alcoholic drink was watered down so we exchanged it for a modelo beer in a can but they would not credit the price difference.
