This is my first time trying this place. Thankfully there wasn't a line lwhen I went but staff was busy busy at all when I went which was nice to get through the line right away. Based on the other Yelp reviews I decided to get adventurous and try the Carolina burger meal. I choose half and half (half fries/half onion rings) and upgraded to a peach milkshake. Carolina Burger was DELICIOUS from the first bite to the last. It was flavorful, great combination of add ons that compliments each other. Only thing I changed was having BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. I loved the Brioche style bun they used. So light and soft. Half and half (onion rings/fries) were both cooked to the perfect crunch and also delish. I also like the batter they use for the onions rings as it's not too heavy either. Instead of the typical salt and pepper, I went a little more adventurous and tried one of several self serve dry seasonings they offer. The BBQ seasoning was really good on the fries. Loved It!!!!! Peach Milkshake was thick and creamy as a milkshake should be (in my opinion). It wasn't heavy in peach flavor either. I would have preferred a little more peach flavor. Overall I truly enjoyed my meal and HIGHLY recommend trying them. I found this restaurant to be more like a cross between Five Guys and Culver's but much better although I like them too. I love this place!!! To be honest, it's one of my favorite burger place in the area. The wait isn't that long either. The fact that their food options cater to many preferences makes them the best one yet! Everything is cooked to serve! My wife and I have been here at least 3 times in the past couple of months because this place has really improved. The whole place is a lot cleaner and the food is fresh. Our burgers were good. The buns are a little bready because the single patty is a tad on the small side but since there aren't many good food places in Hiram, we give that a pass. I am so mad that it took me this long to try this place. My family ate here tonight and it was great!!! The fries were super fresh and I love how they have the flavoring on the counter (so many to choose from) to add to them. The chicken tenders were fresh, juicy and had the perfect amount my batter. My daughter had a burger and she loved it. I really like how they have a topping bar instead of telling them everything you want, this way you can customize to your liking. All the ingredients looked fresh and they had everything you could imagine. All the staff were very friendly, twice they came around and offered us more fries and even mints. When they weren't helping customer, they were cleaning or organizing, rare to see these days. The prices were great for the amount of food and excellent service you get We visit the area often and this will be our new spot for sure!! This was a 10/10 experience, no complaints at all. Trying this place out for the first time, I am very impressed that all the food is cooked to order, so bring your patience or order ahead. It reminds me of a typical burger place. It's lighted for you to see everything and a very casual atmosphere. Small but accommodating. You get what you pay for here, and it's really good for the price. I got the Bobby's Bucket List Burger Combo with pepper jack cheese, fried egg, and an onion ring on top with hand cut fries, PEACH sweet tea. The combination of the meal was good, and portions are on point. Never would have guessed the quality until I tasted it. I ordered the chicken 4pc tender basket. The tenders were more like nuggets. My largest piece was maybe 3in. Two were definitely like oversized nuggets. I visited here on 9/22/25 for lunch because the owner was offering a Spirit Night for our high school sports team. The food was amazing and the service was great. While we were eating, there was an employee walking around with a big bag of fresh french fries handing out free fries to everyone inside. Good folks work here. We'll be back to visit again! Came on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, super busy they only had 1 booth available so we slid in there so we wouldn't have to wait for a table. It wasn't that clean so I had to wipe it off myself... So my Turkey burger was actually really good, I asked for american cheese and grilled onions. When you order turkey you have to order everything a la carte so I ordered cheese fries, I will not order them again. The cheese wasn't good at all. Nor was there enough on them for me to have paid for them.. Now for the reason I only gave them 3 stars, I attempted to order my 5 year old a kids turkey burger meal but was informed that they didn't have them. Very confused, why if you sell Turkey burgers can you NOT make them for a kids meal. That was super disappointing to me. I love cheeseburger Bobby's bit things are changing and not for the better, The burger patties are getting tiny and getting a Swiss cheeseburger without mushrooms is a problem , the last three times I've been in they have put mushrooms on it - I can't stand mushrooms. I had the cashier repeat my order so it was understood I Juat wanted cheese on my burger. Our burgers came out and my burger had mushrooms all over it . During a family vacation, we decided to come here for dinner after visiting the water park. We placed our order online (selecting build the burger for us), hopped in the car, picked up our food and went back to the Airbnb. As we started to unpack everything, we realized we did get any of our drinks (I'll take that "L" as it should have been obvious) and there was not one condiment on the burgers. My husband drove back to get the drinks and since everyone was famished (again...water park), they attempted to eat the food. He gets back to get the drinks and when he told the guy there what happened, he practically was told it was his fault for not getting the drinks (although he was never given cups), the condiments (although we choose build it for us) and for not knowing all this (although it was our first time visiting and he said that when he picked up the food). Now to the food. Remember when I said we attempted to eat the food? Most of it hit the trash. The burgers (regular and turkey) were salty and the fries were unseasoned & soggy. I will say the turkey burger was moist and onion rings were good. I guess if we were more familiar with this place and we knew the ins & outs like the locals, our experience may have been better, but for someone out of town, I'd try a place with better customer service, communication and food. read more

