I was tempted by the Dr. Brown's sodas from back home and all of the pastries and deli items for sale as you are making your way up to the front to place your order. Double meat would have been too much, it would throw off the meat to bread ratio. Plenty of thin sliced juicy steak, with the veggies and cheese just all melting together.
