He has a simple rice rice dish with onions, carrots, green onion and chicken. I think this place is great! We went and loved it! They had 2 kiosks available to order as well as at the register. Very helpful staff when ordering. The store is nicely laid out, though it can get cramped at the kiosks/ordering. The only thing I will say is the matcha latte has A LOT of thick strawberry at the bottom that's hard to mix. We loved the takoyaki balls! They were hot and delicious. My boyfriend and I got two different custom fried rice orders and they both were amazing. We tried Fried Rice Master for the first time on a Friday night. It was relatively busy with both takeout and dine-in guests. We placed our order on the digital screen. Between two separate orders, we ordered three appetizers, three fried rice entrees, and one noodle entree. Everything came out at once, except for one of the fried rice entrees, which came 5-8 minutes after the other food. The chicken wings were excellent, super crispy, hot and fresh, and good flavor. The vegetable dumplings were okay, an average appetizer. We also ordered sesame chicken to share and it was very good! I saw some reviews of it being more breading than chicken, but we did not have that same experience. I ordered the Kimchi Steak Fried Rice, which I thought was pretty good, but I do with it had more kimchi or a stronger kimchi flavor. Everyone else said their meals were enjoyable, and we all ended up taking home leftovers. I recently went to Fried Master to try the fried rice and crispy wings. The young lady who took my order explained how everything worked and gave me a few recommendations. She was very patient and kind until I was ready to place my order. I ended up getting the create your own rice and an order of the crispy wings with the sweet Thai chili dipping sauce. Be sure to place your wing order first because they are cooked to order and will take longer than the rice. The wings were definitely the star of the night. They were seasoned very well and had a nice crunch on them. I will definitely be going back for more wings. I'll try the udon noodles next time. My only complaint is they charge extra for yum yum sauce. Imo at least 1 should come complimentary. read more

The customer service was great, they walked me through how ordering works, the menu, etc. Everything is made to order so it may take a minute but they have a good amount of seats to sit while you wait. You get to customize your fried rice and receive a HEAVY portion of rice which is great however, the fried rice was nothing special it needs salt at minimum. Kids both had stir fried udon noodles with teriyaki chicken and teriyaki sauce. They love it. My eldest selected some add ins - egg, corn, broccoli!! He said the chicken was nice. I went with brown rice and teriyaki chicken and Hawaiian sauce with pineapple as I was not in the mood for spice - spice is here though if you want. Once the food arrived (it was a 5 min drive) it was extremely hot which was perfect and the food looked very good, clean and presentable however it was awful :(. We tried four different combos, wings and spring rolls. Everything was terrible with the exception of the spring rolls. No flavor and the rice tasted soggy (I'm use to ordering fried rice To-Go from other food chains and this wasn't right). The wings tasted like plastic OMG horrible. First time trying this place. My kids and I stopped in after a movie. This place is in close proximity to amc Barrett. There is a kiosk you can order from if you have debit/credit and you may go to the counter for cash. It's a fried rice place set up like chipotle. Tell them exactly what you want and they will fulfill the order. We all got white rice. But they also have brown and cauliflower rice. I also got 6 piece wings with sweet chili sauce. I am confused by all the 5 star reviews. This place is mediocre fried rice and noodles. I expected it all to be made fresh. But really all the meat is pre-cooked and everything is just put in a bowl and basically reheated in a automatic wok for about 1-2min Which sounds like it should be fast but it was not. We order two dishes. The standard steak chow melon and a create your own shrimp fried rice. Like I said all the meat is pre-cooked and they used fresh rice (which I guess does not make a difference, but I though fried rice was always day old rice) Well, it took about 40min to get our food. Not sure why it took so long but that seems excessive. Considering normal Chinese sit down does not take that long with meats being cooked from raw most of the time. As for service, it was okay. The staff you can tell is really new most had to look at the menu to see what were in the pre-set bowls. Also the menus are confusing. Some have new items while others have blacked out items. So that makes ordering difficult. As for the food we got the beef chow mein seemed off. Not sure if it was the sauce they used or if the meat was bad. But it had a slight sour taste. Awesome new place with very good food. The FRM has a 100 score on health report and is clean and neat. I love fried rice and was hoping it would be good and I was very happy that the food was so good. I started it get the steak fried rice but got the shrimp instead just to try it. Background - I've been burning the proverbial candle at both ends - took on a daytime gig during the day out here in addition to working midnight - 5am at night from home so 1) I am too tired to cook and 2) I have to go to sleep as soon as I get home so there's not time to meal prep. Interior / Exterior They're in that huge plaza with Bed Bath & Beyond, the post office, HobbyTown, American Signature Furniture, etc. Oddly enough - there's three other Asian restaurants housed in this plaza - Fire Stone Chinese, Iron Age Korean Steak House and 575 Bistro - and there's also a Tiger Sugar (bubble tea). So it's safe to say there's no non-compete clauses in the leases the folks signed! I was super stoked to see this place but as I approached the door, it appeared to be closed. Turns out, I was right. Despite the hours posted on the door - they were closed. I decided to come back later, after work. When I came back at 5pm ... Customer Service The owner / manager was very polite and explained the concept to me. I will say - I'm not sure how well this will work during peak hours. Also - and I said this of Twisted Kitchen - certain foods have always made me feel like they need time and simmering for depth of flavor. Pasta dishes and rice dishes in my home - are not usually quick - so I wondered if the taste would suffer. But back to peak hours. I wound up leaving because there was a family of four that placed an order at 5:01pm. And then there were 3 other folks who were struggling to figure out what they wanted to add to their rice. I just happened to be getting food nearby only to see people walking out with drinks from this establishment to my surprise! Turns out they've been opened as of April 21 2023. So I went inside just out of curiosity to see what selections they have. The menu items look complete from appetizers to six different dishes of fried rice. Since I've had food before walking in, if my recollection was right, their rice dishes were no more than $10 and change and they looked really filling. So I decided to try their Matcha Green Tea Frozen drink, which I was told the source of their tea was from Japan. Japanese green tea are known for their distinctive rich grassy aroma, which I like very much! Before I could order, I was recommended by the kind gentleman to try their Mango Frozen drink. Then the nice lady there said the matcha green tea was also very good. Haha! So I finally settled and ordered the Frozen Mango Cream drink and oh it's good. Really good! Not too sweet as I've found in other places and flavor was just right. When the drink finally came, the kind lady even offered that if I didn't agree with the taste, to let them know and they'd compensate, but all good! Flavor was like having mango cake. The food was absolutely delicious. The udon definitely was the star of the show for me. I got the teriyaki udon with chicken, broccoli, carrots, and corn. For the fried rice I got steak with a bunch of vegetables and a little bit of spice. Unfortunately, the little bit of spice ruined the fried rice for me, it was just burning my mouth and didn't bring much flavor to the dish. Wouldn't blame that on the place themselves since it was a personally choice. With that aside, the service was quick and easy. They were very helpful and asked if we had any allergies. The fried rice is American fried rice. It is nothing like a typical Asian fried rice. We won't be back especially when there are so many better options. Panda Express fried rice is better. lol. When she was making the rice bowl, she stated that I can add up to 2 meats. Total ends up being almost $15 which I didn't want to spend that on a plate of rice and meat that I can make at home. I asked why so much, she said because the $10.25 plate was for only one meat. So then why tf would you suggest it and not mention the price increase ?!
