Things to know: It was very crowded (thus the appreciation and need for the call ahead). It was loud - we could still carry on a conversation, but it was loud. I ordered my steak medium well and it was a little dry , but still had a good flavor. Overall, we had a good experience and will definitely be back!

Very Unsanitary..and will be rude to you on the right day.. managers and employee are not trained. Drugges and people who don't care About customers or themselves work there..they have relationships with each other..they will serve you uncook food.. or over cook your food ..while GM and management applaud them.. employees smoke ever 5 min.. management take advantage of every body they can.. bathroom medicine for now.. in the future it might be better? ..For now stay away! read more

While I love their food and their fries are fantastic... It never fails that they get my order wrong. I always order the checker burger combo WITHOUT cheese (can't have cheese) and they clarify if I want cheese on it. I always so no. And sure enough as soon as I check it, there's cheese on it. They always fix it but makes it a hassle. read more

But the place was dead and yet nobody was behind the counter to greet us or talk to us for a considerable amount of time. We wasn't sure if they were even opened. The food was OK not really nothing exciting or memorable or sandwiches for some reason we're made different Meaning not put together the same way and I guess for an empty restaurant it was fairly clean. I think it'll be a while before I give them another try.
