Great food and great service! Got the spicy beef with garlic sauce, Ma Po Tofu, and general tso's chicken. All were delicious!!

Great little spot tucked away across from Due West Elementary. Ordered the beef and broccoli and kung pao. What a great value for the money for a family. It comes with rice or fried rice and there are lots of options even for picky eaters. Check this spot out when you find yourself in Marietta and hungry for some good eats and no frills atmosphere. My friends and I went to this restaurant and I was pleased. The dining room was quiet and the ambience quiet. Service was good. We had a variety of food. Tofu, potstickers , egg drop soup and a chicken dish and a shrimp dish.. we will go back but I would not do mushrooms with my entree. Nice place for a quiet relaxing dinner. The portions we very ample. read more

The food is very good. This place does a great takeout business. The restaurant itself has a few tables and the staff is nice but not overly friendly. They take your order but that's about it. Prices are a bit on the high side but food is plentiful. I've been there several times and will go back but for takeout only. read more

The food is inexpensive standard Chinese food. The restaurant is clean, the staff is nice. Unfortunately, there is nothing drawing or special to say wow! This place is amazing I want to come back for their amazing spring rolls! Wish I could say this for them! read more

It's our go to for Chinese food. Our family favorites are beef, egg, foo, pork, fried rice, chicken, chow mein, egg rolls, and other dishes are wonderful. The staff is always cordial. We usually order takeout and orders are ready in 10 to 15 minutes. read more

For a very long time I have been looking for a Chinese spot that was at least half as good as my childhood! This spot takes the cake 100% I was so impressed! Please try these folks! You won't regret it!!! I'm a regular kinda guy.... Chicken fried rice honey garlic chicken type. But when I tell you it is AWESOME, that would be an understatement!!!!! The rice has peas and carrots, with eggs and those little long onions that used to come in Chinese food that you don't see often! Ok I'm done! lol CHECK THEM OUT! read more

Went here for dinner with the family it was pretty empty inside and they were low on staff I guess most tables had dirty dishes on them. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food came out rather quickly and it was ok. I've had better Chinese food but it was good for a quick find. The portions were very large and the pricing was reasonable. read more

My 11yr old son ate China Moon at a friend's house for lunch and has begged for "honey garlic wings" ever since. I didn't necessarily trust my 11yr old's pallet so I dragged my feet. I finally caved in and ordered over winter break. I'm really picky. Over the last two weeks We have ordered lemon pepper wings, honey garlic wings, spicy house rice, spicy house lo mein, sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, wonton soup and chicken and broccoli. Flavorful and always delivered hot. They've got a new fan for sure. My entire family of 5 gives their approval. read more

Very bland taste. They are not investing in ingredients that is for original Chinese food. Don't bother no taste at all.

Ordered from this place at the recommendation of people that live in the area. Menu doesn't match what's on website which caused for confusion when trying to place a large order. I was told the order would be ready in 25 minutes. I showed up 35 minuets later and my order still wasn't ready. The younger gentleman working the counter was very curt. I'm pretty sure this was the same person who took my order. I went back to the car and came back about 15 minutes later. Of course I checked the bags and some of my wings were missing. The gentle told the chef I was missing wings and the chef came huffing and puffing out to verify what I said. He proceeded to open all my boxes without gloves on his hands. Food wasn't great. read more

China moon is located near the CVS at the corner of Due West and Due West, in the same shopping center as Daily Grind. Address says Mary Eliza Trace, but it is really not on that road. We recently went there on a Saturday night, arriving around seven, and they were not that many people in the restaurant. There was one table waiting to be bussed, and we waited while they wiped down our chosen booth. We started with potstickers. There were six on the platter and it came with the usual sauce. They were cooked well, but the sauce could probably have used a little more sesame oil. Two of us ordered combo meals, which come with soup, egg roll, and rice. My wife ordered mu shu pork, which also comes with rice. My youngest ordered the kid's sweet and sour chicken, and (you guessed it) fried rice. The plates were served at different times- first the kids meal, then 4 minutes later the mu shu pork (already wrapped and presented nicely), and 4 minutes after that, the rest of the food. Everything was very tasty, save the sauce for the potstickers. There was more than enough food- only my youngest came close to finishing the meal. All tallied up it was $40.54 before tip. My only advice to the owner would be to clean the tables a bit faster, and serve everyone at the same time. The food is good and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend this place! read more

Called in order. Arrived and waited an additional 30 minutes. This place overwhelmed. People coming and going, overheard a conversation. A customer placed an order, and the restaurant forgot to put it in, blamed it on being busy. Sat for 20 minutes, ever table, left with food on it. No one cleaning it up. Sitting waiting for order, hoping i don't die after eating the food. read more

Trying China Moon for the first time in my on-going quest for my definition of good Chinese food. (The American version). Today for lunch I ordered a dinner portion of chicken fried rice, and a crab Rangoon (6 pcs) appetizer. I called in the order for pickup. It was ready to go right on time when I arrived. Both items looked and taste good. I give it two thumbs up at this point. I will definitely order from China Moon again. read more

China Moon is our favorite Chinese restaurant! The food is always very good. When the restaurant was open for inside dining, the service was excellent. The server/ person taking phone orders has an incredible memory. He always remembers no onions in our orders. Tonight when I finished my order he asked if I wanted the doughnuts, my husbands favorite. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

This was my third time at this restaurant. My first two times were pleasant... the food was good and so was the service. This time I decided to try the 5 pcs wings and fried rice. When I got home and started eating I noticed my wing was a little pink so I checked the other 4 and they ALL were pink and undercooked. If you order the wings I'd suggest requesting them fried longer or crisper read more

They are my favorite Chinese take out food in the area. They also have dine in service that we never use. We try all of the asian restaurants we can. The spring rolls at China Moon have fresh vegetables in them. Other restaurants in the surrounding area have mushy filling. I gave them a 4 star only because we have eaten at upscale asian restaurants with an exceptional menu and fresh ingredients so I reserve my 5 star reviews for them but they are also much pricier. For this type of restaurant they are great. And their spring rolls and chicken broth soup are superior than those from any other restaurant without the high prices of other places. We eat there about once a month. Never get tired of them read more

I ordered delivery. Hot braised pork & won ton soup. The pork taste old.. like leftover from lunch. The soup wasn't bad. read more

Updating my review after a negative experience. Food is always good here but I haven't been back in multiple years. We live right next to Hong Kong Star so we use them (food is better there too). Hong Kong Star was closed on Tuesday due to covid so we thought we'd give China Moon another go. Ordered the food and was told that they were busy so delivery would be 45-50 minutes. It's now been 1hr 20 minutes and no food. I called and they said, "sorry, we are busy. Your food is about to leave the restaurant." I live almost 20 minutes away. That means my quoted time of 45-50 minutes will actually be almost 2 hours. No apologies. No offer to refund my appetizers or give a free desert. Yeah, I probably will just stick with Hong Kong Star!!! read more