They have the best chicken tenders except when you don't tip and corporate does not respond. Had three orders of chicken tenders and all of us received miniature versions. When I complained, they claimed that there was a "bad batch" yet other people before and after us had normal size tenders. After complaining a second time, they brought out a few regular size tenders. See the pic for comparison. Still waiting a on a response from corporate. The peach shake was delicious and didn't taste super sweet and artificial. I like how they have a self serve burger bar for onions, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, etc. I got the Carolina burger with an impossible patty. It was an extra $2 to sub impossible patty. The fries were not that great. I do like how they have so many seasoning choices though. My bf got the Bucket list meal with onion rings and he loved it. The onion rings were pretty good. The restaurant was busy but the service is still good. Steven was an amazing employee. He made the Cheeseburger Bobby's experience extremely pleasant otherwise, I'm not sure I would've been super impressed with the restaurant. Steven went above and beyond to make sure we were happy after the touch screen ordering kept adding to our subtotal. He kept checking in on us and was just a very friendly and kind person. Then you can add your own mayo, mustard, ketchup, Bobby's special sauce, barbecue sauce, plus varieties of lettuce, pickles, onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, relish, and more! All this makes the fresh burger a one of a kind just for you. Plus the fries are really good. Onion rings are good too. And if you have room the custard deserts and shakes are top notch. Atmosphere is casual, with inside and outside dining. Coke products are offered with free refills. Pricing is a little pricey, but not crazy high. Single Cheeseburger meal including fries and drink just shy of $10. Overall, I think it is a quality product being offered, so you have to pay a little more to get the upgrade of a really delicious Burger. read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the food!!! I am very finicky and I love this place. Everyone I've taken loves this place.

My husband has been wanting to try this place forever, luckily my kids school had a spirit night here so we went. He got the smokehouse burger, I got mushroom and Swiss. We both wondered why we waited so long to try, it was pretty good. Kids were happy too and we all loved the toppings bar which had a nice fresh variety. French fries don't taste like the frozen kind, yay! They had some frozen custard desserts, but we will try those the next time. All and all not a bad burger joint. read more

Some good stuff, some not-so-good stuff. Let's start with the not-so-good and then go for the better. This was the first Cheeseburger Bobby's, so I wanted to check it out. The facility is aged, especially the bathrooms, though totally functional. The custard machine busted while we were there. The crew did their best to accommodate us, but we ended up waiting over 20 minutes after paying for our desserts. I would have preferred they let us know the machine wasn't working and give us the option of a refund or waiting. The tables are fairly close together, so when it's crowded, you can get familiar with the folks next to you, and the toppings bar means you're waiting for other folks while you get your condiments or drinks. There's not really any other way to resolve this issue that I'm aware of. Now to the good. The food was delicious. Cheeseburger Bobby's has delicious food. The toppings in the bar were pretty fresh, and they have all kinds of delicious flavored salts. Fantastic service. The staff are very friendly and kind. For example, when they found out it was our first visit to this location, they punched our loyalty card twice. They brought around mints and extra fries. All in all, it's probably a great place, but we caught them at a less-than-fantastic hour. read more

I actually found this place using Yelp of course. Not used to being in this area and was looking for a burger spot. It was crowded and we were concerned we wouldn't find a seat. Thankfully we finally did while waiting. Not everything comes with a combo so some items, fries and drinks are separate. Honestly it's not a huge price difference. After placing the order, I would say we only waited about 10 minutes. I like the variety of seasonings you can sprinkle on your fries. I used the ranch seasoning which was pretty good. Then by the drinks you have the pickings that you can put in your burger. All items were fresh and plenty to choose from. There's also sauce pumps next to it. I ordered the turkey burger and it was so good. So much flavor and great with Swiss cheese. Customer service also great too. read more

I ordered 2 hamburgers. The online menu is not clear that fries are not included. It cost me $38 for 2 hamburgers and no sides. To top it off, the burgers arrived a mess and had no flavor. The food is great here, the staff very friendly and thankfully they were one of the few places open for dine-in during 2020. The problem is that it is filthy. The tables are never wiped so have grease all over them, the trash piles up, and the floor is filthy. Lately their exhaust doesn't seem to work so there is smoke and haze throughout the store. I recommend the frozen custard. Yeah it's a $5 shake but it is extremely thick and a great treat. The hamburgers and hotdogs are great, the fries very tasty and unique. Thr chicken is just OK, but it is fried to order so it is always fresh but the staff seem to not be proficient in cooking it because people order chicken so rarely.
