1/4 lb Turkey Burger
Melo L.

Food review I would recommend the turkey burgers Waitress service - great very accommodating Wait time - 10-15 Food - chicken sandwich, chicken tender Overall I would come again and bring my family

lemon pepper wings and hot honey
Caycee S.

went here with my bf for my first time, not his, and have been hooked. we actually had to take a break from going because it was becoming a little too regular, but it's soooo good. its very quiet, although it had an attached pool table set up on the inside. quick service, the food is always piping hot and fresh and they have a good ranch too. (i like mine kind of sweet and watery). definitely recommend

Cheese Bites

US Café is a great spot to get some classic American eats. Everything that I tried from here was delicious. I started off with the cheese bites which is always a go to for me. They were really good and served with either ranch or blue cheese. I also had the double cheeseburger combo, that burger was really juicy and sweet potato fries were delicious as well. We had some wings. Tried the hot honey which was delicious and the garlic Parmesan which I didn't care for that much it was just OK. This is a good spot to go and get you some good eats. There are pool tables and a TV inside so if you would like to sit and watch the game and have you something to eat this is a great spot to do that as well.

I am so disappointed. My bf and I ordered wings online through their system. I paid for paramesan on my mild wings and it was not there and we ordered one ranch and blue cheese and only one sauce was in the bag. I called and spoke to the woman and she was not accommodating. This location has gone downhill.

Chicken club
Tracy L.

I found this place on eaters list of burgers to eat. The french fries and onion rings were so good and crispy. The burger was also extremely good. The chicken club could have been better I found it a little bit greasy. If you're looking for a really solid burger, I would recommend going here. If I were to do it again, I would've ordered a double cheeseburger. I'll definitely be back!

My burger patty was only 2 inches.

Usually US Cafe is on point but this was my first time ordering a burger from here. Read the reviews and they said it was the best they had ever had! Okay. Let me try. I waited 23 minutes for this double angus cheese burger. This is the crispy crusty patties they tried to feed me. I may need to stick to the wings and chicken quesadillas. This was terrible. Update to the US Cafe burger situation: I just walked in to get some wings and Rebecca remembered me from last night. She apologized again and told me this one is on her. She said the good cook is in today so it should be the best. She said her manager was also concerned that she should do something about it. This is my burger today. Much better.

This is the chicken philly. They were kind enough to add spicy sauce and it tasted great.
Rusty S.

Today was my first visit. The woman who took my order was very friendly. She seemed to enjoy her job. They appear to be following COVID-19 regulations. I ordered a chicken philly. They agreed to add hot sauce and that made it awesome. The philly was a bit smaller compared to other establishments but the size was perfect. Providing a larger serving to an already obese population is not necessary or the patron may throw out the portion they cannot finish which means the chicken died for nothing. Sad.

What's the difference between the express and regular location menu?

Hi LaVelle. The only difference in menu options is that we offer crinkle-cut fries rather than fresh-cut fries at our Express location.

I opted out of the arugula that comes on it by default. I also got their mac n' cheese, and a chocolate shake. It may be the way their brisket blend always is, but the burger patty was a bit tough or overcooked compared to what I'm used to with a standard Angus beef burger or steak burger. It also lacked seasoning, but was saved by the goat cheese and jam. The bun was ok, and it was very messy as 3 of my 4 fried green tomatoes slid out immediately along with a healthy portion of goat cheese and jam. I ate at their outdoor seating area so no biggy, but I definitely wouldn't eat this in your car. However, the fried green tomatoes were very good. The mac n cheese was mediocre and the chocolate shake was good but had an overpowering flavor of Hershey's syrup. Even though it was very busy between the cars at the drive thru and delivery drivers waiting for order pickups, my meal came out in about five minutes. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I've eaten burgers all over the world and I would recommend the visit, but it doesn't rank anywhere near my top 25. Since this was my first visit I plan on returning a couple more times soon so I can try other burger options and update my review if I experience anything different. Burger: 3.7/5 (the toppings carried it) Mac n cheese: 2.5/5 Shake: 3.5/5 Note: No indoor seating. Outside seating available.

