Great Ambiance and food! The vibe was very positive and the service from the bar to the table was excellent.

As soon as you walk in the night club/lounge vibe is prominent with loud music and a large bar surrounded by a vibrant group of patrons. I was seated quickly with no wait late on a Wednesday night and ordered the Chimichanga with beef tips. The complimentary chips were solid and the salsa has a mild to medium spiced flavor that kept me going back for more. My order came out very quickly. The cheese sauce wasn't too salty and the beef was moist and tender in every bite. No fat or grizzle, just a perfect bite each time. The rice wasnt anything to write home about, but the guacamole was fresh and just the right citrus and salt level. Throughout my meal I was checked in on several times between my server and what appeared to be a manager. Very attentive and friendly staff. One thing to note before going is the noise level is on the loud side especially when it's someone's birthday at which point even louder music is blasted as servers surround their table with sparklers. Definitely not a restaurant to have a quiet conversation at. Definitely more of a fun, party vibe. read more

The food! Hot, flavorful and fresh! I had the Texas fajitas 5/5 recommend. I had plenty left for dinner. They do bring out chips and salsa as well. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was seated promptly. Just a few seconds later the server came up. She was friendly and checked on me often. Another server also checked on me which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant is spacious and decorated beautifully in bright colors. There is music playing but it's not loud. People were having conversations and it didn't sound like they had to speak loudly to speak to one another. I did visit during the week for lunch. They do have lunch options. The new Casa Grande location is right down the street from one of my offices. I was excited and hoping to have a new Mexican spot for lunch. I went in for take out, but the restaurant is a nice size and very well decorated. There's also plenty of parking. And it's extremely easy to find being right at the light and right down from 75. I wanted to try a few things. I tried the chorizo dip and the birria tacos. The chorizo dip wasn't the best tasting and I wasn't a fan of the consume that comes with the birria tacos. I'm used to a very flavorful consume and this hardly had no flavor. I may give it another try in the future since it is right down the street. But spending $40 on lunch, that i wasn't impressed with, isn't high on my priority list. read more

The food was excellent, fresh, hot, and quick. The service from the entrance was immediate and polite. We were escorted to our booth immediately. We didn't get a choice of the bar where we wanted to sit, but it was okay. The booths ar TIGHT, so if you are thicker ask for a table. The AC was blowing really cold on my wife and she mentioned it. An older couple who came after us were cold too. The husband had to grab his wife's jacket from the car. I went here for a quick lunch date with the wife and wasn't looking to spend a lot, but I did. My tap for a 45min day date was $80. The wife had a strawberry margaritas and I had a Texas. We both had the pictured meal plus the appetizer. Wasn't expecting to pay that much. Next time I go it will be a real date night for as much as I spent. read more

Was hoping to find a great New Mexican place next to work. The place is new and decorated well. Music was on but not blaring like another review said. Was glad to see they had a lunch menu. Prices were a few dollars higher than other Mexican restaurants in the area, but initial signs were good as they brought out blue corn tortilla chips, a decent size bowl of salsa, and my coke served in a nice glass. My waiter did a good job checking in on me so I was happy with the service. The main meal itself was a big disappointment though. I ordered the queso lovers combo for $13. It came with a chicken burrito, cheese enchilada, rice and beans. I did not like not being able to select the filling of the burrito and enchilada which is common at other restaurants. The burrito and enchilada were small. The burrito was comparable to the size of an enchilada at other restaurants and the enchilada was even smaller. Not a lot of filling in either. My enchilada was almost all (flour) tortilla and very little cheese inside. Not much seasoning on the shredded chicken. Small amount of beans and rice and the rice had no vegetables in it or anything like other restaurants. A premium price for a small combo #x at other restaurants. Seems like they are trying to hit those high profit margins right out of the gate before the business is established. Not a good sign. I saw the manager walking around the restaurant. She asked the booth in front of me how their meal was but did not stop at my booth. Saw her later at the bar texting on her phone. She was at the front talking with the hostess when I left. She never said a word to me as I walked by her and out the front door. Not planning to go back. Too many other Mexican restaurants with better quality food and larger portions for comparable prices. read more

The food, service, and decor at Casa Grande were great! Chicken Empanadas, Beef Taco platter, Steak Fajitas, Mexican Cheese Corn, and Churro Bread Pudding with ice cream. Great meal. This newly opened restaurant is beautiful and classy and could double for a nightclub. The vibe is very energetic, service friendly and top notch, and the food was excellent. I love Fajitas and have to say these were the best steak fajitas I've ever had though the accompnements surprisingly didn't have any shredded cheese. The delicious tortillas were soft and warm and definitely homemade, easily noticeable based on their imperfect roundness. This is a classy place and definitely worth visiting again and again. The chicken fajitas would have been good, but they were topped with a strange mayonnaise-style sauce that just didn't belong on a fajita and completely threw off the dish. The bigger issue was the atmosphere. It was extremely loud with constant "birthday" celebrations (no restaurant has that many birthdays). Each one prompted the whole restaurant to swing napkins over their heads while a song played that didn't feel particularly appropriate. If that wasn't enough, the same bizarre routine repeated whenever someone ordered shot flights, with different music and another round of noise. It honestly felt chaotic. You couldn't enjoy your meal or have a conversation because for about half the time something loud was happening in the middle of the restaurant. Unfortunately, it just wasn't the dining experience I was looking for, and it will likely be my first and last visit. read more

