Unfortunately, this visit reminded me how hit or miss this location can be, and it's honestly frustrating. This time, the salad was mostly lettuce with barely any toppings. The portion of chicken was very light, and it just didn't feel like the same quality I had before. For something that's supposed to be a consistent menu item, the difference was noticeable. On top of that, the service felt rushed and inattentive. My order was pretty much handed to me and the employee walked off immediately, which didn't even give me the chance to check it or correct anything. I had requested one herb dressing and one avocado lime dressing, but instead received two avocado lime. This isn't the first time my order has been wrong either. On a previous visit, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and specifically asked for American cheese instead of pepper jack, and it still came with pepper jack. It's small details like this, but they happen too often here. At this point, it's more common for my order to be incorrect and the service to feel off than it is for everything to go smoothly at this location, which is unfortunate because Chick-fil-A is usually known for consistency and great service.