The past two visits, including today, the wings looked like they were taken from hatchlings. They were so small there almost wasn't any meat on them at all. But the worst part is, they charged $28 for 20 of these hatchling wings. To help with the math, that's $1.40 per wing. WNB has increased the price and dumbed down the product. That's a lethal combination because it has killed any chance that I'll return to WNB. I'm done.

I had never tried their food before but read some reviews and figured it was worth a try. Their website offered easy ordering in advance so we didn't have to time it out the day of. We ended up going for 100 wings which came with 4 different flavors. We opted for honey hot, medium, lemon pepper wet and hot teriyaki, but then the website made us choose flavors for 5 random wings? Confusing lol, but I did it so we could complete the order. For 100 wings, he ended up paying about $103 after taxes. Not too bad! I wasn't there when he picked up the order but they did text and email him in advance to confirm that the order was ready, and even called him to be sure he knew they were ready for pickup. When he returned with the wings, it was a huge tray that included the wings separated by dividers as well as some celery. The wings weren't huge but they worked. The varied flavors were delicious - the lemon pepper wet were my favorites! They also included a bunch of small ranch/blue cheese cups on the side. Such a smooth ordering process and a delicious bunch of wings - will definitely order again.

I'd sent it to my better half and he said, "let's go." OK... it's a hole in the wall in a strip center. But you know that sometimes those places are absolutely wonderful. And this was one of those times. From the time we walked in, we were welcomed. The lady working the front went through the menu... explained the options and even told us about options that weren't listed. I decided on the Heat Combo... the hubby decided on the Regular Combo. You're going to find that everything is made to order. So nothing just sitting around. The sandwiches are what I'd call burritos in a bun. Wrapped in foil and then paper. We were warned to keep the foil on... And with good reason! These are not sit in the car and eat sandwiches. They're moist... they're juicy and DELICIOUS! Now, I got the one called the Heat. It was not overly spicy but had a good level of heat. I was told if you like it spicy, just ask for hot sauce. I'm kinda torn by that because the general flavor of the sandwich is really good and wouldn't want to cover that up. The Combo comes with thick potato wedges. They were good and neither of us were able to finish all of them. They have some side dipping sauces I want to try next time. We opted to dine in. The dining room is a bit small and standard. There are only about 4 or 5 tables. But, it's clean (spotless clean) and does the trick. I imagine if it's busy it can get quite full. Honestly... this style of food is pretty unique to the Metro. It's not quite a Philly Restaurant... it's not quite a traditional Chili Shop... It's more of what you'd see with a "loose meat" restaurant from the Midwest. But whatever you think it is, it works. And we'll be back!

Great service and great food. Highly recommend. I will be back to try additional dishes very soon.read more

After dinner, we decided to check out the speakeasy through the freezer door--Eleanor's--and unfortunately, that's where the experience took a turn. The atmosphere itself was nice--semi-dark with a cool concept--but it could definitely lean more into a darker, more immersive speakeasy vibe. The bigger issue, though, was the service. It was night and day compared to upstairs. The waitress came across as rude and unwelcoming from the start. A few of us sat down in a small corner area with an L-shaped bench and some extra chairs we had to pull over ourselves. Obviously, with 12 people, there was no way we were all fitting there, yet she insisted she wouldn't take any drink orders until everyone was seated. That made no sense, especially since there was standing room and even a bar-height table available. To make matters worse, there was zero acknowledgment of the birthday--not even a simple "happy birthday," which felt like a missed opportunity given the occasion. When we asked about Fireball shots, the response was a blunt "um, no," followed by "you can have water," as she started filling glasses. That pretty much summed up the vibe we got. Not sure if this is typical service down there or just an off night, but it was enough to make us decide we wouldn't come back to the speakeasy.
