Service overall was good, jumbalaya hurt me, don't order the extra spicy option biscuits were great

The waitress and staff were very friendly not going to say they didn't do their job because over all the workers were 9/10 but the food.. is questionable $50 a seafood boil IT WAS NOT GOOD im sorry and thank goodness we didn't need to use silverware cause take a look at the attach photo. I see why they are empty and I played myself for going there for a seafood boil when Juicy is next door but I gave them the benefit to the doubt and they indeed disappointed lol oh well you live and you learn

Went to Res Lobster Kennesaw. Clean and friendly. My wife and I both got the Admiral's Feast. Plenty of food, but the quality and taste were nothing special, nothing to write home about. For our sides, the brocoli was perfectly cooked and mashed potatoes tasted fresh made rather than instant; they were wonderful as were the cheddar biscuits. Overall, decent meal though nothing special. Kitchen service was extremely bad and disappointing.

I haven't been to this location previously, nor to Red Lobster in four years however, Red Lobster is always the same- thats what I like about it, consistency. The service at this location was very good, my server was a tentative, and the food was brought out quickly and hot. It did take a little longer than usual for biscuits as they the process of making some and when they arrived, they did not disappoint. This location had really good, classic soul music playing, along with holiday music, which made the environment feel warm, and cheerful. unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed with the menu, nor the improved selections. I did get the coconut shrimp, which is an appetizer now along with a few sides of broccoli and mashed potatoes. I should have asked them to place all on one plate because I had too many plates in front of me. I look forward to visiting again in another four years for my cheese biscuit fix.

Tried their Curbside service and was disappointed. Waited 25 minutes in my car (after checking in on the phone), finally called and my order was rushed right out. I ordered the crab legs on fries and the lobster potato. The crab legs were okay- next time I will definitely request seasoning. However the fries were awful and the lobster potato was laughable. Looked nothing like the picture and barely any lobster. Look at the picture I attached. This was not touched!

We've always love going to this restaurant...(My husband and I) beautiful people and very accomodating. I'm a seafood lover so they're the right place to go! Had the Lover's dream and it was so delicious. Enjoyed it so much! And those Cheddar bay biscuits are the bomb! Thank you, Red Lobster! We'll come again!

Meh. The flounder was extremely dry. Comes plain on a bun. French fries were plentiful but soggy, needed the air fryer to crisp them up. This was more like a $9-10 meal rather than $15. I'll pass on the RL next time around! But, I was quite pleased to get 3 biscuits, the best part of the meal!

Located slightly off the beaten path,…read moreRoberto's boasts a beautifully clean atmosphere that evokes a sense of being somewhere far more coastal. The raw bar is front and center, and there are several great options for oysters. There is a social hour option for chef's choice oysters, I believe it was a dozen for $24. I would've loved to indulge, but my friends were not so inclined towards raw oysters. We enjoyed the peel-and-eat shrimp and the blue crab fritters as appetizers. Both had phenomenal flavor, but the portions left a bit to be desired. For my main course, I tried the low country boil as I always love to see an elevated take on a messy classic. The spices were a bit underwhelming for my liking, but everything was cooked very well. I tried some of my friend's redfish, and it was clearly the star of the show. There was a wonderful textural balance between the soft pillowiness of the fish and the crispy exterior. The downside for me was the service. We had a difficult time tracking down our server, and when we alerted another member of the staff that we needed something, there was no attempt to resolve the issue expeditiously. We had to wait another 10 minutes before flagging down our original server. We were dining close to the lunch/dinner shift, so I'm willing to give them the grace that it was a fluke and not a habit. I would love to give Roberto's another try someday, the menu has a great variety, and the ambiance is hard to compete with.

The service was super slow and like I said, it was not very busy & I only saw one person behind the oyster counter. It took a very long time for my husband's cup of soup to come out and then we split the roast seafood entrée, This entree was extremely disappointing. The clams were very overcooked as well as the shrimp that were in there and what was 'supposed to be' a piece of white fish was literally little minced/mushy pieces at the bottom of a very tasty red sauce. I pointed this out to our waiter. He left went to the kitchen, came back and said 'that's how the chef wanted it to be prepared''. Really ?! I find that extremely hard to believe, he said the chef had minced up the fish ! I'm a cook and you don't mince up a nice piece of fish; you just cook it lightly in the sauce so that it stays together. He didn't offer to replace our meal with something else or take it off the check, disappointing meal overall. This is a fairly expensive restaurant that we would like to frequent because we live close. I hope they get the kitchen or whatever is going on over there together. I truly dislike it when there's an excuse made for a poorly prepared meal because I know a good meal from a badly prepared and overcooked one, especially seafood. Our entree should have been re-prepared or they should have offered to take that off our bill instead of making a poor excuse. Do better please. TY.

For our first visit we went in fully expecting to have a sushi night but after looking over the menu we ended up putting together a full in tasting experience. Our first dish was the oysters and holy moly, they were the biggest oysters I have ever seen in my life. They tasted fresh, served on the half shell with horseradish and cocktail sauce, along with saltine crackers. I highly recommend these. Then came a couple of small plates. Bang Bang shrimp, Spicy Tuna Crispy, and Yellowtail Jalapeño Shots. ALL of these were delicious and I would order again. I especially enjoyed the Yellowtail Jalapeño Shots. Super fun presentation and perfect for sharing. The yellowtail were so tender and they had a nice little kick. From the grill we ordered Shrimp and Scallops with a side of Filet Mignon. The scallops and shrimp were both nice sized and cooked perfectly. The scallops were a little gritty but that happens. I ordered my Filet medium rare and it was also cook just how I would expect it. The meat was a little grizzly/fatty but not terrible. I would order again. The restaurant is huge, bright and tastefully decorated. It was a very relaxing space. Our server was excellent.
