Patronizing Vietnamese restaurants in Florida and elsewhere, 575 still ranks amongst the best. This was my go-to restaurant when I lived in Marietta. When we pass through town it's inevitable we'd stop by, and not for nostalgia. Everything about 575's pho ga is delicious. Flavorful broth, thin sliced chicken, just the right amount of rice noodles. T's favorite dish is pork com, again better than what he's had in other Vietnamese restaurants. (I know! I sometimes get it too.) Tonight we jazzed things up with fried calamari. The rings are thin and somewhat chewy. Perhaps not the best, but I was satisfied. Servers are on-the-ball. Food comes out swiftly. Management has added beer to the menu, but you can bring your own wine. (Last time there was a corkage fee. Tonight there wasn't.). Prices by the way are very fair. read more

You can tell if the soup base is from broth derived by boiling the bone / meat for a many hours or just favoring added to make up for the lack of the real stuff. OMG! Their menu said best Pho in Georgia and they were not kidding. I went with the filet Mignon pho. The meat was juicy, tender and flavorful. The aromatics and flavor in the broth was the perfect balance. The rice noodles were the perfect consistency of delicate and chewy. This is our go to spot for Pho. We also ordered spring rolls but devoured them before I thought to take a photo. Definitely try them out. Really good Vietnamese and Thai food. Service is always great as well. read more

Best pho in Georgia?!? More like best pho outside of Saigon!!! The food was great, we split two apps and the creamy crab rolls were good as were the wontons. The wontons had egg cooked into them which I'm not sure I've ever had before but I am a fan. The Special Pho was the best I've ever had and there was enough to fill me up and have leftovers for breakfast before we got on the road again. I saw another review that said they skimped on the protein but that wasn't my experience at all. This place is definitely worth a try. I wasn't impressed with the service is what caused them to miss a fifth star, I was never offered a drink refill and had to waive the waitress down after our meal for to go items and the bill. read more

