Really love the wings from this place. There are so many flavors to pick from and our favorite has been Hot, Touchdown, and Cajun garlic. We normally get the 30pc combo which comes with 2 drinks and fries. Good price and good food. They take the time to mark the flavors on the box so you know which is what and lets you add fries seasoning to your fries before packing it up. The service is quite quick except when they get busy then you might have a wait, but not usually for very long. The wings are a decent size, give you a nice portion of the fries, and a good amount of sauce on the wings with the option of blue cheese or ranch dressing. Their peach drink is also super delicious!! They're always nice and works to get your order ready. This is definitely our go to place. read more

Update: I called the restaurant to speak to the manager and was told he was not there. I asked who I can speak to about bad food and she said "no one". I could come back and they will remake it but the owner /mngr does not talk to customers!!! I'm not going back. Service is terrible and food is not good either. I've gotten undercooked chicken wings before and now spoiled meat and tortilla in the gyro. Burgers have been good in the past but not interested in future visits to a place where the owner/mngr doesn't speak to customers. This location has been going downhill since it opened. The service is terrible and it was from the day they opened. The food is hit or miss and not consistent. Today I ordered the lamb gyro to-go but was not the person who picked up our order. If I was, I would not have accepted this gyro. Gyros are pretty simple to make so I'm shocked how terrible this is. The lamb is in thick strips and not thin slices. It has a strange smell and an oil film on it. I'm assuming it came to the restaurant prepared in slices and frozen as it is also VERY dry. They do not use the traditional pita bread, which is what I was expecting. They used a tortilla instead. OMG it is terrible. It's a stale, dried out on the edges tortilla! Horrible service. I ordered 20 wings only. Arrived and asked to change it to a combo because I wanted fries and a drink afterall. She says it's too late because they already made it?.....makes no sense but sure my fault for not ordering that to start so I'll pay the extra few dollars....I get handed a small cup for drink. I asked if I could get a large since you know I paid extra for a fry and drink and she says she can't. I get that....ok I asked for medium lemon pepper and there was clearly no lemon pepper seasoning on the wings and the young lady proceeds to point and say oh it's lemon pepper on there......almost touching my food and then says there's the lemon pepper seasoning right here (pointing to the seasoning jar on the side)....last time coming here the one in Hiram is better. I visited Touchdown Wings on New Macland in the Publix Shopping Center today. These wing stores have been popping up so they must be good, right? WRONG! I was soooo disappointed. I ordered 10 lemon pepper wings to go. My order was ready within 5 minutes which is never a good sign. The wings had no seasoning and the lemon was sooo overpowering giving the wings a nasty taste. Lemon pepper is tricky. If it is not balanced correctly, it's not a good flavor. And, the after taste. You can tell the wings had been sitting out for a while, thus the 5 minute turn around. The fries were just okay. The Fanta orange soda was good. I threw the rest of the wings away. They were not worthy or being leftovers. This place is new. They opened in January 2024. Was excited to try this place, been seeing people talk about it on Facebook and I love having a wind shop so close. Finally stopped in to try, it was a Tuesday afternoon not super busy. The girl running the counter was friendly I ordered 10 wings hot teriyaki I should have ordered extra crispy but did not, I at least expect my wings to be hot and somewhat crispy if they are fresh.... Exterior Located in the Publix plaza on Richard B Sailors. Even though the doors face Richard B Sailors, all these businesses in Plaza have a New Macland address. Interior / Cleanliness Bright & well lit. It's got those tall ceilings that make for some strange acoustics. It does not take much to get loud in there. Odd floorplan, there's a HUGE waiting area - it's nearly the same size as the dining room, but since it's right at the entrance, you will freeze if you sit there. Pretty much everyone waiting for food opted to sit in the dining room. That's how I noticed that all the tables (& some of the chairs) were dirt (grease smears & napkins on the floor). The black cashier with the long wig did come over & wipe down 2 tables while I was there. One thing I hope they change if they stick around is this - my cashier put my receipt in my cup. She had just taken 2 dollar bills from me. Money is pretty filthy. Then she took that same hand & put it in my cup. Then I had to take my 'dirty' hands (I'd handled my steering wheel, my car door handle, the handle to their entrance door, my cash, my credit card) & stick into the cup to get it out. Now I'm supposed to feel