The attitude these people have is crazy work. I've been going here for almost 5 years . The food is absolutely delicious but the customer service is more than disgusting. gross, throw up. . I've always ignored the mistreatment but it was the breaking point for me. I ordered a 10 pc with shrimp fried rice, went across the street to sit down and eat. i then realized the shrimps for my rice weren't there. I walked back across the street, she tried to get over and tell me she's 200 percent sure all the shrimp was in there basically trying to say i'm lying about it. I am just fed up. What a ripoff. This was our first time to order food here. I ordered a Chicken Philly Sandwich. I saw no chicken. I had to look inside sandwich twice. I did see a couple of tiny pieces. But it was all onions and I think bell peppers. I was shocked and immediately thought about the huge amount of chicken you get in a Jersey Mike's sandwich. The sandwich itself was also small. We both ordered wing combos ( hot/lemon pepper) but I ordered fried rice instead of french fries. The fried rice was really good, everything was cooked to order & fresh. The wings were great. They had a very nice flavor, not to hot. The service was fast, very quick and organized. They have many combinations to choose from, an extensive menu, and the food is not overpriced like a lot of wing places I've visited. The sauce for medium is buffalo-ey with just the right amount of flavor and heat without being salty. 2. The size - Unlike a lot of people, we hate those huge, hormone pumped wings. These wings are just the right size - small enough to "sop" up the sauce and fit the entire thing in your mouth. 3. How they're cooked - Cooked to perfection. They have some crisp to them, but they aren't battered. The chicken is tender. Now, the customer service isn't the best. The lady normally sounds like she has an attitude or is in a bad mood if you call to place your order on the phone. Ignore that. That's her personality. The wings were a decent size and were vert good I must say. I did wait 15 mins for my food and didn't understand what was the problem. However, once I got home my food was still HOT and realized they cook all the food to order. That right there my friend made me happy to know my food was sitting around under a heating lamp. Pretty clean area, tv to watch, friendly enough staff. I ordered the #4 on the menu, with honey garlic pepper flavor. I was pleasantly surprised, as I usually don't find good boneless wings. My family and I have been all over trying wings. Wing restaurants, regular restaurants, Pizza Hut, steak houses and bbq joints. We hands down LOVE A-Town! We walk in and always are greeted with a smile. We always try to have a conversation with the person (usually husband/wife) who is at the counter but it's not always met with the same kindness maybe because they or busy or there may be a slight language barrier. It's all good though. It does take a while to get food but it's because they are always busy. It's well worth the wait!!! We have only tried lemon pepper, medium, hot and spicy bbq in the wing flavors and love them all! I've tried their philly and it's amazing!!! I came back with my Father a few weeks later and it was not a good experience. The shrimp fried rice was hard, tasted uncooked. Not very good. We ordered Extra Hot wings only to find that they were not spicy at all. They even tasted sweet. I complained to the man behind the counter and he shrugged his shoulders and said "I wrote down Extra Hot." That was it. He then walked over to look at our order and said, "that looks like extra hot.
