Food was ok. Had the sesame tofu and it was pretty standard Chinese takeout. What saves this place is that it is a good value. Decent amount of food and prices weren't too bad. Also, the guy behind the counter is very pleasant. read more

Good food. Nice people. I get take out here more than I dine in but I really enjoy sitting down for a meal. It's a local, family owned place and I enjoy dining in and feeling like one of their family. Watch tv, hang with neighbors and their family. It is nice and the food is very good. So far - no negatives for me - and the excellent food + the family vibe is wonderful. read more

Got the fried dumplings & Singapore Mei Fun for a total of $24.53. Dumplings were excellent -- crisp, 7 pieces, flavorful, comes with a soy base dipping sauce. Singapore Mei Fun -- it was good, though I'm not a fan of this style of flavoring. Flavor is similar to Indian curry. Large portion, generous portion of shrimp, chicken. Comes with a mayo base sauce, similar to tartar sauce without the pickles. Everything was good. Quick, prompt service. There's a table to your left with spoon, forks, napkins, various sauces. A few tables inside if you wanna dine in, but most folks would probably eat in their car or at home. read more

The food is a 6 out of 10. The service is pretty quick and the ambiance is pretty chill and mellow. My only problem is the young man taking orders at the counter. I'm not sure if he's rude or autistic but, he's very condescending and comes across as an Ahole* Yesterday was my last day going there. read more

While out on the road, we called in for an order of something hot. So many savory choices and on this rainy day, we had egg drop soup for the win. While awaiting our order, I noticed their dining area has an accessible (handicap) friendly layout. Also, we were offered a cool calendar! read more

Chicken was slimy, egg foo young way too greasy and needed seasoning. Egg rolls missed flavor, weren't fully cooked, nor crispy. They charge for sauce but none was put in the bag. read more

We came here after going to Portal Pinball next door! You order at the counter, and staff was very friendly. The place was bright and inviting. And it didn't take long for us to get our order! We only ordered egg rolls and dumplings to go, but they were delicious! We plan to come back in a couple weeks and order meals. Even though this is a takeaway spot, it is comfortable enough to sit and dine in! read more

The gentleman that worked there was very nice. The food seemed reasonable, and the space was very clean and organized. However, the food taste fell short. I ordered sesame chicken. It was very dry and it seemed like mostly breading. A few pieces were inedible and the fried rice did not taste like much at all maybe they just had an off day or I ordered the wrong thing read more

Best Chinese food I've found in the area - hands down. Egg drop and wonton soup mix - so flavorful. Good apps and great portion

I wanted to like this place since moving to this area and I went specifically for the Singapore Mei Fun. I ordered it and it was NOT GOOD. I don't know what flavoring they used for the Singapore Mei Fun but it's not the usual and it was watery, also high fishy smell. I tried again with General Tso chicken, rice not fully cooked and the chicken was hard pieces of...I'm not sure what, but it wasn't chicken. I very rarely bother to do reviews but had to on this one. read more

I'm going to continue to go to this place because it's close to my house and the best tasty and great value family restaurant ! Service is excellent! Thank you! read more

This was our first time trying. They were very quick as well as affordable. We got everything under $40 with tip and not pictured is a side of white rice & 2 egg rolls. Everything was pretty tasty. Soy sauce was added to the house fried rice and the chicken looked skeptical but I ate it anyway. Overall very good and we will try again! read more

Outstanding service and great food! The place was very clean and the person at the register was able to help me get everything I wanted in the most cost effective manner. read more

Good Chinese food for the area. If you live in Acworth/Kennesaw like me, then you know there are very limited options for Chinese food. Not just Chinese food, but all Asian cuisine period. I inherently compare all Chinese food to what I've had in Chicago's Chinatown. And it's not fair, but it's what I know. Asian Garden has your standard Chinese takeout staples, and they make it well. I have literally tried every single Chinese restaurant in a 15 mile radius because my husband and son love egg foo young and shrimp fried rice. I could probably try to make it, but I'd rather just find a place that makes it tasty. We have had gravy in colors ranging from yellow to black. I know. Very sus. Here it's brown. Like egg foo young gravy should be. If you're in the mood for Chinese takeout, I recommend this place! read more

