As mentioned above, this intersection is busy...which means this spot stays busy! So, be careful entering and exiting as folks love to whip in and out of here. Even though they are busy, they are quick with their service and keep the store and parking lot fairly clean. I have swung in here for all things such as snacks (pizza!), gas (of course) and my latest find at QT is their Iced Coffee with SF vanilla syrup. I swing through, scoop one up and go about my business. I have even started to order on the app and then walk in to pick up. It's a pretty great process that this location has yet to fail me on. Overall, this QT comes in clutch when needed and given that, I will certainly swing back through when the need arises.

A gentleman then intervened and said he would bring it out. (I'm in an orthopedic boot right now so I appreciated it.) Ultimately, the wait time was excessive and my chicken tenders were rubbery / undercooked and fries were cold and oversalted. I haven't eaten and Church's in about 5 years and this most recent experience made me remember why I haven't been back in 5 years even though they're very close to my home and stay open late. Angry, lazy employee, narrow, tight driveway and tiny parking lot, food not prepared properly.

As in several previous times. That all changed this past weekend with a person with a loud over-talking the customer mouth man at the window. His unprofessional cattiness resulted in him mumbling that I would not let him speak but he would not listen to the me - the customer - try and state that the BK menu is false advertising - one price on menu and up charging another and If corporate thinks not telling customers is the way - he should have advised leadership by saying THAT IS NOT GOING TO WORK! - customers pay his salary- he mumbled and slammed the window. He ignored my additional questions. Only glad he didn't make my food ) This all began when I decided to get a whopper meal. I am on a fixed income so price matters. I drove up and saw the Whopper meal was $9.64 with taxes. I asked about extra pickles and the lady on the microphone said there is a charge. I said ok. No cheese and I don't want extra pickles. She quoted my window price as "$11.55 or close cents!!!! I said but menu says $9,09 for meal. She then said & 9.64 with taxes. I immediately said but your Marquee menu says $9.09 plus taxes. She said that you don't want the large. I said I guess not. I want what is on the menu. As I drove around this BK loud mouth unprofessional man said $9,64. I said but why is your marque a bait and switch. He said well corporate told us don't ask if you want the $9 one or the $11. "Just automatically give you the higher priced one". I said that the is false advertising. He started yelling about corporate. I tried to tel him you cannot have a customer pay more when your menu mentions nothing of $11.00!!! I thought it was the pickles at first but even $2.00 is too high But the changed cost were none related. So Burger King corporate cannot be located, no emails, having a menu that jumps in price if you don't catch it. Is this what America has become? Of recent the answer is yes. What happened to "Have it Your Way! " maybe it's for BK " Have it my Way" ? So I can make more money! And with that premise that assumes that everybody does not read, I read the menu and clearly it did not state the whopper would be $11 with or without taxes. Some days the food is good other times not. It's hit or miss. It's in an awkward location. Maybe get new location to serve this area better. At this point I will not return. I cannot reach the BK Corporate Ofcs. All numbers posted ring and cut off or ring a fax. There is no physical way to call. I have called 866-394-2493 listed every where, 305-378-3000 listed for HR, 301-731-5000 cust serv. NONE work.

