had the absolutely worst experience at this tacos place. I felt like it is ran by a bunch of immature children. I ordered 2 chickened tacos. They come grilled and cut into pieces. I asked could they cut the chicken small for my elderly mother. These fools flat out said no. That was beyond unfathomable! As I watched a guy cutting vegetables. They have no logical on why they couldn't cut the chicken that was already cut up smaller. The cashier was a little girl with braces kept awkwardly giggling like a little school girl. I asked a guy for the manager. He had on some thick black frames. He tells me the manager isn't there. So, I ask who is in charge. He said, "I guess me". So I tell him what happened and he looked like another little kid with an awkward face like he didn't know what to do. Then he says, "well I just work here". Everyone just acted like they didn't understand or speak English. This was insane! I don't do bad service at all. Leave this place alone, just like I am. I have a low tolerance for stupidity. I just left while they played a who's on first. Completely unprofessional and immature. Will never spend a dime there again. read more

Randomly hungry on a Sunday night after messing up my eating schedule and so happy that Las Tejitas was open for delivery. I didn't know what I was craving initially but once I saw birria tacos on the menu, I knew what I wanted. Ordering via UberEats was super easy and the menu wasn't crazy extensive or expensive, although birria is always going to cost a bit more. Once I ordered, my food was quickly prepped (via the app notifications) and delivered about 30min later. It even arrived hot! Delivery orders can sometimes lack in the presentation department, but not this one. My order came with 3 tacos, 2 sides of sauces (a smoky chipotle salsa and a verde sauce), a bunch of sliced radishes and a cup of consome. The tacos were packed with beef and toppings, and they smelled delicious. I really enjoyed them! The green salsa turned out to be my favorite and because I always love some spice, I added some hot sauce to the consome and it made it even better. The best birria tacos and packed with goodness! Not too salty and fatty like some other places. The rice and beans are heavenly! The guac is so fresh and on point! The horchata and lime cucumber agua Fresca is the bomb! The salsa Roja and verde are so incredible- great depth of flavor! Will be back to try on DoorDash again soon for the Birria ramen, esquites and the churros! Prices are good too. It was so delish I ate it so fast before snapping a pic. read more

I asked for Tap Water this time and they were more than willing...could be dependent on the severer... Back again this week and the three girls working the counter were adament that they would not serve tap water...sad when I order $54.03 worth of food and the servers won't even provide what is normal at most restaurants...probably my last time here given the inconsistency in service and attitude. read more

I was craving Birria tacos and consommé for a couple weeks and this spot really delivered (physically and metaphorically). Food came in the expected amount of time, if not earlier: The combination of the Birria, consommé, and the hot salsa side was sooo good, that I still lowkey dream about it months after. And the mango lemonade was refreshing, especially on a super hot day. Nowwww, I had to leave a start off because despite our request to get utensils, we didn't get any :( Minor disappointment, but that's okay. OH EM GEE - try the hot Cheetos burrito - incredible! This was our first visit and it did not disappoint. This is a small location in Smyrna and even though they have some indoor seating, we opted to order and take the meals home. They had quite a few tables inside but it was pretty busy during lunchtime and my family of 4 felt more comfortable eating at home. They also had 2 small tables outside. Small and very busy parking lot - tons of people came through to pick up orders so plenty of cars were coming in and out of the parking spaces. Wonderful customer service! A young man greeted us and happily took our order. He even repeated the entire order back to us to ensure everything was correct (much appreciated). Bilingual service available, too (Spanish). They had a glass case full of desserts and cold sodas available. We also tried: Esquites with fresh squeezed lime. Wow. Chef's kiss! So much flavor. And we only ordered the "regular" because I believe they also have a hot Cheetos version. Horchata was ok, but I would like to try their other drink offerings next time. Aguas frescas and more. Chicken quesadilla was good! Very flavorful. It came with rice and beans - the rice was so good! Asada (steak) tacos were good and nicely packed, came with tons of cilantro and onion, lime and even radish on the side. Only $3 each which isn't bad. I didn't see a fish taco on the menu but they do offer shrimp, chicken, and more. You guys have to try the hot Cheetos burrito. Omg. Super filled, perfect amount of spice (my 7 year old even had some of it and loved it). We tried it with steak - soooo gooooood! They're very active on their Instagram page so you'll get to see plenty of their new menu items as they come available and keep up with their business. We had a great experience and the food was delicious! We WILL be back. The only "downside" is that I wish this was a larger restaurant with more tables and seating. But my family and I loved the food and will absolutely be ordering takeout from here whenever in the mood for tacos. (And we live 20 minutes away, lol!) read more

I've ordered from here several times now & I've yet to be disappointed! I usually get there 5 birria tacos that come with the consomé. They're always fresh & taste great, the price is good too compared to other places that sell birria tacos around the area. Tried the esquite for the first time & the corn was so sweet & good! The people are always nice. I will say, this is more of a to-go order place. It's a very small place with 4 tables inside & a couple tables outside. It's very clean & nice though. Parking is also limited but with people coming in & out constantly to pick up food, spots open up if you wait a bit. read more

This place is off a road and easy to miss, but definitely make the trip ! When me and my grouped walked in we were hit by the smells of amazing food knowing it was going to be good. I ordered 3 birria tacos and churros and horchata. The taco had a lot of cheese which I wasn't used to be it definitely tasted amazing. The drink and desert was just as good. The others in my party said their food was good as well. The food was brought out fast and fresh. Their churros are premade though. Really good food! I went here for the first time yesterday, because I was looking for a late night bite. I got the chicken burrito and was not disappointed. The size was huge and the prices were reasonable. There was a lot of flavor, the only thing I wish is that it came with some sort of fresh element like sour cream, or fresh vegetables or something. It came with two salsas, verde and then some sort of chipotle tasting salsa. Also, the food was ready very quickly and the inside was small but it was very nice and clean. I would definitely come back and would be open to sitting inside and eating. The churros also looked really good so I would love to try those. And there is also one outdoor table for those interested in eating outside read more

Best tacos I have had since arriving in Atlanta. These are as authentic as it gets out here folks! The quesobirria quesadilla is my favorite and their consomé pairs excellently with it and the Birria tacos. I highly recommend their Aguas frescas, especially the Limón y Pepino and their Jamaica, which is hibiscus flower drink. If they have Mexican glass bottled coca-cola, TRY IT. The service was ok. Pleasant enough. The ambiance is clean and casual. Now, these tacos... I'm not sure if the chef is having an off day.. but these are some of the driest tacos I ever encountered... I had chicken I had Al pastor. Dry and dryer... i am not coming back but if you want to, go off. Im from California, so I am a good judge of a taco. I have tried other quesabirrias and quesadilla birrias and Las Tejitas by far is my favorite. It has so much flavor! The rice it comes with is delicious too. I've gotten their asada quesadilla and it's one of my favorite as well, it's big and the meat is tender. Their aguas frescas are delicious, i tried the pepino one and it was so refreshing. My only complaint is that their guacamole has more onions and tomatoes than actual avocado lol at least in the small portions I've been given with the quesadilla birria. This is one of my new favorite places for sure! read more
