On top of that, the nickel-and-diming for extra ranch is annoying, especially when the quality of the ranch itself was inconsistent in both thickness and taste. To top it off, the service was lackluster; the bartender didn't seem very welcoming and gave the impression that they were doing the bare minimum. It's hard to justify these prices when the quality of the food and the level of service simply aren't there. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. They also got rid of the British shop. They offer flavored lemonade made fresh in-house, and my son declared it the best lemonade he's ever had--so that was definitely a win!
