Just finished a to go order. Been a while since I've been to a Jimmy Johns and was not very impressed with this visit back. Could've just been an off time. But the place was dead and yet nobody was behind the counter to greet us or talk to us for a considerable amount of time. We wasn't sure if they were even opened. The food was OK not really nothing exciting or memorable or sandwiches for some reason we're made different Meaning not put together the same way and I guess for an empty restaurant it was fairly clean. I think it'll be a while before I give them another try. read more

I come in here about once a month. I usually eat the bootlegger or the beach club. The bootlegger is roast beef and Turkey with lettuces tomatoes, provolone, etc, or any way you like it. The beach club is Turkey and provolone with avocado and anything else you want to add. You can order regular or "gigantic". The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff here is always welcoming and friendly, never seen the staff have a bad day. Only complaint is prices are a little high and you can't see when your sandwich is made so you dont know what ingredients are available or how much of each ingredient is being added. I like to watch my sandwich being prepared so I can increase or decrease lettuce or other ingredients. 5 star for service, 4 star for prices and not being able to watch the prep process of the sandwiches being made. 4 star overall. I enjoyed my food and service. As you often hear in the commercials the food is made fast. Seems that as soon as I sat down the sandwich was ready. I had the VITO. The toppings taste fresh and the bread was soft. Everyone was friendly from the cashier to the person who handed me my sandwich. Seating might be an issue if they're extremely busy. I love ordering from Jimmy John's because it's on my way to work and very quick! But unfortunately I go in at 11 so I usually stop by right at 10:30 which is when their mobile orders open on the app. EVERY time I visit, the main woman manager has the worst attitude I've ever seen from a manager. She acts annoyed and every time I walk in says "we're not even open" or says it loudly under her breath. And has a salty attitude the whole time she's making my sandwich. I asked "if you're not open then why are we able to place a mobile order?" She responded with we start them at 10:30 since there's not many orders that are placed" okay so then you ARE open? Yesterday I came again and she said the same thing while rolling her eyes saying we aren't even open! I said the other day you told me you start mobile orders at 10:30. So which is it? If that's the case where you open mobile orders at 10:30 as a manager or LEADER (what we call it at our restaurant) you need to come in a little earlier to have the basics ready or DONT complain when someone walks in that you don't have anything ready, OR change your stores mobile orders not to start until 11. I feel bad for her young employee working next to her who thinks that's how you're supposed to run a business and treat guests. I can only imagine how he's treated. read more

Whichever employees were working at this location tonight (didn't get any names) we're very rude!!! On the website it says they close at 9... I walked in at 8:30 just to get 1 sandwhich and every employee in there made me feel VERY uncomfortable.. they were all staring at me very rudely, not saying anything to me and complaining to each other the whole time I stood there... I could hear them saying "ugh are you kidding me" I could tell they were cleaning up early but still, you're open for 30 more minutes... I then had to confront them and ASK THEM (because nobody had still said a word to me) "hey are y'all still open?" SHE made my sandwich incorrectly and when asked to remake the sandwich she said with an ugly face "Can't you just take the toppings off" UMM NO, I paid for my sandwich to be made the way I ordered.... She threw the old sandwich away saying "Way to waste a sandwich" but SHE'S the one throwing it in the trash!!!! here's a bright idea! if your customer ask specifically to add or subtract items for an online order .... make sure you deliver whats asked for and paid for.(now i know technically napkins are free, but if the online you ask me if i want them, you should bring them. besides the receipt says "take napkins". this goes for the type of bread and veggies. just make the sandwich the way we order defeats the whole idea of ordering it the way you would like your sandwich. the lack of attention because you try to get it out freakishly fast is destroying your product. get it right the first time. read more

They don't mark the subs like at Firehouse. Therefore, we had to open all 6 subs to peek inside! What a true inconvenience of having to do so and especially when you are ordering for other people and you have to do this. Most people don't want other people touching their food! We spent over $40.00 and guests got turned off all the subs being opened to peek inside! read more

Always great quality and freaky fast. Moved here and was concerned we weren't in their delivery area but thankful we are!

First and last experience at this location. I ordered online for pick up since I had to wait for my child at his dental office and was feeling hungry. Placed online thinking making the sub would not be more than 15 mins from making it to pick up. Got my order placed, got confirmation and tracked the progressed online. For nearly 20 mins since order was placed it said "Received" and I'm just waiting for status to update to "Ready for pick up", still showing "Received" .. I refreshed every min. It was 30 min of waiting so I decided to go in to see what the delay was. Once I got in I had a couple customers ahead of me that was waiting on their order and has already been helped by the employees there. I stood in line for a good couple mins without any employee acknowledging my presence. Moments later another customer walks in and as soon as he walks in, the lady employee greeted him and asked if he needs to place an order or pick up. Mind you I was before him and was not acknowledged. At this point I'm upset. The employees who was making sandwhich a did make eye contact with customers but failed to acknowledged presence until more customers came in and an employee walked up to the register. I informed him I have placed order online 30 mins ago,, been standing here for good 5 mins without acknowledgement, and asked if it's ready. He then told me it's on the shelf. I said had I been greeted and known I would have went to the shelf and I asked him why didn't I get a notification saying order is "Ready for pick up". He said sorry they must have forgotten. This place has POOR customer service. Will NEVER go back! read more
