We live above 15 mins away and its perfect for me to place an order and get in the car with the food ready when I get there. Super quick and efficient. I don't know if I've just been spoiled by other Chinese restaurants (especially Shangrila, which is in a league all it's own), but I felt that the portions were very small for the price. I got a full order of Orange chicken for $10, not a dinner or lunch special, and the chicken came in a smallish circular container with a cup size box of rice on the side. Because I was looking to have enough food for dinner for 2 nights I made sure to order the full portion, but based on other's photos I feel like I would have gotten more food for less money by getting the dinner special. I tried the chicken at the restaurant and the taste was very unpleasant; not sweet and spicy like orange chicken usually is. The sauce was watery with very little flavor other than hot and definitely not sweet. I asked if there was any way I could get something else and was told no. I contemplated throwing it out and going to a different restaurant but ended up bringing it home and ultimately eating it after some serious doctoring up (which made it decent). I've never had to do that with any restaurant food before. Not sure if this is "traditional" Chinese orange chicken or not, but maybe it's my fault for being used to the Americanized version? But based on portion size to price, taste, and customer service I would not recommend. *Edit* Added a star because of polite response from owner and the fact that I only tried one item on the menu. I've gotten the lunch combo twice now- both times the chicken and broccoli, once with egg drop soup, and once with an egg roll. Each time, everything has tasted really fresh, including the meat and broccoli, which is a big deal in my book. This is my "go to" restaurant when I want to stay home and be lazy. The convenience of them delivering to my neighborhood is great, because I always get my food within 20 minutes or less and I don't have to worry about going to get cash because they actually come to my house with a credit card machine which is a "thumbs up". The portions are always large enough to fill you up no matter what special you get whether its the early bird, lunch or dinner special. It is very easy to place your order also because the receptionist speaks very fluent English, that way you don't get your order confuse or leave anything out because she will repeat it back to you to make sure she has exactly what you want. The actual restaurant itself is pretty small so I wouldn't recommend taking large groups of people there, but it is big enough for groups of four or less per party. read more

This is my 1st time to try Chinese food at this location, actually by accidently, I was traveling and passed by the place is tiny . But it surprised me when I saw the menu, they almost include all food that I tried before, so I just gave them a shoot. The Crab Rangoon or cheese puff whatever you want call it, Thai style fried rice and Mei Fun are pretty good. Other customer also said that food came with big portion and good taste. They do not have gluten free options, or at least not enough to satisfy someone who is gluten free. I'm a tofu lover & I'm allergic to gluten. I have trouble finding Asian restaurants that serve decent tofu that I can easily order from. I'm only giving them 2 stars because I have ordered their Ma Pao Tofu & it is excellent, however it's not gluten free & they do not have gluten free soy sauce or white sauce to make it gluten free. Please please offer a gluten free soy sauce or white sauce! Your food is great, you just need to be more accessible to people with food allergies! A good gluten free soy sauce that is sold in bottles is Tamari by the way. I'll not be ordering from here again until they offer a gluten free version of their tofu that isn't bland. read more

When you're forced to do online ordering, you better follow up. We waited over an hour and twenty minutes before calling. We were then advised it would be delivered within 20 minutes....meaning it hadn't even been cooked yet. Be warned. 2 hours for Chinese delivery is ridiculous. And....everything was cold upon arrival. We ordered Uber eats from Mr. Wok. Ordered the Lo Mein and it was so hot that it melted through the container into the bag. We called the restaurant to tell them that their food was delivered scolding hot that it melted the container... they didn't want to speak to us. They gave me the run around that the manager wasn't available and would be back soon. They took my name and information down and no called me back. I called again the next day and again the manager wasn't available again. I finally contacted Uber eats and they refunded me immediately after speaking to me and reviewing the pictures because we couldn't eat it after 3rd degree burns. The customer service of this place is terrible. We only called to warn them of the temperature and for them to refund the food we couldn't eat or redeliver a new order but that did nothing. I will never from this ever again and wanted to warn everyone. I love the response back to this. We called multiple times. I have proof on my phone and my boyfriends phone. Again I called to let you know the temperature of your food was unacceptable due to my boyfriend burning his finger (see pictures). That has nothing to do with Uber eats not your delivery man. The food was so hot it melted the container. It would have happened either way if we ordered directly from you or through Uber eats. Uber eats was very apologetic and agreed that they will be investigating and that this goes against their safety policies. Attached is the email from Uber eats. It was OK. I ordered the Hunan shrimp. I was expecting baby corn in there but it wasn't made that way. Its kool. I also had their hot and sour soup and didn't like it as much as I like it at my regular spot. Too much tofu and not enough veggies. My man ordered general tso chicken and even though I wasn't eating it, I was expecting it to be in a sauce but it wasn't.
