I'm so happy Bahama Breeze hasn't closed yet; the food is so good there. I had the pasta dish, and the drink was excellent. There was ample parking and live music. The waitress was listening to her headphones however, she still had a great personality and provided good service. The dessert was also good and made a nice ending to the meal.
Food was great! Drinks were good! The staff was great. Sam was really nice and the best! I'm not a shrimp girlie, but I got the fried coconut shrimp and I actually enjoyed it! I got the Mahi Taco, the fish was kinda dry, but it was still good. The key lime pie was HUGE, but great.
The place is awesome! But the bathrooms STINK, the food and service is beautiful! They have a ziosk so you can entertain your self! Everything is just cool! Its a big place!
My food was the best thing I've ever had. I've been to this location before, this used to be my high school favorite restaurant. Even after I graduated it was one of my favorite restaurants ever. The food is so good here, my bowl was so flavorful and the plantain Was cooked to perfection. I'd eat this over and over again. Our server was so nice, I loved how she put our drinks inside of a pineapple. I don't know if it originally came like that, but it was the cutest thing ever and she turned on the fire for us when we said we were cold. I love that. The whole restaurant gives a tropical vibe inside and out. Being from Florida, love seeing the palm trees. I can honestly say this restaurant has never done wrong in my eyes lol love it.
My friends and I visited Bahama Breeze on Saturday, March 15th around 5:30 PM, hoping to enjoy one last nostalgic evening before the restaurant closes in early April. Unfortunately, the experience felt more like a farewell tour that forgot the band. The empanadas had almost no flavor and tasted like they might have come straight from a frozen grocery aisle, missing the Caribbean spices and personality Bahama Breeze used to be known for. The coconut shrimp arrived cold and not very crispy, and the "mojito" I ordered tasted more like a canned fruit cocktail decided to audition for the role. To be fair, there were a couple of bright spots. The patio was warm and comfortable, and the musician playing around 7 PM did a great job setting a relaxed island vibe that reminded us of the good old days. Our server also tried their best and was friendly despite clearly working with some less-than-stellar food and drink situations. One disappointing sight was the outdoor bar area. It was closed off and stacked with old plates and glasses, which made what used to be a lively patio centerpiece look more like the aftermath of a tropical yard sale. To top it off, I tried to use a gift card I had saved for this final visit, but it wouldn't process. The server tried multiple times and said the system kept giving an error and that there was no way to manually enter it. He even suggested I contact corporate because they've been having issues with gift cards at the store. All in all, it wasn't exactly the grand finale we hoped for. I came expecting island flavor and a little nostalgia... and instead left feeling like the buffet table had packed up early. Still, the music and patio at least gave us a small reminder of what this place used to be.
This Bahama Breeze is near and dear to my heart. I have celebrated countless milestones from home comings to graduations to an engagement and so many birthdays in between. The Jerk chicken pasta with broccoli substitution has always been my favorite, but the fire cracker shrimp and grilled chicken with cilantro crema were close seconds. I've never had an occasion at this restaurant that wasn't enjoyed and it's due to the staff and amazing food. Magic man always set the tone right with his electric energy. I'm going to miss this place but I'm glad I could have one last birthday dinner the day before they officially closed on August 29.
Saved Our Night - Shoutout to Matt at Bahama Breeze! After walking away from a terrible dining experience elsewhere (cough cough...Copelands), we stumbled into Bahama Breeze just hoping for a decent meal to salvage the night. What we got was SO much more--all thanks to our phenomenal server, Matt. Let me tell you: Matt was a godsend. His joyful spirit, high energy, and genuine kindness completely turned our night around. From the moment he greeted us, he brought such positive vibes that it was impossible not to feel better. It honestly felt like we were being taken care of by a friend who really wanted us to have a great time. The patio vibe was majestic--from the soft island music to the beautiful blue lights that bathed the whole outdoor space in a tropical glow. The food? Delicious. The drinks? On point. The service? Next level. I truly felt like I was on a mini vacation. I will absolutely be back--weekly--and I'll be asking for Matt every single time. Bahama Breeze, if you're listening: this man is a treasure. Treat him well! Thank you, Matt, for making our night. You reminded us what great hospitality looks like.
