I placed an order on the app, and when we received the food, of course, it was wrong again. There was the wrong bread on two out of three of the sandwiches. I requested no mayo and white bread on the smoked brisket; they put mayo and no barbecue sauce. (Imagine brisket with mayo and no sauce.) I chose wheat bread for my club sandwich, and they put it on white bread. (Come on, people, it's not that hard. It's a simple request.) I called the manager, and she said Well, what do you want me to do about it. (Really), I said I want the sandwiches I ordered, or you can refund my money. She said she can't refund because it was delivered through Uber Eats, and I would have to come pick it up. (Mine, you I have already paid a delivery fee of $5.15 to go 1 mile down the road, plus a good tip on top of that. I am not blaming the delivery person at all; she was great.) So, I went to pick up the new sandwiches and return the wrong ones. After the manager took the sandwiches, she ignored me until all the other customers were waited on and left. I finally received the sandwiches, and upon checking them, I found that the smoked brisket sandwich lacked barbecue sauce entirely, the cheese was not melted, and there was barely any meat on the sandwich. I cannot believe that some people are so incapable of making a sandwich when the ingredients are right in front of them. This whole process started at 5:22 pm delivery was at 6:01 pm by Uber Eats. I was not back home from Firehouse Subs until 7:03 pm. By this time, I was not even hungry. This Manager ruins our dinner and evening. I will never eat here again until she is fired. read more

Ok so for lunch, I placed an online order of 3 subs to pick up. We had specifications and I just knew something was going to be wrong. Very pessimistic I know. Anywho........when I tell you that sub was EVERYTHING! Please believe me! I tried the new Smokin Triple Stack sub add extra meat, cheese and bacon - barbecue sauce on the side, Italian on the side, no slaw, extra tomato and lite onion. They followed my order to the tee and this sandwich was so delicious. I arrived at my scheduled time and was greeted politely by not one but 2 crew members. We ordered online and Paid In Full for our order. We had confirmation that our order would be ready at 7:45pm. Once we arrived at the store on the East-West Connector in Marietta, Ga at 7:44 pm on Friday 11-22, we were told by (Koby/Kody) we had to wait until they serviced all the guest inside the store before we could get our order. He said it would be 20mins. I asked him was this a rule of Firehouse Subs And he said it was their rule. There's no $5 foot long, but at the same time, you get your money's worth- and the food is more than enough. They only have wheat and white bread as options, as far as I know. This location did not have the peanut butter cookies that I love oh, so much. Instead, they had lemon? cookies? Bleh. The female shift leader/manager was a little rude, but other than that, all was well. I ordered the Engineer, as usual. Turkey on wheat bread with swiss cheese, honey mustard, light mayo and lettuce. I recently stopped by Firehouse Subs off of the East-West Connector in Austell for lunch to grab a sandwich for my husband and a salad for myself. Everything looks really fresh and what sets this sandwich off is the steamed meat. The flavor of the meat in the sandwich's and salads are delicious! I think my husband goes there at least twice a week now. No more subway sandwich's lol. So far we have tried the smoked turkey and sliced chicken but I know everything else in this place has to be good as well. read more

I ordered my sandwich online for pickup at the store. I arrived at the store twenty minutes later and one minute after the pickup time that I indicated. My order was not in the designated pickup area so I waited. The two employees behind the counter noticed me, but neither of them offered a greeting or a "We'll be right with you." There was only one other customer at the counter, and the employees seemed busy making sandwiches, so I waited. And I waited. After ten minutes, one of the employees finally acknowledged me. I told him my name and that I was picking up an online order. After a moment he seemed confused and asked for my name again. He finally located my sandwich which had been sitting on a back counter in the prep area. He handed it to me without a word. If that was the extent of what was wrong with my visit to this store, this review probably would not have been written. I made the ten minute drive home to enjoy my medium Italian sub. Except that I didn't enjoy it at all. The sandwich was a soggy mess that would not hold together when I tried to pick it up. The bottom half of the bread was drenched with Italian dressing. I have had the Italian sub at least half a dozen times before, including times when I bought them for eating later. They were always delicious. I decided to come here needed meat but not wanting the chain across the street and boy am I super glad I did! The food is equally priced but so so much better here! The actual facility os toght but well stocked, organized, and clean. The sandwich (steak and cheese) was custom for my desires and perfectly prepared, but that is not what will bring me back here. It is not really in my radius, but I will come back with intention to see Ms. Moesha and Mr. Earl. Both were so friendly and patient and paid attention to me. It made me feel like I was their priority and it just made my day! He became defensive and rude regarding the order because he in fact made the sandwiches. When I went to the location, Calvin disregarded my disappointment and continued to say that the dry sandwiches were industry standard. Every time I visit firehouse sub and the manager TRICIA is there there is no customer service at all! She points down to the other end of the restaurant and says " ITS DOWN THERE". Guess what TRICIA the MANAGER, I am also a human being. The lack of service here is evident. How distasteful it is for Firehouse subs restaurant to have a MANAGER like TRICIA!