Food, service, and ambiance was great. The pho was above average but the short beef rib rice dish was better. Very tender and flavorful. We also got the A12 shrimp and pork spring rolls. We tried this place as a family of 4 for the first time. We opted for the dine in. First impressions, it's beautiful inside and they have a great interior that is fit for this restaurant. When we sat on our booth I was disappointed by the upkeep of the sofa seating. There were stains all over over the beautiful sofa. This is why I rated as 3. My fave spot for pho around the area out of the ones I've tried and checked out. Their pho broth is the most rich, and you can only get some dishes here that you can't get at most other pho spots like the coconut clams. In my opinion, they got the best tasting restaurant Vietnamese ice coffee in the area too. It tastes like it's home made, and not any of that powder stuff or regular milk/creamer addition. Our new favorite Vietnamese restaurant! We found this restaurant after moving to the 75-side of town and are so glad we came across it! We always order the pork spring rolls (our go-to as I can't do shrimp). Our favorite dish so far is the pork chop rice plate. The pork has so much flavor and goes well with the fried egg and rice. I also enjoy the brisket and meatball pho on chilly days. We never have to wait to be seated, and service is typically quick. The restaurant gets good business but isn't typically super busy. This place has never disappointed us. Today I had my usual noodle salad and my partner had a vegetarian stirfry with mushrooms. As always, my noodle salad came with us, Vietnamese eggrolls and a very nice sauce. I could use a stronger sauce, but really no complaints. The stirfry was excellent. Came back today to order take out. My husband walked in and was first in line and the guy said I'll be with you then walked away. A family of 7 came in next and another guy came and ignored my husband and took the family to be seated. He then came back and again, ignored my husband and seated the woman behind him. My husband said you skipped me twice! The guy ignored him and left. So my husband left. We came to order pho for our daughter who is sick. Wow! Rude! This was a great surprise on my second trip which made me a fan of this place. 3 Stars: Large Pho bowl is pretty meager for $16 though. Good flavor but not much meat or enough noodles. I was hungry after my first trip and wouldn't have come back. It always bugs me when I order the bigger bowl and it's not big. Nobody wants to pay $16 for soup and be hungry afterwards. I absolutely love the Pho here, the broth is perfect, not as rich as some places, but still yummy, and the portions are great! My second favorite dish is the pork basil rolls ask for the alternate sauce without peanuts and thank me later. The guys who work here are so kind and funny, they make it really pleasant to dine in. We met here with friends on Monday. There was a large group, but that did not hinder our service. Our waiter was very attentive and brought out the food as it is was ready. On the server's advice, I ordered the brisket and meatballs, and Bon ordered the filet mignon and meatballs. As the server was taking our order back to the kitchen, Bon asked if we could get boiled eggs added even though that wasn't a menu option. Yes, yes, we could. Cool. ZOMG, the boiled eggs were amazing! I forget what the eggs are called, but Bon looked up the recipe for them and we'll be adding them to ramen at home from now on and astounding our friends - because they're fairly easy to make! But back to the pho. They are one of the top-rated pho places in Atlanta and now we know why. The broth was delicious and floral and just sent joy sensations directly to the mind. First time customer and I really enjoyed my meal and time here! The staff was welcoming from the moment you walked in the door to the moment you left. I came with a friend on Tuesday at 7 and there was no wait so we were sat immediately. I noticed towards 8 the place filled up and more customers came. The inside looks very fancy but it's more of a casual dining place. The menu is really big and I love that they have such a variety of Asian cuisine such as ramen, pho, fried rice and more. We had the fried vegetable spring rolls and they were good especially with the sauce that comes with them. I ordered the Lemongrass Tofu Stir Fry with Jasmine rice. Interior / Exterior They're in the plaza with Bed, Bath & Beyond, HobbyTown, American Signature Furniture and the US Post Office. The interior of the restaurant is pretty dark and it's a combination of booth and table seating. More on this later. Customer Service Upon entering the restaurant, a server seated me in booth between the a) owner / manager and b) party of 2 women, 1 man and baby. There was no one else in the restaurant. We walked past several empty booths and we were now all now clustered in the very back corner of the restaurant closest to the kitchen. Ok. I was looking over the menu when he came back less than 60 seconds later with my water & asked if I needed a few minutes. I explained that it was my first time and that Yes, I would need some time. He said ok, then walked about 2 feet away and stood staring at me. Not joking - 2 feet. Just as I'm wondering if it would be rude to ask if he could please give me a little space, the folks in the booth in front of me called him over for help. Yay. But then the manager slides out of the booth behind to come stand beside me and asks if I have any questions. FYI - I was looking at the menu and matching descriptions to Google and Yelp photos. And checking out the menu is something I typically do well BEFORE I visit a new restaurant, but I hadn't planned on being out this way tonight so I was struggling a bit. The manager. It's clear to me that these folks do NOT believe in giving a girl a chance to dilly-dally. The Grilled Short Ribs looked divine - so I asked him are they very tender. And let me tell you something folks. This is why this place gets 4 stars. I almost gave them 5 stars on this answer alone. He replied, "Sometimes. It depends. I order them by the case. Some times they are very tender. And sometimes, they are a little tough. If you like really tender, get the grilled pork loin." WHAT?!!! The honesty! Especially since the pork loin was the cheaper dish. Food I deferred to his judgment and ordered Grilled Pork Loin It comes with the aforementioned grilled pork loin, 1 egg, 1 meatcake, a scoop of rice and a portion of pickled vegetables. I declined the egg and my server / the manager said he would replace the egg with an additional meatcake (how gracious). The pork loin was DELICIOUS. Very flavorful. It was tender and had a nice, smoky quality as though it was actually grilled over an open flame (versus cooked on a flat-top grill). I also enjoyed the pickled veggies. I asked, and found out the meatcakes are made of chicken, pork, vermicelli, mushrooms and egg yolk. I wolfed my pork loin down and wished there was more of it. I would definitely get this again. Fried Chicken Tender Basket (to go) My friend asked me to pick up some food for her daughter and this seemed to be the most 'kid friendly' option. I asked to substitute broccoli for french fries. When placing food in the bag, I noticed the bottom of the container was ice cold. I checked and one section of the steamed broccoli was still ice cold. I didn't say anything since this food was going to need to be microwaved by the time it reached it's destination anyway & would be better off not having been steamed beforehand. I saw tartar sauce & ketchup and when I asked if there was any honey mustard or more traditional options, the server asked me if I had any at home. Lol. I explained that I wasn't taking the food home, I was for my friend's kid & I wasn't sure what was in her kitchen. We chuckled. Side-eye. Ultimately, once I got to her house, we all tried a bite of the tenders & they're pretty sweet - w/out sauce - but I gotta say - I still find it odd that they have chicken tenders on the menu with tartar sauce. Overall, I really enjoyed my food but my dining experience was ruined by the folks sitting next to me. Next time, instead of worrying about being perceived as high maintenance - I'll suck it up and ask to be moved to another booth. One of the women talked LOUDLY the entire meal. And when I say loud, I mean I could hear every word she was saying even though the man was closer to me. Frankly, I don't think she ate at all. I think she talked while the other 2 ate. And the content of her conversation ranged from mildly homophobic to mildly racist. She had a loud, crazy opinion about EVERYTHING. The baby was fussy, so the man kept throwing a plush doggy up in the air & making loud barking noises to distract her. Later, 2 ladies came in and they sat them clear across the other side of the restaurant in a booth - away from me and the loud group in front of me. I have worked in food service & hospitality so I get that there's table #'s and server tips to think of but that's not what was happening here. There was 1 server. It's not the restaurant's fault that the guests were inconsiderate, but it's strange and their fault that that they jammed me up with these other folks when it would have been so easy to simply stagger seating until the restaurant filled up. read more

The meal was tasty especially the Pho. Not quite on par with the Vietnamese restaurants on Buford Hwy, Doraville. Service was polite, unobtrusive and efficient. Ambiance was pleasant for a Sunday lunch with a friend. A bit loud. Wouldn't be my choice for a romantic evening but great for a group/ family.
