We called multiple times before my husband had to drive to Wingstop and they told him that they actually ran out. He was able to get a refund, but I think it's ridiculous that they have no protocols when something like this happens. I've never had an issue with them before, but this is not how you run a successful business. I'm certain this isn't the only issue that have and would definitely not recommend.