The food was so-so and probably won't go here again. The Egg Rolls felt microwaved. Hot sour was good and that was about it. Had one of their Chinese specialties. Been here a few times but not again. Rather had Panda Express... read more

I'm very impressed by this establishment. The food is the standard fold-out menu that almost all strip-mall Chinese food places have; you know, the one that's sorted by the type of meat and has the little peppers to denote spiciness? However, this place is quality. The health inspection is a proud 100. Woohoo! The dining area is clean and welcoming; it is brightly lit and predominantly painted in light colors; soothing music is playing; the workers are very gracious and kind, and their English is superb. The food itself tastes wonderful. Other reviews have pointed out the inexpensive but good quality of the hot bar. Combo meals are $6.50, including a fountain drink. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. This is one of the finest Chinese places I've seen. Two thumbs up; definitely recommended. read more

I recently moved into the area and have been looking for a decent Chinese restaurant. This is the third one I've tried and it was pretty good. I called to place a to go order and the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite. The food took about 20 minutes and was ready by the time I showed up. I ordered seasame chicken, shrimp fried rice and general tso wings. Beware - the wings are very spicy. They were good but I didn't expect them to be so spicy. I think I've found my new go to spot for Chinese food. read more

Great service, I've been going there for awhile and the portions for the cost is great. The food is good as well!

This is OUTSTANDING Chinese American cuisine! We've just moved to Acworth a few months ago, and having moved from Destin where you couldn't get a great Chinese meal if your life depended on it, we're delighted to come here and find high quality, delicious Chinese food with great portion size at Asian Garden. We're had several dishes, and all were outstanding, plus they have a great price on their Chinese Fried Chicken wings. If you've been to China and had authentic Chinese food, I understand that's a different ball game altogether, however by the standard of American style Chinese food that has been grafted for our palate, this is simply great food. The restaurant is clean and recently has cool artwork put up, the staff is friendly and efficient, I highly recommend this restaurant, you won't be disappointed. read more

Delicious food, always ready fast, affordable, and they give really good portion sizes! I'm never able to finish the dinner combo in one sitting, it's literally enough food for 2 separate meals. I've eaten here for years, and I've never been disappointed. I'm pretty sure they're family owned too. Eat here if you want a new favorite Chinese spot and support a small local business! read more

Very good Chinese food and customer service. Highly recommended. Good portion as well.

I love this spot. Food is always fresh and hot, also very delicious. Customer service is top notch, this family makes you feel like family.

Maybe it was because we ordered towards the end of the night, but the entire order had no flavor and the texture of the meat was rubbery. Quantity over quality read more

Good quality for the price. Enjoyed everything. Not too oily like some cheaper versions.

Daughter wanted to try the new place near Best Buy and see if they had good food, so being the great father I'm ( and I love Chinese food), we did. The little bar lunch seemed to be ok, with $1.20 a scoop for take out or sit their boxes, but we decided to try ordering from the menu I ordered beef broccoli and my daughter ordered shrimp and vegetables, with a side order of crab Rangoon and spring rolls Both came out great, with the shrimp being very large and in great quantity (I counted like 12) and the beef tasted fresh and was more than the vegetable. The Rangoon and spring rolls were also very tasty! Overall a great experience and we will probably use this location to do our take out and delivery orders from now on! read more

Don't s See how this place has 4 1/2 stars. My wife and I had lunch there today and I have to say it was disgusting. While I was having my Szechuan chicken, I thought they were something a little off and by the time I got home I had left most of my meal on the side of the road. Now the wife had Mongolian beef. She said it was delicious and she's fine. I hope my experience is a one off, but I'm not going back to find out. read more

Now this is what I've been looking for on this side of town...a good Chinese takeout spot. I could tell when I tasted the egg drop soup that the rest of the meal was going to be tasty.
