Great little taco shop! I judge a taco shop by the salsa and I was not disappointed. There's only two choices, mild or hot- which I love, why have several salsas when you really only need to make the best of what you have, and you don't need an in between. I had their two asada tacos, which were kind of small- street style but were loaded with toppings and were really good. Adding on the rice was a nice touch! The rice was SO flavorful. It was not lacking in moisture or seasoning. And I'm a tough critic, so I highly recommend! read more

Drive-through is always wrapped around, but it seems to move fast but I wanted to get out and enjoy the weather today. Service is quick. Food is made to order so 15 minutes for fresh food doesn't seem like a long way to me. Incredible variety of authentic eats and they serve breakfast all day. Imagine being able to bite into a Barbacoa and egg burrito with red sauce at 2 PM the Agua Fresca's are naturally sweetened, so delicious. I would absolutely recommend if you choose to dine outside. There was no line, just satisfied customers eating on the small patio in peace. We got 2 chicken sopes, 1 steak sopes, I la Mexicana chicken burrito and 3 beef tacos. Everything was fresh, delicious and came out fairly quickly. The service was efficient and accurate. No complaints. Best of all, they have a drive-thru and free parking. Taco T is legit! We headed here as soon as they opened at 10 because we were starving. There was already someone in front of us too. We ordered a chicken burrito Mexican style and a Bistec burrito Mexican style. The tortilla, meat, and filling were all very fresh and delicious. I asked for hot sauce which is green. It definitely had a kick to it! I don't know when soccer will bring us back to this area, but if we do head back up this way, we will definitely be back. read more

I've always had great food here until my most recent experience on Wednesday. I arrived shortly after they opened and waited at the window for at least 5 minutes. I could hear movement inside but no one was there to take my order. I ended up calling to make sure they were open. The person who answered the phone apologized stating that they were busy on the inside "packing salsas for the day." I ordered my favorite, huevos machaca with cheddar cheese and al pastor tacos. Everything was absolutely disgusting and did not taste good. I did not get cheese on my burrito even though I was charged for it. I didn't receive extra hot salsa even though I paid for it. I'm not sure if the owners changed or if there are new cooks on the kitchen but the food was absolutely horrible! read more

The taco was excellent! I would definitely come back for these again. I also got the egg and bacon breakfast burrito. It was egg and bacon...that is where it stopped. I recognize I didn't ask, but I would have assumed at least there would have been cheese on it and hoped for some potato too. Authentic and delicious tacos with the option to "Americanize". We ordered at the window and ate on the patio but saw plenty of cars in the drive through. I think best course of action is to order ahead regardless of where you're eating since it took a bit of time for our food. The covered patio is nice for cooler days but could see it being uncomfortable on those really hot days. read more

I also saw ppl who ordered online and used the window to pick up. There was a steady flow of customers so that was a great sign. The woman who helped me was so sweet and helpful. I ended up getting the authentic chicken and barbacoa (beef) tacos. They have so many options! The tacos were made fresh and were tasty/filling. I almost don't want to write about this because I want this to stay a secret gem forever. I've been coming to Taco T's for 4 years now and I am so glad I took a chance one Sunday afternoon all those years ago. LOCATION/AMBIENCE: Doesn't look like much from the outside, you used to be able to sit inside, but after the pandemic, it seems they have yet to re-open the inside. A few tables outside and a walk-up window, but the best thing of all is the DRIVE THRU WINDOW!! As noted on their sign "this is not fast food", they're still making your tacos to order and though it takes a bit of time, it's ALWAYS worth it. FOOD: I've only ever gotten tacos, Mexican-style, and I think I will only ever get Mexican-style tacos because they are just THAT good. I cannot bring myself to order anything else. My favorites include: Chorizo Tacos (don't sleep on the chorizo, it's probably the BEST taco), Steak Tacos, Barbacoa Tacos, Pastor, and Pollo (which is still a fave, but the least fave of the faves, if I had to rank them). HOT TIP: Do NOT miss out on the Rice + Beans, I do not know what kind of magic they're pulling with these refried beans, but Harry Potter himself couldn't do it. Listen, I do not like refried beans. Any other restaurant, I just think they're weird and gross. HOWEVER, one time I ordered rice and got the rice/bean mixture on accident, but turns out... it was a God-ordained experience. I cannot get enough. They're my favorite and the only refried beans I, to this day, enjoy eating. I can't explain it. It's magic (or holy). VALUE: This cannot be beat!! My husband and I order three tacos each with 2 orders of rice and beans and it's $22. It's cheaper than if we went to Taco Bell, and tastes 1000000% better. (And this is coming from a Taco Bell fan). This place was not somewhere I would've selected but it was recommended to me and omg did I love it! I got a chicken soft taco and a steak soft taco both prepared Mexican style. The steak taco was to die for and also so cheap, loveee it! They don't have margaritas which i didn't know but I know some locations do. I also got a side of rice and beans which were heavenly. The cinnamon cookie is actually four bite sized pieces and super soft. Great service and manners from the employees and super speedy. Even though she could not join us this time, my oldest daughter told us about this place. She advised it was a quick drive-through Mexican restaurant with some good food.  We approached the small storefront and pulled into the short drive in line.  Their menu was pretty extensive with plenty to choose from.  We quickly got to the order intercom.  I ordered 2 hard shell chicken tacos with a side of rice and beans. Wifey ordered 4 hard shell carnitas tacos with a fruit punch soda. My youngest ordered 3 soft shell barbacoa tacos on corn tortillas. The woman at the pick-up window was very nice and accommodating of a few changes. We pulled into one of the open parking spots and jumped in for a taste. We all enjoyed our food. My hard shells were very crunchy and did not explode after the 1st bite. My daughter and I agreed that the meat in our tacos could have used a little more seasoning, but we enjoyed them. The taco here is very flavorful, the best I had around the area. We ordered taco with crunchy shell, for the steak taco, the shredded beef taco, the marinated beef taco and the mixed taco( beef, bacon and chorizo ). We didn't try pork taco because beef is too good and they don't have fish taco . The crunchy shell adds more texture to the bite. We asked for mild salsa and it is a bit spicy for me. There is plenty of parking spots, but the store only has outdoor seating and drive through. The service is fast. read more

