Second time going I want to say that This place has the best fries i've had in a long time always hot and crunchy and soft on the inside and the flavor is great always fresh. There is never any line and food is always fresh the sandwiches are decent and the shakes are great 10/10 read more

I'm not gonna hold the Checkers against the Checkers. That said, the food is about how I remember it. Delicious fries, OK chicken bites, and a mango frozen drink that tasted about is artificial as a mango frozen drink at checkers could possibly taste. This raining is based off of a Soso/slow drive through with only one window open and a less than interesting interaction when getting my food. If you want checkers, get checkers from here. Just don't expect it to be something you get in a hurry and don't expect a smile or any kind of courteous behavior at the window. If you go into it with that kind of idea, then this is a place for you. read more

Have always loved checkers. They have amazing shakes burgers and absolutely love their french fries. But this location has turned me against checkers for a while and definitely will not be going back to this location. Last two or three experiences were horrible. The service takes forever for someone to come to the speaker or window. The fries were old fries that had been reheated. They were chewy and gross. And the burger was drowned it in mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup to where I was not able to eat it. read more

If I could give them a zero I would!! I showed up in the drive thru, ordered, and proceeded on. It was AN HOUR, YES AN HOUR of WAITING! Finally decided to walk up to the window, the lady looked directly at me and walked away!!! When they finally opened the window after an hour and 2 minutes, the cloud of smoke that wreaked of weed just hit me in the face! There was a young man who handed me the food and he wasn't even a CHECKERS WORKER!!!!!. Apparently he was helping out since all the other employees were to high to give a crap!! FINALLY get our food and it's not even right but what should I expect from a bunch a high, incompetant, rude, and SLOW crew. I'd like a call back from cooperate on this one. read more

Absolute RIDICULOUS wait time. I waited 20 minutes JUST to order, and waited another 15 just to get food. If an employer cannot fully staff their restaurant, DONT OPEN THE RESTAURANT. Fast food shouldn't take 30+ minutes from order to drive-thru. If I wanted to wait that long for my food I would go elsewhere and sit inside. Swore off checkers for a while it got so bad , decided 8 months ago to hit the Hiram checkers , was so good and I was so impressed with staff and food we we've almost become regulars at this point and 8 months later still impressed with food and staff Great job guys /gals read more

Ok. I am so unhappy today. This Checkers has gone DOWN fast over the past few months. Came in today (April 25, 2019 at 12:25pm) pulled up, one car at the window, another car left in front of us from waiting too long. While we sat waiting to order, 3 cars came past us in the other line. After 10 minutes waiting my wife said "hello" and a loud woman came on the speaker and said "hold on now there's a new person training, it's her first day!". My wife said "there's 3 cars that passed us and we haven't had our order taken" then a loud male got on the speaker and said "well then come to the other side and I'll take care of you"...we and 2 other cars just drove away. Who trains someone at a fast food restuarant at the drive thru window, at the busiest time of day? Too bad, I'll never go back. The only time this place ever ran good is when the male manager works there, he keeps that place running smooth. Wont return and now can't recommend. Went from 5 star to 1. Just like that. read more

Got my order wrong, then when they went to fix it they double charged my car and didn't even think to tell me. I thought something was fishy so immediately checked my account and sure enough, i was charged twice. When i went back up there they did not want to give me my receipt. They said they refunded it but money is still not in my account. Will never be back. read more

This has got to be the worst Checkers I've ever been to. My order is always wrong regardless of what I order. I could order by saying the name of the sandwich or by saying the number of the combo I want, and it is always incorrect. The last time I went here I couldn't even hear the worker over their intercom. After laboring through ordering I drive around and at the window I am met by a young man in jeans and a green hoodie. He does not tell me my total, just about throws my debit card into that car with the receipt, and hands me my food without saying a word. Needless to say I am never going back here and am telling all my friends to stay away. If your workers aren't even in uniform I don't want to think of the uncleanliness of the working area. read more

Decided to stop in here on 8/17/2019 even after the bad reviews. The girl on the speaker was very nice. We pulled up to the window and she asked how we were doing. She started to hand us a bag that wasn't our food so then we had to wait a few extra minutes. She was nice enough to hand my boyfriend a vanilla milkshake and apologize for the wait. She said let me get you one too. I said that's not necessary. I didn't have any complaints about our service at all. Great customer service read more

Don't EVER GO HERE..!! The employees have a horrible attitude and it shows in their customer service and food presentation. The management I saw also has this bad attitude as well. If you enjoy having someone roll their eyes at you because you ask for ketchup, then this place is for you. read more

So we get in the drive through and order 3 chicken boxes 10 piece wings and a 3 for 3 and we wait 20 minutes in the drive through and they almost forgot my milkshake and had to remind them and half way home they for got one of the three chicken boxes not a good place to eat waste of time read more

This establishment is sort of run down and dirty every time a come. The food is not what ive come to expect from other Checkers/Ralleys. The staff seems unkempt and dirty uniform wise. Their shirts and rarely tucked in and it seems they have no pride in themselves or their establishment. The only thing good about this place is the milk shakes. Last 3 times I ordered & paid for cheese on my Checker Burger yet NO CHEESE!! This is very disappointing that when you get your order get home & the order isn't correct. I believe they need to hire workers that can read to fill the orders. I was the only one in line so busy was not the issue. read more