It's been a while since we have been to Bahama Breeze. I was a little disappointed that my "go to meal" had been taken off the menu, but it forced me to try something new. I tried the jerk chicken pineapple bowl. Basically it's rice topped with chicken and cut up pineapple served in a scooped out pineapple. There was a sauce, but I left that off. It was quite tasty. The portion size was a good amount. Both the hostess and our server were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed playing the trivia game on the table console while we waited for our food. The island atmosphere and the good food made for a happy dining experience.
Bahama Breeze still standing in Kennesaw! The restaurant was quite full upon arrival but thought we'd still give it a try. It took nearly 10mins for anyone to come to the table and by that time we were fully ready to order. Fried shrimp came up first as an appetizer but took nearly 15mins, almost as long as the pina coladas! Long after we finished the shrimp, waited and waited, our mains finally arrived. The chicken sandwich was sad. Barely filled the bun and lacked flavor. Asked for a side of sauce when the food arrived and I'd still be there waiting - it never came. The restaurant looks nice and was clean, but the service and food make me understand why they are closing across the US.
The food is delicious a little high price, but really good. I got the running Rum and steak cause I'm allergic to shellfish and it is delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes are delicious. You can substitute your vegetables with a different vegetable, which is great so I got broccoli instead of asparagus. My husband got the pineapple shrimp. The restaurant is very clean. The waitresses are very attentive rushing restroom is clean. Everything looks very nice. Happy birthday to me.
This restaurant is always a fantastic choice on Thanksgiving Day since they're open. I ordered the Seafood paella, and I really wish it had squid in it to make it even tastier. Overall, it was good! My husband had the Blackened Mahi Tacos, which also looked and tasted great. The restaurant is beautiful with a friendly and accommodating vibe. Big shoutout to our server, Chelsea! I'm not sure if I spelled her name right, but she was super cool and helpful. Thank you! We appreciate you making our simple yet memorable Thanksgiving Day. Thanks for everything you all do. When in Atlanta, I always visit Bahama Breeze and specifically this location! We started on the patio for the live band but then ended up being accommodated to move inside since it wrapped up soon after we arrived. Everyone loved their food. Pictured is the coconut shrimp tacos which were fairly decent. I didn't care for the mango concoction on top but the shrimp was good. I added a side salad which turned out to be lettuce and sunflower seeds with dressing. What a huge disappointment that was! My sister got the grilled chicken cilantro crema and I tried her meal which was in fact as the waiter put it "the best meal on the menu." We absolutely loved it and I was immediately regretting the tacos. And you can never go wrong with the Bahamarita! Our server was 8 days in! Shout out to Big A as he did the best he could on shift 8 and took care of us. Only giving 4 stars because the service was fairly slow. We were there for a solid 2 hours and they missed one of the tickets of food which happened to be a 2 year olds meal who was super cranky and starving. The manager was super nice and actually comped his meal. I love this place and will be back!
We went to this spot for my friends Bday weekend. Inside and outside seating. We sat outside and it was really nice. Great place for a Bday lunch or dinner. Good drinks. Good Food (loved the wings). Cool place to take pics in. Waitstaff was about a B. They were cool but were being very stingy with napkins. Now for a party for 10+...you know we need napkins. 1-2 napkins and having to ask repeatedly was annoying. This is why I can't give 4 stars. Overall, I will be back. The jerk wings were so good!