It's been a few years since we've come across town to visit. Finally came back and glad we did. My wife and I ordered a mix bag of tacos including soft Pastor and Bistec Mexican style, and crunchy Molida American style. The tortillas were fresh and the meat was seasoned perfectly. We also ordered the Molida burrito (Mexican style) and Huevo a La Mexicana breakfast burrito. Both were extremely fresh and the perfect size for burritos. Washing it all down with an ice cold Horchata made it a perfect combination. I definitely recommend this establishment for your taco fix and to try something new. I've never tired the Tortas or Sopes, so may have to try those next time. read more

They say they're not a fast food spot because they make the food to order, but I can say their service was super quick! I ordered through the drive through and by the time I pulled up to the window my food was pretty much ready! The prices are great. I paid $10 and change for four tacos. They are street taco size, so keep that in mind, but they definitely put a nice amount of meat in them. I have no complaints about the price and I'm nice and full. Visited here for the first time today after a doctors appointment across the street. Ordered steak burrito Mexican style add avocado and sour cream, and a barbacoa burrito American style. The steak burrito was missing the avocado and sour cream I ordered and paid extra for. When I got home and bit my burrito, it was tasteless and dry. It was the driest burrito I've ever had. Also, the entire burrito had no flavor. Not even the meat. Definitely won't be back. I did give it 2 stars because the 2 lady employees were nice. read more

Got a discada burrito Mexican style without beans. It was a decent burrito and pretty filling. My only complaint was that it was a little dry. I wish there was some salsa inside or something or the meat was juicier. I feel like it wasn't that flavorful either to be honest. I will however say the hot sauce is actually really spicy but delicious, so be sure to try a little first before dumping it onto your food. Overall it's a pretty average place. You ever heard of "don't judge a book by its cover?" Yeah? Well that's Taco T. I had no intention of stopping here because it looks shady af from the street. Words like "money laundering" came to mind when passing this building...a few others as well...but good food was not one of them. That was before someone I know personally advocated for this place everyday for like 2 months. & At some point curiosity got the best of me. I went. I ate. I conquered. Taco T's tacos are delicious and suuuper cheap. Their hard and soft tacos are both worth a try. For the hard tacos I suggest American style, soft Mexican style. My fave was the barbacoa, but all were great. Also their horchata was a great choice to wash it all down. Note, I went on a trip to Mexico City like 2-3 weeks before I tried TT and their tacos were comparible. It's def worth the try, don't let the Ozark exterior fool you. read more

Wow! This place has some of the best tacos I've had in Georgia. There's another place I go to in Marietta but this one offers the convenience of a drive-through. I typically get the crunchy beef tacos Mexican style with sour cream. I haven't tried any other item on the menu because I am hooked on the tacos. Next time I'm definitely going to give the quesadilla a try. Everything taste super fresh and authentic. Pros: Drive through, walk up window, easy to read menu, delicious food, decent service. Cons: The wait time is ridiculous.I'm not sure if this is a true con as they have it posted near the drive-in window that this is not a fast food restaurant. I love and respect that everything is freshly made however due to the demand they could use probably more cooks and just a more efficient way to service customers. read more

Authentic street tacos, it's a small shack off the road so if you drive too fast you'll pass it. The tacos are delicious except the American style ones, why I even tried one is beyond me don't get it. Stick with the street tacos, they come with sauce a spicy red and a mild green both are great but if you don't like spicy don't get the red. read more