comfortable filling that cup with a beverage. I know some people think whatever - germs are everywhere, & that's true - but it's just not hygienic. Food They sell wings, burgers, philly cheesesteaks, fried fish & fried rice. They also have a dessert case with cake slices. I was super excited to see crinkle cut fries on the menu. Yay. Lol. I asked about the difference between the fried chicken sandwich versus the fried chicken burger. The cashier (white with brunette hair) said she didn't know. Another cashier said the sandwich comes on a longer piece of bread & she THOUGHT the toppings were different. Neither made any attempt to find out - lol - so I asked if they had a choice of cheeses for the burger, namely cheddar. Cashier once again said she didn't know & this time the cashier (black with wig) said she knew they had it. I requested no pickles, no onions, extra tomato). It comes dressed with shredded iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mustard, ketchup & mayo. I asked about the fish, but thought it was a bit pricey for this type of joint ($4.50 to add-on one piece of whiting, catfish or tilapia). Fries come unseasoned with communal seasoning shakers at the register. I've seen several people complain online about this. A lot of spots do this, but for some reason, I couldn't get my salt to stick to my fries here. My fries looked beautiful, but any attempt to season them just caused the season salt to slip right off of them on to the Styrofoam below (photo was taken AFTER 4 very liberal shakes of salt). The burger patty was thin & wide (like a Whopper patty) but bland, poorly seasoned. Unfortunately, they gave me American cheese, not cheddar & even though I attempted to eat my food - my stomach let me know, within less than 30 minutes, that I'd eaten American cheese. And my stomach was not a happy camper. My combo also came with a drink & even though I asked if they had tea. I had no idea that 1) it was that awful doggone fountain tea & 2) since it's fountain tea, there's no unsweetened tea. And on the rare occasion I drink tea nowadays, I find I have to mix half sweet with half unsweet, otherwise its like drinking a glass of cane syrup. I wound up with a Sprite & before this, I haven't had a Sprite in about 12 years. Price / Value I thought the burger combo was priced fairly. Customer Service / Friendliness Here's why I won't be back & can't recommend. My food took roughly 22 minutes to prepare. While I was waiting, I had PLENTY of time to observe staff / customer interaction. After sitting for a few minutes, I approached the owner / manager (Asian lady with ballcap). I stuck my cup out & said, 'Sorry I dropped this, can I get another one please?' She frowned, pursed her lips & slapped a new cup down on the counter. (She was also snappy & irritated when I asked about the tea - when I didn't realize it was fountain tea.) There were 4 people behind the counter & though there were a good number of folks coming in picking up food, there were no sit down customers & the place was not so busy that she should be annoyed / frustrated or harried by such a simple request. At first I thought she just had a bad attitude - but here's where it gets bad: As I continued to wait ... and watched - I noticed that she smiled & greeted every white customer. For all the black customers, no smile - no pleasantries - and MOST of us got a scowl or frown. So for that reason alone, I'll never be a return customer. If she was just bad employee, I'd say 'one bad apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch.' But I don't make a habit of lining the coffers of someone who actively treats customers differently based on the color of their skin. Overall Overall - can't recommend because the owner / manager seems as though she has an issue with 'certain' customers. read more

I've been fasting and I'm carefully pick my cheat meal. I heard great things about the Austell/Marietta location. Worst thing i heard was they tell you 15 mins and it's actually 45. Good things come to those who wait imo. Well i figure I'll try them and i was at the powder springs location. Customer service, great. Ready in a timely fashion AWESOME! It was exactly 15 mins. I ordered 6 pc lemon pepper with fries, 10 pc honey lemon pepper with fried rice and 10 pc juicy cajun garlic with fries. The wings were really wet/oily. No crisp at all. All the flavor was mixed in the grease at the bottom of the Togo tray. I may give them another chance but I'll definitely try the other locations. I have been in a couple of times since they opened. What I can say is this, the wings have not been anorexic. They are priced comparable to other places in the area and have a fairly good selection of flavors. I've never had to wait long. The staff was always friendly. I walked in and placed a to-go order and was greeted by the 2 girls right when i walked in :) Super friendly staff - very clean & chic interior! Before I could say this place was a FIVE STAR PLACE, i m ew i had to try a few items.. here is what I ordered & each item was 5 STAR fresh and delicious! 30 wings; 10 lemon pepper, 10 hot, 10 honey garlic..