This is the first time in a years I have been to a bahama breeze and it had some highs and not highs. We actually came here for happy hour but found out only there was only specials on the apps. First we say at the bar, the bartender was awesome!! The margaritas def good. Ordered the crab and 3 cheese dip, it came out hot and had a good chip to dip ratio. On the other hand we felt it was lacking crab and some seasoning but it def had all the cheeses. But dessert made up for the app. Ordered the flaming pineapple butter cake, and yes it tastes as good as it sounds!! The bartender flambé it when it came out and that was a great presentation. The cake hands down was the best thing we had. So moist, rich over all delicious !! read more

For our last hurray to our beloved Bahama Breeze stores - they will close their doors in April. Went for the half-price Happy Hour. All appetizers are half off from 4-6 PM. It was a gorgeous day, sat on the outside patio near the fire pit. The band hadn't started yet but we stayed for some live music. Enjoyed the King Carnival and a Rum Runner to drink, Chicken Tostones, Firecracker Shrimp, Beef Empanadas and the Crab Dip for our food. That was plenty! Service is great - our server helped move tables, clean the surfaces, assist with the payment kiosk and got us to-go boxes. He was friendly and talked to us about the new pending store. Excellent atmosphere with a happy easygoing vibe that's not overly laid-back, attentive service with a creative flare, a well varied menu and proper reasonable pricing. That's tough to find anywhere. This Kennesaw restaurant always delivers and always feels like a mini-vacation whenever we go. It's a 30 minute drive (for me), but what a payoff! Great steak, salmon, ribs, pineapple dishes, and flaming butter rum cake. I love it. read more
We went to Bahama Breeze in Kennesaw for a birthday celebration. What a great experience. Food and service were both excellent. We got a double appetizer as it was a celebration. The beef empanadas and yucca cheese sticks were both great. The jerk shrimp and jerk chicken bowls come served inside a hollowed out pineapple half and are a great experience. Island flavors are in full exhibit. A little pricey and a little touristy, and it is a chain, but overall a wonderful culinary experience. read more

The vibe is everything. Music, decor, all that mkaes you feel like you're literally on vacation. Service was fine, but the appetizer and all three main dishes were awful. Not one person at my table enjoyed their meal. Wasn't inedible, but definitely not good, at all. Wouldn't return. read more
First of all, if you go, ask for Shannon. You will have an eventful meal. The spinach and artichoke dip is really good! Always my favorite. I had the coconut shrimp tacos and it was delicious! My coworker had the jerk pasta and she enjoyed it. They were sweet but had a slight hint of spice. Good food and good service. No complaints from us. read more

Went here on a Saturday afternoon with the Fam! The food was great, we all had to go boxes (I ordered the Carribean Red Snapper with yellow rice, mango avacado salsa) so delicious! I also ordered a house margarita that was spicy! My Family ordered a plethora of seafood dishes, delicious! Service was great and the ambiance was nice, the managers walked around from table to table ensure service was good! A great crowd for Saturday mid day! I will most definitely pull up again if on that side of town! read more

This is slowly becoming one of our favorite spots. We usually go during happy hour, which is M-F from 4-6pm. Appetizers are 1/2 off except wings are $10.99 for classic and Jamaican jerk. Our most recent order: Appetizers - spicy habanero bbq wings (best ever!!), firecracker shrimp (delicious but batter falls off) Entrees - tropical chicken salad (delicious), blackened mahi taco - order 1 (dry and no flavor), mahi mahi - order 2 (tender) Drinks - blue moon ($5 happy hour special) (delicious), ultimate pineapple ($10-13 delicious), virgin Bahamarita ($4.99 delicious) I deducted a star because it was my mahi taco order that was dry. I realize I should've told the server, who was prompt and very knowledgeable about the menu. We usually sit on the outside deck and this time was no different. It just takes you away to the Caribbean especially when there's live entertainment. Be sure to check their events calendar. The ambiance is relaxing and chilled, perfect for all. read more

I believer our server's name was Beautiful, I could have it wrong but it was a pretty name and her personality matched. She was so kind and patient and made sure we were taken care of. We sat outside on the patio to enjoy the view of a sunny day. The salmon salad was amazing, I would come back for this. read more
I don't have any issues with this place. Food is always delicious, Drinks are good too. They aren't stingy on the alcohol like some places. Ambiance is a vibe. I prefer the patio near the fire pit. The servers are knowledgeable about the menu and super friendly. Parking is plentiful. read more
When we get into Marietta, Bahama Breeze is a must stop for our family. My husband LOVES the wings from the appetizer menu. I also love the coconut shrimp from the app menu :) The restaurant is spacious and has a great staff. We have always had positive experiences with the food and service. We've been in multiple times and have had parties of 5-10 people each time. We will return the next time we are in town! read more