I almost apologized for bothering her with my order. This is just one example. I've been to this location a few times and this is the experience I have. As for speed of service, I hope they are still figuring that out because I was in line a good 15 minutes today and it wasn't that busy! My experience with the mobile order and pick up in the mornings has not been great. The mobile pick up line is the shortest but take the longest time to get the order. I watched a car that was way in the back of the order line place their order, and get to the pick up spot while I was still waiting for my mobile order. This has happened both mornings I've ordered at this location. This is why I tried the order line today but that was a bad idea. I'm a for giving the benefit of the doubt. I'll go back to my favorite location for a while, it is slightly out of my way but overall will be faster in the mornings. I can't be late for work again. In a few months I'll try this location and hope they've improved. If they do, I will update my review. Please ignore grammar and spelling. Interior Clean, but door was propped open and there were two large wasps or hornets that seemed to have appointed themselves to be the door greeters. Food I ordered my meal (2 piece fish, double coleslaw, no hushpuppies, sweet tea) in drive thru. But wait time was so long (car in front of me should have been asked to pull ahead) that I parked and went inside. The coleslaw had way too much dressing. It was so soupy that it looked like a big mound of grits or blue cheese dressing. See photos. I asked for 2 replacement sides and returned the hushpuppies the forgot to omit. The cashier seemed to think that I was complaining that it had too little green cabbage and that it was too white. I explained to him that it looked like there was too much dressing, not enough cabbage. In addition, the fish was extremely thin / tiny. It looked nothing like the fish I had on my recent visits. When I took a bite, instead of being flaky, it was tough and had a very strange, papery consistency. In fact, it didn't look, taste or have the mouth feel of any fish I've ever eaten. I suspect it was freezer burnt. The replacement broccoli was unseasoned and microwaved / mushy to the point of being inedible. Tea was so warm that it immediately melted the ice causing the tea to be watered down. Customer Service The cashier was polite, but seemed new. The manager (who was in the dining room taking his break) was very friendly and apologetic and even acknowledged that too much dressing had been used in the slaw. I interacted with the manager only because he called out to me from across the dining room to inquire about the problem after observing me standing at the counter waiting on the replacement sides. Overall Overall - no exaggeration - this is the worst meal I've ever had at any Captain D's location. I had a few more errands to run and didn't want the food smells trapped in my car, so after less than 5 minutes, I actually went back inside and to dump the food. I wound up trashing more than 95% of my meal. I had 2 bites of fish, and I only ate 2 of the french fries because they were piping hot, but with no salt / seasoning and just not worth the fat / calories. I was highly disappointed with this meal / experience - especially since I'd had two really good experiences with this location recently. This occurred on April 20, 2025 at 7:05pm.

SMH! The cashier seemed efficient except for when the drive thru got a little backed up & it sounded like no one was getting the correct orders. The lobby backed up too & one couple commented 1 person got a breadstick instead of hushpuppies & the other didn't get either. When they asked the cashier who asked the cook, the cook responded he didn't have any hushpuppies ready. Not sure why he didn't say anything or at least be consistent since the 2 meals were on the same check. The last guy who was there that had waited a very long time, got his food & his potato was not cooked so he returned it to the cashier & said could I just get fries, the potato isn't cooked. The cashier told the cook & the cook asked why so the cashier said "cause he said it tastes like sh*t". The customer asked the cashier to not say that especially to the cook because he'd be concerned about whatever he would get in return. The cashier said it was ok, he could say that - the customer didnt feel the same. The portion size was lackluster- I'd call their fish " fish fingers" because they are super skinny strips of fish. The grease is also a huge factor. Like the food leaves a film in your mouth. The soda was not fizzy but acceptable. I ordered Cole slaw & broccoli - both were good for what they were. But, all that aside, the BIGGEST issue during my visit was the # of times the workers used profanity or degraded the customers in the drive thru. Like OMG! I heard "F*ck" no less than 15x, "B*tch" made its appearance as well as probably 20x "Sh*t" was yelled out. The person from the back who appeared to be in charge since he told a guy hanging out at the counter that he had previously hired him got the top prize for "Mother F*cker". It wasn't me that I was worried about, it was the 10yr old girl there with what looked like her grandparents who shook their head when the little girl reacted to the profanity. Truly NOT acceptable in the workplace. I get it, it may be the area, the typical customers or the workplace friend vibe, but that type of behavior is best left to the street not the place of business. Matter of fact when I entered & came to the counter the cashier was taking a drive thru order but he cut them off & came to assist me. He said "I've had enough of them, I don't have time for them they gotta get it together then we can talk". Maybe he was confused thinking I was on his team but if he said that about a faceless customer in the drive thru then I'm sure he say that about the ones dining inside. All-in-all a pretty cr*ppy dinner experience that left me feeling greasy from head to toe. Like the cashier, I probably wouldn't eat here ever again.
