I had lunch here yesterday. This was my first time at a US Cafe. I recently participated in a 5K and received a coupon for six free rings with a side and drink and was able to redeem it yesterday. From the beginning, the experience was truly pleasant. Chasity is so kind. She attends to this location and demonstrates true professionalism and customer service. My food was excellent. Everything was cooked to perfection and the location was very welcoming with just about everything you need to enjoy a terrific meal. If I could give them six stars I would. I highly recommend this location for a good solo lunch, lunch with friends, or dinner in a lowkey casual environment with the one you love. You will not be disappointed. read more

I love their lemon pepper wings!!! I don't like that the price of the wings has changed drastically! A 10 piece wing with fries came out to $20. I did get a side of hot sauce which was an extra .75, but that's still way too high for the quality of food. The drink choices are underwhelming. For the price of the food there shouldn't atleast be a more appropriate selection of drinks. There are about 5 sodas to choose from and sweet tea. My sister really enjoys the burgers. went here with my bf for my first time, not his, and have been hooked. we actually had to take a break from going because it was becoming a little too regular, but it's soooo good. its very quiet, although it had an attached pool table set up on the inside. quick service, the food is always piping hot and fresh and they have a good ranch too. US Café is a great spot to get some classic American eats. Everything that I tried from here was delicious. I started off with the cheese bites which is always a go to for me. They were really good and served with either ranch or blue cheese. I also had the double cheeseburger combo, that burger was really juicy and sweet potato fries were delicious as well. We had some wings. Tried the hot honey which was delicious and the garlic Parmesan which I didn't care for that much it was just OK. This is a good spot to go and get you some good eats. There are pool tables and a TV inside so if you would like to sit and watch the game and have you something to eat this is a great spot to do that as well. read more

I found this place on eaters list of burgers to eat. The french fries and onion rings were so good and crispy. The burger was also extremely good. The chicken club could have been better I found it a little bit greasy. If you're looking for a really solid burger, I would recommend going here. Usually US Cafe is on point but this was my first time ordering a burger from here. Read the reviews and they said it was the best they had ever had! Okay. Let me try. I waited 23 minutes for this double angus cheese burger. This is the crispy crusty patties they tried to feed me. I may need to stick to the wings and chicken quesadillas. This was terrible. Update to the US Cafe burger situation: I just walked in to get some wings and Rebecca remembered me from last night. She apologized again and told me this one is on her. I must say the quality has improved over the last couple of years. Even though the employee turnover seems to be high. I haven't seen the same people in the past year. US cafe had a reward program. I'm not sure if the points expire or continually rollover. Make sure to take advantage of it. Also, take the survey, even it's for a free small order of fries with a $5 purshase. I promise you'll easily spend $5 with your eyes closed. The express location is the only one with crinkle cut fries. My fave type! But don't sleep on the sweet potatoe fries or tots! Today was my first visit. The woman who took my order was very friendly. She seemed to enjoy her job. They appear to be following COVID-19 regulations. I ordered a chicken philly. They agreed to add hot sauce and that made it awesome. The philly was a bit smaller compared to other establishments but the size was perfect. Providing a larger serving to an already obese population is not necessary or the patron may throw out the portion they cannot finish which means the chicken died for nothing. Sad. read more

I bypass the South Cobb Drive location to come here (and this one is so much further out for me). If they put you on hold, they don't leave you on hold for 5-10 minutes and then after picking up that 10 minute hold, DISCONNECT the call. The food is ALWAYS fresh and the service is always great. Yea, until South Cobb Drive does better, this is THE one to come to. read more

This use to be one of my favorite places to eat, then the burgers got smaller, and prices skyrocketed! For an express location, they never answer the phone and when they do, they put you on hold and never return. I've been on hold sometimes over 30 minutes, walked in, ordered and watched them ignore my call still on hold. I've been ordering here at least once a week over the past nine years when RANCH was free! Then it was .25 and now .50! That's a wrap for me! Good luck with your business. Treat your customers, especially your loyal ones better. .50 cent for a side of ranch was the last straw! When in the Spring Road , Cobb County area this is definitely my grab and go bite to eat spot!! I have been off and on with them since 2007. My lemon pepper wings, crispy 10 piece is always right!! I have also enjoyed the Turkey Burger and BBQ Chicken Quesadilla are good as well. You can pretty much eat any of these for about $10. The place sits in a shopping center next to the International Grocery store. It's always clean inside US Cafe with plenty of booths. You can catch them playing music or playing the game on the flat screen on back wall. Ladies by the way the lady restroom is clean as well!!! Overall cool little spot to grab a bite. Listen. I was CRAVING a burger one day while working out. I left my workout to go get the burger. And let me tell you. It was EVERYTHING I've ever needed. The beef was PRIME and JUICY!! The burger was thick and hearty! It was a bit pricey in my opinion for a burger alone ($7) but wow it was worth it! Vipul, not sure where to start with the only elaborated online review I've ever done. I've been going to US Cafe for 20 years and Express since Gene opened it years ago. I've refrained from making public comments, but comments to the revolving door if people you have had working fir you don't seem to work, and I won't say the cooks name here. Bottom line, the quality has gone down with the burgers especially, how many times can someone eat a well done burger or a dried out picked sandwich and think it's good. You also used to have a Super burger and a bun that was great, but that's gone now. I agree with Joseph from a previous review, that the service and product have really gone down hill. Btw, it's not just me saying that, as about 20 of my neighbors right around the corner on Campbell who I turned on to your restaurant (amongst others) have all stopped going as well for the same reasons. Figure you've lost thousands of $$$ with them. You've cut too many corners in "our" opinions, that's why the cashier asks where have we been. We say we'll try it once more to see if things are better, but they're not. Giving less and charging more won't be a recipe for long term success, as word of mouth will eventually do its thing. Their wings are good - my family likes them. That said, we've ordered multiple times from US Cafe off Spring Road on UberEats and EVERY time the order comes wrong. This most recent time, we ordered 4 chicken fingers not tossed and put in the special instructions "NOT TOSSED (NO SAUCE)" and the order came swimming, drenched in Buffalo hot sauce. This happens every single time. If you want instructions to be followed - don't order from here. Don't expect the same atmosphere as the S. Cobb location. But if you're looking for burgers to go, this place is go-to. The double patty 1/2 lb is solid, but definitely try the chicken club, which is huge, and awesome. Best sides are sweet potato tots and Cajun fries. They don't put seasoning on the regular fries. The service is good most of the time. The full menu is online, and call-in or online orders are easy to do. This is my favorite place in Smyrna for picking up a quick bite, and is much better quality than any of the major burger chain locations here.
