    Walnut Meat Street Tacos

Stopped in for lunch and let me say...they did NOT disappoint. I do ordered the Walnut Meat Street tacos and I don't care for tomatoes but when I tell you I ate everything on that plate! I also ordered the curry chickpea soup which was delicious and hot right in time for the flurries that came while I was there. In addition my counterpart got the MLT and is not a mushroom fan but could not put the sandwich down. If we weren't pressed for time we wanted to order more to go. The woman at the front was very informative and personable I appreciated her explaining the menu and letting us know what wasn't available as soon as we walked in. It is a smaller store front but they do have tables if you wish to stay and eat.

The food here was good. Nothing crazy good but some solid Vegan food. For the price though, I did expect a little more as it was a bit pricey for just another lunch

Bee was very welcoming and helpful with navigating the menu. They only have two small tables with two chairs to sit down and eat there. Your order will be packed up for carry out. I was a little shell shocked on the pricing though. A sandwich was $16-$17 a la carte. For a small Tamarind BBQ sauce, $2.50! We ordered the Mushroom MLT sandwich and the Fried Oyster shroom sandwich, both were tasty.

The fried oyster sandwich was yummy and the service was fantastic. I can't wait to return.

Service was great and the place looked brand new. The walnut meat pasta I ordered was alright. The kamut pasta tasted like gluten free pasta but it wasn't gluten free. My partner ordered the Philly sub but he said it was alright. He expected more of the portobello in the sub.

    Oyster Mushroom tacos (I think)

First of all, the owner, she's a real one. She knows what real health is, mind, body and soul. It's evident in the food and in the employees. Like B, who ordered for me sight unseen. Her soul is vibrant and light. She radiates positive energy. On another note. Not sure if what happened in my mouth after the first bite of the Oyster mushroom tacos was legal 5 stars is an insult. Your gift is limitless

MLT on sourdough! The bread is from a local bakery and so delicious.

I came in today for lunch with my hub. I have been waiting for this cafe to open for a while and it definitely didn't disappoint. I had the most amazingly delicious and nourishing lunch. I started with the Cookies and Cream smoothie which was off the charts good. It kind of has a bit of a peanut butter flavor but it's tahini. It tasted like dessert. This smoothie was a meal in and of itself but I kept going! Next, I tried the G Burger with burro fries. This is like a falafel burger and the fries aren't actually fries but burro bananas (no starch)! The fries were coated with a delicious spicy seasoning. I loved both items. They were cooked to perfection and had a lot of flavor. I am still so full after eating all 3 items so I won't need dinner now. The portions are really large and satisfying. The prices are a bit higher but you get what you pay for. I will gladly pay extra for quality food. I spoke to the owner and everything is farm to table and fresh. They don't use crappy oils (only grapeseed for frying and avocado for the rest) and all ingredients are marked on the menu. Plant/vegan food can be really unhealthy as they normally use lots of processed ingredients, soy, etc. but the food here is very consciously selected for your health. There are a couple of tables to sit at but mostly it's a take out place. My hub tried the MLT which was a mushroom, lettuce, tomato on sourdough sandwich and I tried it and it also was delicious. The cafe is in a cute neighborhood in Vinings so you can shop after too. I will definitely be making a stop here weekly and I'm so excited to have a plant based option for food that's actually healthy and delicious. Run don't walk here!

My first time here at this establishment an I must say it's pretty dope a laid back a chill....great customer service...great location....great food and great prices...I stopped by an ordered the cookies and cream smoothie....i will definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu....