I decided to drop into the new Casa Grande to check it out and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The aesthetic of the establishment is beautiful. It has a great ambiance. I sat at the bar and the wait staff was amazing. They were all very helpful and engaging. As for the food. It was great. The tacos were way larger than I expected and the empanadas were even bigger. Unbeknownst to us, we visited this evening on the restaurant's first full day of being open. We were impressed. We did notice tables near us experiencing newness issues but our server, meals, and beverages were spot on. We did have a check in visit by a manager which was nice. We ordered a queso which was served in a large shallow bowl like container that caused it to cool quickly and became harder (literally) to be a dip. The complimentary chips are blue corn- not a personal favorite but I can deal with them. There are several adult beverage choices on the drink menu. We chose the jalapeño pineapple marg (spicy and good) and the house strawberry marg on the rocks (not a winner). For entrees, grilled chicken tacos platter with corn tortillas- a real winner with flavor and presentation and the poblano chicken. It, too, was delicious and was a great serving size for one person. I went here about a month ago on National Margarita day. It was definitely a vibe. I've been to the other location which is pretty good and figured I tried this location with my friends. I visited and tried the lamb chop combo which was surprisingly better than I expected. They were seasoned with a unique blend, juicy, tender and flavorful. They were also topped with what I believe to be chimichurri sauce. I highly recommend trying. You won't be disappointed. The sides, steak cut fries and what seemed like mango pico de gallo, were a little odd for the meal being lamb chops, but it was okay. They both tasted good but I would have probably paired with mashed potatoes and broccoli or something. But maybe I'm just being cliche. Either way a good vibe, good service, good food and a good time. I highly recommend. read more

The restaurant's high energy cannot be duplicated and I love when someone is celebrating a birthday here, so much fun and guests cannot refuse taking part! So everything was very fresh and good. Taco wheels tasted like they were just made, meat seasoned well. However, for a $8 taco (2 tacos for $16, rice/beans not included) very very skimpy on the meat. Over priced for just two tacos that were skimpy, delicious, but skimpy. Chicken quesadilla was okay, not a lot of flavor in chicken. Just so-so. Refried beans were tasty, $4 to add to tacos. Cheese dip very good, but why do I gotta cut my own jalapeños up? I don't want whole jalapeño slices in my dip. Offer the. Chopped for cheese dip. Chip's fresh and house made. Salsa was very good. Service as usual from a Marietta Diner restaurant, top notch. Interior is beautiful and well appointed. Portion sizes not what you would expect from this family of restaurants though, not like the Diner, Fish house or Greek place. Sad to say, would not go out of my way to come back. Very loud, dark! Drinks were overpriced for such a smaller portion (8 oz). Chimichanga was good, but could have had more seasoning. Guacamole was made at the table, with huge avocado pieces, and the seed of an avocado in the bowl! Otherwise, delicious. Service staff may have been overwhelmed on a Friday night. Over ten minutes to fifteen minutes to bring chips which they offered originally. Lastly, our table was barely large enough for one, let alone two people! We ran out of table space for everything. They are working hard, but have a long way to go. read more

Arrived in time for happy hour. Our server Brianna, since it was our first time there, advised us of the happy hour menu which included $6 margaritas that were not watered down. The chips and salsa seemed a cut above usual Mexican fare. I ordered the big burrito grande (their largest) with grilled chicken and mushrooms. It was delicious and included pico de gallo, sour cream and charro beans instead of rice. My wife had two mini tacos off the happy hour men. Brianna couldn't have been more helpful in assisting us in navigating the rather extensive menu and promptly asking if we needed refills on the margaritas. Great food, top notch service and excellent drinks make us want to come back! BTW if you are celebrating your birthday with friends order the tequila flight as the presentation is spectacular. read more

10/10 in every category. Decor was fresh, wait staff was VERY attentive and helpful, portions were large and delicious. I had the steak burrito and there were CHUNKS of tender, flavorful steak in each bite, pieces the size of a finger joint instead of slivers that you'd get most places. We didn't get to the food portion of the visit. We were excited to explore this new restaurant! We walked in and the first thing we heard was the overhead music playing at full blast. We couldn't even hear the hostess. Walking back to our seat we saw a waitress spill her tray full of glasses of water in a booth and floor. I am giving this place 4 stars because the food was all great. It's a little nicer than a typical Mexican Restaurant. My only complaint is the super loud birthday and "drink flight" music. It is pre-recorded and it would completely disrupt any conversation you may be having at your own table. I am all for celebrations...but it would randomly turn into more of a club scene vs restaurant each time the music blared. Just turn the volume down a bit (I know- this must mean I am old) - you can celebrate birthdays and allow for the rest of your patrons to enjoy their food at the same time.
