Went in to get some dinner. They were taking a second but I started to feel sooo lightheaded. I sat down but still didn't feel good so I told the guy I'd be right back I didn't feel good and went to sit outside. I'm a big advocate of customer service. This is by far the slowest subway I've ever been to. Even longer to be acknowledged or addressed: not even "we'll be right with you". Etc. I've also tried coming here 2 other times during listed open hours-neither time was open. I will say when the employees did acknowledge you they were relatively friendly. read more

This Subway is located near the Concord Road/South Cobb Drive intersection and sits in a small older shopping center that also features a dry cleaner and insurance office. This is your standard Subway interior, however this one seems a bit smaller than other locations. They have a couple booths up from then the "hallway" has a few two seater booths if you choose to dine in. Service has always been decent here, they aren't the friendliest, but they aren't total jerks either. I need a sandwich, they help me get my sandwich and we both smile a little...that's enough for me! I will say that while I have been a Subway meatball fan for years, the last two times I have gotten from here have been disappointing. They were tough and hard and clearly burnt a little bit while sitting in the pan. I have switched it up and go Turkey/Bacon now. Additionally, I have received delivery from this location and I will say that the order was spot on and the delivery time was exactly what was quoted. Decent experience for getting a $5 Sammy delivered. Overall, this is a decent Subway location. I have no issues revisiting when the craving hits! read more

This is our "usual" Subway but we hadn't been since the quarantine started. Went today as a treat for my son and was appalled to walk in and see two people behind the counter, both not wearing masks! The person making sandwiches was mouth breathing and hanging over the stuff as she made it. Turned around and walked out. It appears nothing has changed at this Subway to address the current pandemic. I honestly probably wouldn't have noticed the above in the past, but come on! Not acceptable now. At least not to me. If you think COVID-19 is a big to do about nothing, then go for it and eat here. Otherwise I highly recommend taking the 7-minute drive up the road to the Cobb Pkwy Subway (across from Del Taco). I tried the subways on cobb pkwy and one of the the sandwich maker there had a hair bow around her wrist that repeatedly tapped the sandwiches as she made them, I digress this one on concord rd is the best they are clean and make the sandwiches how they are supposed to be made not sloppy and hair bow friction free. read more

Horrible experience at this location. There was only one person working-which I would be sympathetic towards but she didn't seem to even notice the line of almost 10 customers. I stood there for 25 minutes while she slowly prepared a bunch of online orders not caring how long we've been waiting and how many people left over the wait. Additionally, she waited to tell anyone that they were out of multiple things including lettuce, spinach, and peppers until making it to the front. Ingredients seem reasonably fresh. This location offers Parmesan cheese sprinkles and spinach as regular items. I love their sweet onion sauce, it goes great with most any of their subs! The cookies greatly benefit from a 15 second zap in the microwave. Certain items are frequently not available. I hear "we're out of ________" too often. Relaxed, somewhat secluded dining tables by windows are available if you like to gaze at traffic while grabbing lunch. Has regular business hours and closes approximately 10pm (not 24-hr location). Easily accessible from South Cobb drive or Concord road. Handicap accessible (mere 1 inch drop between sidewalk and parking lot), but no designated handicapped parking spot in sight. Sometimes, only 1 employee is present. I'd expect at least 2 for most days/hours. All around a convenient and decent place to grab a tasty $5 Footlong. Worst subway I've ever been to! The three ladies working couldn't figure out how to cut the bread. They didn't know what went on the sandwiches we ordered. They didn't know where the olive oil and vinegar were at. They put one slice of turkey on my sandwich. The bread was stale. They couldn't even figure out how to check us out. The staff is nice, the sub was okay but the drink machine is nasty. You can tell they never clean it. There was mold and gunk all over the fountain. Old soda in the tray, and black grime around the ice dispenser..nasty. I chose to go back and get a bottled drink instead. I dont think I will be coming back to this sub shop again.