Atlanta is so blessed to have a restaurant like this in its ranks now. If I could give more than 5…read morestars on this app, I'd be lighting it up! I went on a holiday, which was super busy, but even so, service was prompt and attentive. I ordered a pasaflora to drink, which had a beautiful flower in it, queso blanco with chips, al pastor mushroom tacos, chochoyotes, and flan for dessert. Every single dish was inspired, layered with flavor, creative, and truly unique. The presentation was also lovely and each bite felt thoughtful and well-executed. I would order everything a million times over! One thing that especially stood out was the flan's texture, which was silky, delicate, and perfectly balanced. I was also pleasantly surprised to see fried green tomatoes on the menu. It felt like such a special nod to the restaurant's Southern location, blending regional influence in a really cool way. The owner was super nice, which made the experience even better. The decor is gorgeous and so inviting, with intimate, cozy lighting. The whole space feels clean, artistic, and thoughtfully designed. This is an amazing date-night spot that I truly hope sticks around for a long, loooong time. Everything about the atmosphere and experience makes it perfect for a special evening out. I'm already planning to go back and explore more of the menu, but based on my first visit alone, I might even dare to say this is the best vegan restaurant in Atlanta. The jury's still out, but I'm more than happy to keep doing the research to confirm!! lol Last thing I'll say is that I was so grateful not to have to wade through a bunch of non-vegan menu options to figure I it what I could actually order. I also don't have to wonder if my food was being cooked next to a slab of dead animal, which is not the case most places I go. So, thank you for being ALL vegan. The food is so good that there is no chance a non-vegan will feel they've missed out on meat anyway. Logistical stuff: I saw a little bit of street parking, but not a ton. Parking in the deck is definitely the easiest option. You could theoretically bike/skate the Beltline and just walk a couple of blocks to get there. The space is on the smaller side, so I'd recommend making a reservation to be safe if you're visiting on a Friday/Saturday night.

We enjoyed sitting at the bar for a light Friday dinner…read more Ambience is fun and tropicalish. Bartender was very pleasant and explained the various menu items along with his recommendations. Personally, the menu is fairly limited in scope with the same ingredients presented in different dishes. Not very healthy either with plenty of fried options. Despite the plant based hoopla, it does not come close to similar concepts. Meh

Tassili's makes my favorite wraps of all time. I am not vegan but I absolutely love eating here…read more Their wraps are massive, delicious, and make me feel like I'm eating healthy too. I got the South of the Border wrap. The full size is enough for two people. It is stuffed with kale (I get the spicy one and it has a nice kick to it), avocado, black bean hummus, and couscous. I highly recommend! I usually order ahead of time and come to pick it up because service is slow. Online, it will say your order is ready in 10-15 minutes, but that is not true. Wait at least 30-45 minutes to pick it up. I have been here many times, and the people that work here are absolutely incredible, but they are slammed with a lot of orders so it takes a while to get prepared.

There were about four customers in line when I arrived but it moved as slow as molasses. I recommend ordering online if you don't have extra time to wait. Also know what you want when you arrive, it helps move the line a little quicker. This is a raw vegan restaurant that is known for their kale mix. You have your choice of wraps, spicy kale, mild kale or you can do a 50/50 blend. The spicy has heat which i love but I'm glad I did the 50/50, it was perfect. There is a free parking lot a few steps away from the business and it's large so you shouldn't have a problem finding parking. I had the south of the border with a chili wrap and all ingredients. I had the half size which was extremely large and enough for two people to share or enough for two days. It's such a beautiful wrap but personally not my favorite. All the ingredients were very fresh but it was something that I just didn't enjoy about it. Maybe it was the Moroccan couscous flavor. I'm willing to try another wrap and will probably go with the OG or Dat Ish. Prices were okay for the serving size you receive. There are tables outside. And the employees were all pleasant.

We got: - Chicken Satay: The chicken itself was so believable, stringy and smoky! And crunchy (though I'm used to satay meat being grilled). The sauce was tasty too- peanut-y, sweet, hint of curry. However, for $8, I'd expect at least 4 skewers. - Shrimp Chow Kway Teow: CKT is one of my favorite noodle dishes ever, and Mamak's version certainly did it justice. The wok hei was so present, the noodles perfectly chewy, and the veggies (snow pea, onion, carrot, bean sprouts) well-cooked. The shrimp was insane, so bouncy and real-feeling. - Olive Fried Rice: Can't say I've ever had olive leaves before, this dish was delightful! Lots of great toppings (tofu, carrot, green bean, mushroom) that gave some textural diversity. - Black Pepper Beef: The black pepper essence was clearly distinguishable, but the sauce was too sweet for me. The beef was truly reminiscent of the actual thing. Lots of tasty veggies again (cauliflower, celery, jicama, carrot, bell pepper). Overall, taste-wise, all of the dishes were great; however, we did not feel portion sizes matched prices. Service could also stand to improve, with regards to attentiveness. To note, the restaurant is self-seating (I wish there was something that said this at the entrance). You can pay the bill via QR code, but there's a platform fee (I wonder if you could avoid that if you pay physically). Lots of parking available. 9/10 would recommend!
