The fries were fresh, crispy, and hot, and the milkshake hit the spot. We also tried a Zalad, which was fresh and well put together. Zaxby on Floyd Road customer service is HORRIBLE. The workers there are very rude and needs a lot of training. I spent 44.00 on food. When I opened my box it looked like a toddler had fix my food and just threw it in the box. I complained about my food and the portion. The manager whom I spoke with said, her name was Patricia. I work in the area as a teacher. It disappointed me that this store did not participate in the Zaxbies, national teacher appreciation deals. There are at least 5 schools within a mile of this establishment. Most all are Title 1 schools. I know many teachers who flood money into this place regularly. I guess this location doesn't believe in supporting their community. I know, the old response is..." uh....we are independently owned"...oh I see. This location continues to decline. Dining area still not open so you have to use drive-Thru just by looking at back door all the grease and slime for customers to see where you place your order. You have to warn them not dump half the bottle of seasoning salt on the fries, because they will try to kill you with that stuff. I'd rather them be more bland than over-seasoned. The customer service is usually a 4 out of 5 and the food has always been a 5 out of 5. They need to stay on top of those restrooms and the drink area. My child's aunt's husband's mom has been doing a lot of reviews during quarantine, and I thought it's about time to hop on that joy train. This location has great phone service, and are very kind. I really love how there's a some frogs around the area. Although; their sauces are really... something else. On the first drop of the (what I assumed to be) delicious texture, it was actually quite strange. It was like eating lukewarm gravy plain, and it just coated every inch of my mouth. even after eating some fries, that texture, that sensation, was still stuck to my teeth and my tongue. That night when I went to bed (after vigorously brushing my teeth) there was a phantom feeling on my tongue that haunted me. I just couldn't make it go away. In my dreams, I dreamt of this sauce covering my entire body, eating away and degrading my bones. My arms and legs stuck in this creamy and cold slop that no shower could ever get rid of. I open up the box and eat a fry and look down and I have about 15-20 left. I ordered no coleslaw extra fries and the box is basically empty. The two extra compartments in the back had 3 fries in them. The only reason I am giving two stars is the chicken is good. I will not be going back to this Zazby's ever again.
