This is normally still one of the best restaurants to eat at nowadays, but our last visit was very disappointing. They did not open till three. We arrived a little after four and received very stale and cold. Dinner rolls also heard a customer behind us complaining about the same thing then when the food came, the fries were so bad I should've sent back but did not for some reason. But the rest of the meal was OK.

While in Hiram for my son's basketball tournament, a few of the team parents and kids stopped by Texas Roadhouse for lunch, and we had a really good experience! Our server, Leanne, was absolutely awesome. She provided warm, caring, and attentive service from start to finish. She answered all of our questions with no problem and stayed polite, friendly, and patient with our large group of parents and kids. Customer service like that definitely deserves recognition! I was in the mood for a burger, so I tried the bacon cheeseburger cooked medium well with a side salad. The burger was tasty and satisfying, though I was expecting it to be a little juicier. Still, it definitely hit the spot. My son had the kid's sirloin steak with a baked potato, and he really enjoyed his meal as well. The food came out pretty fast, which was a huge plus with hungry kids after basketball games! And of course, those hot, fresh, soft dinner rolls were delicious as always. Overall, I'd give this location a solid 4/5 stars. Great service, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely stop back by if I'm ever in the area again, and I'd recommend it if you're nearby!

Not sure why this place does not have 5 stars. we have been to quite a few Texas Roadhouses and this one is by far the best. We couldn't believe how fresh the food was. Delicious steak and chicken. Of course Those Rolls... perfectly tasty margaritas. Friendly service. Bustling atmosphere.

Great job Mr. Bennett! TRH remains consistent in the rolls, peanuts, and that the Hiram location is the most as far as customers & making money in the whole country! I love the menu additions. I would give 3.5 stars because our experiences are always great. Price, atmosphere, and service is 5 but food consistency is as different as the chefs who make it. My family has their favorite go to menu items and we will always recommend it because of the Military Love given. The issues are not consistent so I wont list them and my family only sends food back if the meat cooked is not what was requested. I really can't think of a better restaurant in Paulding County and I have lived here nearly 20 years. Thanks for always supporting Military.

We visited Texas Roadhouse to celebrate my husband's birthday. The restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday evening. We were told the wait would be 15-20 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 25-30 minutes. When we were finally seated, it was in the very back corner of the restaurant labeled "Kent's Corner" (I assume Kent is the owner of the restaurant). Unfortunately, that corner was not as clean as it should have been. The table next to us had dirty to-go boxes, and the floor hadn't been swept. This made the experience a little uncomfortable for me. Our waitress was just ok. She did nothing to really make herself stand out. I ordered the Blue Crush Lemonade to drink which I regretted. I assumed that it was housemade, but it was made with Minute Maid, which I don't care for. I know not to order speciality lemonade there again if Minute Maid is the base. For dinner, I had the single grilled porkchop with a side salad and Mashed potatoes. The porkchop was tender and flavorful, but the real standout was the Mashed potatoes! The Mashed potatoes tasted like homemade, like somebody's mama or grandma whipped them up! Absolutely delicious! Everyone else at the table ordered steak or combos, with either chicken or shrimp, along with sides like fries, Mashed potatoes, and green beans. However, the waitress mixed up the steak temperatures. My son wanted medium and my daughter wanted medium well, but they got the reverse. They didn't complain because we had already waited quite a while, and didn't want to extend the evening further. Now, it seemed like a lot of people had the same idea to celebrate birthdays there. We saw and heard the staff sing and clap to their version of the "Happy Birthday" song at least six times while we were there. I asked our waitress to do the same for my husband, and they did, but I had the feeling that the staff was getting tired of singing it over and over, which was understandable. Overall, the food was good and satisfying. The service and cleanliness left room for improvement, but I look forward to going back.

This place is always so busy. But you still get a seat just about immediately, especially if you call ahead. The fam took me here for my birthday on New Year's Eve and we had a great time. We even got there in time to order the weekly specials. Food was delicious. I had the six inch sirloin with a baked potato and salad. Always two meals for me. Our waitress was wonderful and so sweet. I wish I could remember her name. Happy 2026.

We sat at the bar and had a good experience. They were so busy on Saturday around 7 pm, which is expected. We sat at the bar and waiting around 10 minutes before a seat opened up. We heard the hostess telling people between 45 min and 2 hours for a table. Everyone was nice, we got fresh warm bread and our drinks came out fast. The smokehouse burger was delicious. It came with a side of fries which were seasoned with salt and they were very good. We also got the chicken critters with honey mustard, and a baked potato and a Caesar salad, all was great! the salad had too much dressing on it but it was still edible. The place was decently clean and the parking was crowded. I would come back to this location though.

Our server, Suarez, was very kind to my grandmother. My grandmother is hard of hearing and he paid extra attention to make sure that she understood what he was saying. I really appreciate it Suarez. Suarez should get a raise.

THIS is what Texas Roadhouse considers a 4 piece catfish meal ??? You should be ashamed!

Food (Catfish) is TERRIBLE!!!! This place cuts 1fillet in HALF and charge customers for a TWO- FOUR piece meal! Is Texas Roadhouse so CHEAP that you're ROBBING people?

First time visiting this particular Texas RoadHouse. Went there early 3:00pm and were seated right away. Restaurant filled up quickly. They have a special menu from 3:00-5:00pm for $10.99. With today's restaurant prices this is a great deal. Orders were taken quickly and served quick as well. All was as ordered and steak cooked to perfection. Would recommend.

Had lunch at Downtown Eats on Friday, and I really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, the service was five-star, but the food took a wrong turn somewhere along the way. Our server was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. No complaints whatsoever there. We started with the hush puppies, although calling them hush puppies might be underselling their size. These things were like hush dogs. They were enormous and supposedly had crab and shrimp in them, but unfortunately, both the crab and shrimp must have been on vacation because we couldn't taste either one. They were fried, but somehow not crunchy, which made the whole thing a little confusing. The remoulade was decent, but at $12-$13 for the appetizer, I expected a little more excitement and maybe some crunch. For lunch, my wife had the Shrimp tacos and I had the Korean tacos. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what happened with the tacos. They were essentially slaw tacos, which is an interesting concept... just not one either of us was particularly interested in eating. Neither of us finished our meals. And that's probably the best way to describe the experience: everything seemed like it was just a couple of streets over from being really good. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and maybe we simply caught them on an off day. But unfortunately, the food missed the mark for us. Service: 5 Food: 2 Overall: 2 1/2 I'd give Downtown Eats another shot because the service was that good. But next time, I may bring a map and see if we can get the food those last couple of streets closer to good. Our name for Downtown Eats until next time is OK Eats.

Upon entering we noticed immediately how cramped and tight it felt. Previous visits were open and relaxe. Today we felt tight and rushed. With the loss of an entire dining room, on a busy Saturday Winter morning, no waiting room at the front door, it was stress immediately because everyone was shoulder to shoulder and even the tables are really close together. Other patrons mentioned the same feeling as we were basically sitting at the waiting area. I don't pretend to know why this change was made. Perhaps it was a business necessity or a temporary situation. What I do know is that it isn't working for atmospheres. I truly enjoyed the feel of it. I have places I brunch where that togetherness dining works so it isn't a crowd issue for me. The Junction in Charleston is a great example of close dining that works. My breakfast was good but husband's scrambled eggs were too scrambled and dry. It only appeared as one egg also. Their grits had a great creaminess and my sourdough was awesome. Service was awesome and the food arrived extremely quick. Very hard workers and we appreciate them!
